    Standard.

    I stayed at another Hotel in early February and had a very comfortable stay. Compared with that Hotel, I can only give an average rating. The breakfast venue also felt small, probably because it was crowded at the time. There was not much space in the aisles either, and people had to yield to each other while going to get food. The food itself was delicious, but because it was so crowded, although I wanted to eat a bit more, I chose to leave the venue. My Room was on the track side, and even late at night it felt a little noisy. I stayed here for my child’s entrance exams, but in hindsight I feel I should have chosen a different Hotel. I appreciated that there was a humidifier, but it had black stains that looked like mold, so I used it while feeling uneasy about whether it was safe. A receipt would have been sufficient for the parking fee payment, but the front desk staff told me that if I paid by credit card they could issue a copy. Even though I did not intend to use my credit card, it made me feel as if I was forced to use it, which left me with an unpleasant impression.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The amenities were excellent, including breakfast and a large public bath, and the accommodation cost was exceptionally reasonable for the season. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well.

    It's good, but there are a few points of concern.

    We stayed as a family of three in one room. The front desk service, variety of amenities, snacks and capsule toys for children, tatami room, view of the bullet train from the room, and breakfast were all excellent. However, as it is a Business Hotel, the women's bath was small (the men's bath seemed to have a sauna and cold bath which were not available in the women's bath), and since the beds were single twins, it felt quite cramped for three people including a child. The train view was fantastic but it might be slightly noisy at night.

    Accommodation full of hospitality

    Stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. The Room faced the highway, so it was somewhat noisy during the day when the window was open, but surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. The public bath is a plus, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 women at a time. If there are many female guests, it might be challenging to use—please keep this in mind. On the other hand, breakfast exceeded expectations! The homemade pickles and side dishes prepared by staff were delicious. While free breakfasts often face issues like messiness or running out of food, everything here was clean and consistently replenished—truly impressive. The Room was also clean, and I believe the dining and cleaning staff deserve high praise. The front desk staff were polarized; some were very kind while others less so—that's my only disappointment. Due to work commitments, I couldn't join Happy Hour, but the curry looked delicious. Although it's slightly far from Shizuoka Station, if that doesn't bother you, I highly recommend staying here!

    The Facility was cle...

    The Facility was clean, but there was some trash in various areas such as the large public bath and near the elevator. Additionally, the staff's response felt a bit less attentive compared to other Hotels. The slow elevator made it inconvenient as it took time to get on. However, we were very satisfied with the well-equipped amenities and services for children.

    First time staying a...

    First time staying at a Hotel in Shizuoka City. The Room was quite good. However, there were high school students visiting for a basketball game who lacked manners and couldn't even greet properly. It made me wonder if this is how high school students are nowadays... To the Hotel management, I would suggest setting specific times for group guests to use the bath and dining facilities. This way, general guests can plan their usage accordingly. A bit more consideration would have been appreciated.

    Very clean

    The Hotel was overall very clean. The Room was tidy, and the bathroom and toilet were well-cleaned, making it comfortable to use. Both the reception staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant, which made me happy. There was a small bath area with three washing stations and about six lockers, but the changing room space was quite narrow, making it hard to move around. When I left my locker open while changing clothes, someone came next to me, so I closed it quickly. However, even though it wasn’t locked, I couldn’t reopen it and panicked for a moment. Fortunately, I managed to open it using another key as leverage based on a lever principle. I appreciated the small services like free ice cream or juice at night and snacks for children. Breakfast was delicious but felt slightly limited in variety. The selection of standard menu items seemed sparse and felt a bit lacking. Personally, I found the miso soup too thin. The train tracks right behind the Hotel allowed us to see trains and bullet trains up close—it was exciting! With windows closed, noise wasn’t much of an issue; however, light sleepers might find it bothersome if they want to sleep early. As for parking: since the affiliated parking lot was full when we arrived, we parked in a nearby lot next door instead. We had to temporarily stop with hazard lights on near what seemed like a sidewalk by the Hotel entrance before asking at reception about where else we could park—then circled around due to road layout before finally parking there. Stopping temporarily with hazards near their entrance made me nervous about whether that’s okay or not; improving this system would be helpful!

