    Not suitable for guests who are sensitive or easily bothered.

    With a convenience store on-site and close to the station, the location is extremely convenient. Breakfast is served at the attached cafe. There were items like sashimi and jingisukan, so you can enjoy Hokkaido flavors, but according to the information on the Hotel TV, it looked like cafe dishes such as pasta and meat dishes would also be available. I was looking forward to that, but they weren’t there—were those simply special menu items offered when Accommodation guests use the cafe? Since it’s behind the station, trains pass by, which I don’t mind. In fact, it’s a good Hotel for train enthusiasts. This isn’t the Hotel’s fault, but from after 10 p.m., there were intermittent knocking sounds as someone went around knocking on other Rooms’ doors, which was unpleasant. I could also hear loud voices from a Room that responded and continued talking loudly, along with footsteps walking around, so I couldn’t relax at all. I could hear water noise from next door and snoring as well—the noise was intense. The top of the Room wear was stiff and scratchy, so I couldn’t sleep in it. It may be fine for people who aren’t bothered by small things or who prioritize convenience, but I wouldn’t recommend it for those who want to relax at a Hotel.

    It was just a short walk from Sapporo Station.

    It was so close and convenient that I almost walked past it, thinking it might be a bit farther from the station. The Room was spacious and clean, and I’d like to stay here again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    This seems to be a fairly new Hotel, and it was very clean. It was conveniently located just steps from the station. There’s a convenience store on the ground floor, and within easy walking distance you’ll find Bic Camera, Daimaru and other department stores, McDonald’s, and more—so even if you forget something, you can quickly buy whatever you need. The Room had separate top-and-bottom pajamas, complimentary bottled water, shampoo that lathered well, strong shower pressure, and a hair dryer with plenty of airflow—everything was excellent. I also appreciated having a foldable mirror for makeup. The TV was large and could be adjusted to an easy-to-view angle, which made it very comfortable. Since I stayed in a double Room, the bed was spacious and I slept well. The lobby was also clean with seating available; I relaxed there until check-in. They also stored my luggage until check-in time. It seems you can enjoy free coffee in the lobby as well. Check-out was very smooth—you simply drop the key into the box next to the elevator exit used when leaving. I contacted them in advance to request paid early check-in; the fee wasn’t overly expensive, which I truly appreciated. The female staff member at reception was very courteous. I spoke to them a few minutes earlier than my scheduled time for check-in, but after confirming they kindly let me in right away, which really helped me out. (I understand this may depend on housekeeping schedules and that entry may not always be possible unless it’s exactly on time—but I appreciated their kindness in checking.) Thank you very much for your hospitality. I would love to stay again.

    Highly recommended!

    The room was clean and bright, with enough space to open two large suitcases. A convenience store was located downstairs, and the train station was only a one-minute walk away. Hokkaido University and electronics stores were also nearby, making it very convenient.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay again this week. This time, the cleaning during my stay was handled properly, and I had a comfortable experience. Thank you very much. Regarding cleaning, I believe it would be beneficial to implement a system where another person (avoiding familiarity) checks after the cleaner's work (double-checking). The best approach might be to establish rules such as leaving a card with the cleaner's name in the Room after cleaning to maintain a sense of responsibility and attentiveness.     I always use this accommodation when visiting Sapporo. It offers excellent convenience and comfort, and the front desk service is reliable. However, during a Multiple Night Stay, it was disappointing that cleaning was not thorough from the second night onwards, requiring me to inform the front desk about it. I would greatly appreciate proactive improvements in cleaning for Multiple Night Stays in the future. Thank you for your continued service.

    The location is absolutely amazing.

    Only a 1-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, this location is extremely convenient as a base for shopping near the station or day trips. The breakfast area is located on the basement floor, but the dim lighting may be disappointing.

    I will never go again due to the attitude of the female staff.

    This is an incident that occurred at the first Hotel of my trip to Hokkaido at the beginning of the year. A trip is supposed to be enjoyable, but I had a very unpleasant experience due to the hotel's service! That day, I arrived early at 14:20 and asked the only female staff at the hotel front desk if I could check in early. She was wearing a mask, and her voice was very soft, and I vaguely heard her say "14:45." I couldn't understand why it was 14:45. Then, when I asked if I could leave my luggage and check in later, she again said "14:45" with a very unpleasant attitude. I was very puzzled. Why did it have to be 14:45? Reluctantly, I sat on the sofa to wait until 14:45, but the female staff occasionally stared at me, and I looked back at her! In those few short minutes, we made eye contact more than five times, each time with a provocative look! Unbelievably, I couldn't believe she was a hotel staff member! I want to ask directly here, what did it mean for her to stare at me provocatively? As a guest, what words or actions of mine caused dissatisfaction? If you cannot serve with a good attitude, please do not do this job! Such an attitude only negatively affects your colleagues and the entire hotel. Afterwards, I complained about this matter to other staff after checking in, but during my two-day stay, no action was taken to resolve the issue! There was no apology from the female staff. I can't help but wonder if the hotel provides service training to its staff!

    It was comfortable.

    It was clean as it has been newly renovated. The outlets and lighting were functional and comfortable. The automatic check-in and key return box were convenient and easy to use. As a note for guests, during busy mornings, the elevator may take a while to arrive, and even when it does, it might be full, so please be careful not to wait until the last minute.

    Amazing despite being cheap and close to the station.

    This was my favorite hotel during this trip. It is a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Sapporo Station on a flat road, and a 2-minute walk from the north exit on a bright street with stairs. The room was about the same size as a slightly more expensive business hotel twin, with a sofa, round table, desk, and chair. It is a well-thought-out design. The bath and toilet are integrated, but the bathtub is boat-shaped and deep. New and clean, with plenty of outlets and fast Wi-Fi. There is water and coffee service available. The breakfast was good. Easy-to-eat seasoning using local vegetables, and of course, there are also sashimi and dried fish. Not overly Japanese, the Western dishes are also delicious. Very close to Daimaru, so no chance of getting lost. I enjoyed it until just before boarding the rapid airport train.

    There is a convenien...

    There is a convenience store on the first floor and Sapporo Station is also nearby, making it a very well-located place. The staff's response was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. Although it is a hotel that is difficult to get a reservation, I will definitely choose this place when I visit Sapporo in the future.

    I always use this place when I go to Sapporo. During my previous Multiple Night Stay, the cleaning was not thorough, so I consulted and informed the front desk. This time, when I returned from going out, I appreciated the detailed attention, including replenishing tissue paper and cleaning the bathroom. The access from the station is good, and the tea (Darjeeling Tea) is delicious. I would like to use it again, so I look forward to your continued service.
