    I was unable to receive the services listed in the Accommodation Plan.

    The Room information clearly stated: “The sofa in this guest room can be used as a sofa bed. If you would like to use it as a sofa bed, please contact the front desk. We will bring bedding.” However, when I actually requested this at the front desk, I was told, “We cannot provide bedding today,” which was the exact opposite of what was stated. Officially listing a service that cannot be provided is not only misleading but also dishonest. Had I known in advance, I could have made a Reservation at another Hotel—this was a complete loss of opportunity. This response undermined trust and left me very dissatisfied.

    It seems the buildin...

    It seems the building was renovated from an apartment. The shared corridor was an open-air walkway. The Room had a balcony, but it was dirty and the railing felt rather low. There were no chairs or table in the Room we stayed in. There were no amenities for children. Only one key was provided for the Room. There was a coin-operated parking lot in front of the Hotel. You have to pay each time you enter or exit. The spa is mixed-gender, so swimwear is required. The pool is freshwater, so it seems unavailable except in summer. We looked for a playroom but could not find one. The microwave did not heat well. Breakfast was served as a set meal. There were no choices.

    The karaoke was great!

    After a day of sightseeing and outdoor activities, we were too tired to go out for a second round, so we decided to use the karaoke at the Hotel! It was great to enjoy it so easily. Once you return to the Hotel, it's hard to go back outside, so I thought this is a perfect place for winter! With a pool available, it might also be great in summer. I’d love to visit again in summer next time!

    It was enjoyable.

    Winter trips can be tiring with long hours spent outdoors, so I chose this Hotel focusing on whether I could also enjoy my time inside. I had a great time warming up in the sauna, taking a short break, and then returning to my Room to watch a movie. Thank you very much!

    Just affordable

    A hotel converted from an apartment, resembling a private accommodation. The room was ordinary, but there were no spa or gym facilities as mentioned on the website—honestly, it felt like a scam. There’s no microwave or restaurant, so even with a nearby supermarket, it’s almost useless! The parking lot is managed by Times and open for public use, so guests have to use paid parking outside. It’s not close to Hakata's downtown area either, making the location inconvenient. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was honestly at a level where I wanted a refund.

The room itself allowed for natural relaxation at night. Wi-Fi was stable, making it stress-free to watch videos or look things up online.

    It was a pleasant environment for women who love saunas. My friend who came with me seemed satisfied as well, which was great. The breakfast was visually appealing and well-balanced with vegetables, mentaiko, and egg dishes. Overall, I think it’s a clean and photogenic Hotel.

    One night, two days stay. The moment I entered the Room, I felt the calming lighting and meticulous cleanliness. At night, it was very quiet with almost no outside noise, allowing for a good night's sleep. I now regret not asking what room fragrance was being used.

    Never feel bored, even when traveling alone.

    I initially thought the Hotel would just be a place to sleep since my trip was for sightseeing, but with a pool, karaoke, and gym, I ended up spending a lot of time inside the Hotel. The Room had Netflix, so I watched a movie at night. In the morning, I enjoyed a hearty breakfast before heading out.     It was a wonderful trip!

    Stayed here with my mom while visiting Hakata for my favorite artist's live concert! The hotel is sparkling and has plenty of perfect spots to take photos with your merch! The price was reasonable, but I'll need to save up a bit more for the next visit... It's perfect for a reward trip, and I’d definitely recommend it to friends!

    When you enter the room, some women might hesitate to stay. Please consider this hotel as an option only when there are no other accommodations available. However, for those who are simply looking for a place to stay at an affordable price, this accommodation can be a suitable choice. My wife personally decided not to stay and went to a manga café instead.