    Safe and comfortable stay for families with children!

    We stayed as a family of four, including our 5-year-old daughter, 4-year-old son, and my husband. We made a last-minute reservation at this hotel for the event on May 11 and to meet an acquaintance couple, so I was honestly quite anxious. However, the amenities were well-prepared, and the hotel staff were kind enough to interact with our children and even provided colored pencils for coloring books, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast featured local specialties from Shizuoka like oden and fried black fish cakes—both delicious with wonderful variety! There was also an event support fair offering items like disposable goods from Megurhythm and welcome drinks—it was truly fantastic. We chose a Japanese-style room with a view of the trains passing by, which turned out to be perfect. Both my son and daughter were thrilled watching them in the morning. We would love to stay here again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    It was clean.

    I stayed for one night. I arrived late, and the parking lot was full, so I had to park at a nearby coin-operated parking lot. The staff kindly recommended an affordable option. In the morning, there was a complimentary buffet-style breakfast, which was delicious. However, the seating area felt a bit cramped. The public bath was somewhat compact but clean. It did feel slightly enclosed.

    Beautiful, comfortable, and pleasant.

    If I had to say, the noise from the Shinkansen nearby is loud. The bed shakes due to the vibrations. The amenities feel cheap. However, there are more attractive points: 1. Large public bath (clean and even has a sauna) 2. Free alcohol available in the evening 3. Good customer service. Although the staff were foreigners, they provided polite service in fluent Japanese 4. The complimentary breakfast is delicious with a wide variety I would like to use it again.

    I was very satisfied.

    I made a reservation for a sudden stay on the same day. There was only a twin room with low beds in a Japanese-style room available, but it was spacious and comfortable with tatami, and I was very satisfied with the large-screen TV. The foreign woman at the front desk provided a polite explanation and response, which was very good. I would have been happy if bread was also prepared for breakfast. I would like to use it again.

    Shizuoka Mother-Daughter Trip

    The live event was in Shizuoka, and I stayed for one night. It was a compact twin bed, but the Room was very hygienic, and I could relax watching YouTube on the big screen. Breakfast was included and it was delicious.

    Disappointing Experience

    I always make a reservation through IKYU, but this is the first time I've stayed at such a terrible hotel, even though it's a business hotel. It doesn't match the price at all. I was on the 10th floor on the railway side, and I couldn't sleep well due to the sound of passing trains. The instructions for using the air purifier were also unclear, which made me feel uncomfortable.

    The hospitality service and the staff's response are excellent.

    We used the property as an overnight stay before going out with children. When we were assisted by the front staff, both of whom were foreign nationals, they were very cheerful and provided pleasant service. Additionally, the breakfast venue staff were very considerate and warmly interacted with the children, which was greatly appreciated. There was also a group of students who seemed to be part of a club activity staying at the property, but they were well-mannered and watching them was energizing. The hotel room was clean, and with services like a complimentary breakfast buffet, happy hour, post-bath drinks, and child-friendly services, I felt grateful to use a hotel that offers such hospitality at this price. We were aware of the train running noise due to the location, so it didn't bother us much, and rather, the children seemed to thoroughly enjoy the train view and were very satisfied. When visiting Shizuoka, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. I usually don't write reviews, but the reason we enjoyed this trip was due to the high level of hospitality from the hotel staff, so I wanted to express my gratitude... It was a great outing. Thank you very much.

    Tatami room

    Three futons were laid out on the tatami mats. It felt more spacious than a bed, and the ceiling seemed higher, giving a great sense of openness. Since our room was on the side facing the railway, and our child loves trains, they were thrilled every time a bullet train or train passed by. It's recommended for train enthusiasts. As for the meals, I understand the space is limited, but I was disappointed that the Shizuoka oden, which I was looking forward to, ran out quickly. We were at the breakfast venue at 6:30. The large public bath wasn't crowded despite the number of guests, which was nice. The ice cream and frozen treats after the bath were also good.

    Late summer vacation trip

    Despite the reasonable accommodation cost, I was satisfied with the drinks and curry offered during happy hour and the breakfast content. Additionally, since the building is relatively new, the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay.
