    The sauna was excell...

The sauna was excellent. There were loaner sauna hats by the sink, plenty of aroma oils for löyly, and the temperature gets quite high, which was great. It was also nice to have plenty of towels! We stayed in Room 202, and the sauna room is a bit small. It has two tiers, and it’s wide enough for two adults to sit side by side. There’s a refrigerator right before the door from the Room to the sauna area, so it’s easy to grab drinks. As for service, all of the staff were very pleasant. We came by car, but since it’s Azabu-Juban, all nearby coin parking lots around the Hotel were expensive, so I wished there were a partnered parking option. Public transportation might be best. We ordered the motsunabe course via room service. The food was carefully prepared, generous in portion size, and very delicious. The refrigerator was extremely well stocked and really lifted my mood! There was mineral water throughout the Room so we never ran out of water, and we also enjoyed Oropo. However, since we used a Room with only one bathtub, you have to fill it as a cold bath after showering, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Even if small, I would have liked a separate tub just for cold baths (maybe some suites have one). The shower head, hair dryer, hair iron straightener, and curling iron were all ReFa products, which made me happy. It felt better than bringing my own. Next time I’d like to stay in a top-floor Room with a balcony. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    The sauna was great.

It was advertised as a Hotel with a private sauna, and I was satisfied that they set it to 100°C in advance. Next time, I’d like to stay in a larger Room.

Please ensure thorough cleaning of the bathroom on Basement Level 1!

This is a very good Hotel. That said, please ensure thorough cleaning of the bath on Basement Level 1. There is a strong musty mold smell. In particular, the shower curtain smells of mold. It ruins what could otherwise be a great bath experience. To the management team, thank you in advance for your attention to this.

    Excellent

The front desk staff was a foreigner but spoke Japanese well and provided polite service. The bedroom wasn't very spacious, but the rooftop terrace and open-air bath were absolutely amazing. Even in January, it wasn’t too cold, and I enjoyed a blissful time soaking while gazing at the night sky! Although I didn’t use it because I’m not a fan of saunas, there was also a sauna available. What surprised me was that all the drinks in the fridge—beer, cola, water, Pocari Sweat—were free! There were two fridges with about 20 bottles in total (of course, we didn’t drink them all). Plus, there was Nespresso coffee as well as tea bags, face masks, bath salts—so many amenities! The Room even had a microwave oven; perfect for a staycation! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious (though my daughter and I couldn’t finish it since we’re light eaters—sorry about that). The only downsides were no place to hang towels to dry; no chairs so we used the bed as one while eating; and no designated space for luggage. Thank you very much!

    Complimentary drinks available.

Since there is a sauna, the refrigerator was stocked with plenty of water. There were also several alcoholic and soft drinks, and we were told that whatever was in the fridge was included at no extra charge. We brought our own drinks this time, but next time we might come empty-handed.

Please provide the Japanese text you want translated.

We made a Reservation at this Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days because it has Rooms with a private sauna. It was closer to the station than expected, and although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were shown to our Room. It was raining that day, so this was very helpful. The staff were pleasant and the Hotel felt clean overall, but... Negative points - Day 1: After going out and returning to the Room, the curtains that had been closed were open. Did someone enter for ventilation while we were out? (Perhaps heat had built up because of the sauna.) It seems they simply forgot to close them again. Since it was only the curtains it wasn’t a major issue, but I was startled and wondered if someone had been in the Room. - Day 2: After going out and returning to the Room, a cleaning cloth had been left on top of my suitcase. The curtains were closed, but when I opened them (because they moved), I found the window left open as well. Since our Room was on the first floor, it could have been accessed from outside. Thinking that it may have been left open from around midday housekeeping until we returned around 11 p.m. is frightening. - Day 3: Because we set breakfast too early, we asked for plastic wrap, but it never arrived. - You need to shower inside the bathtub area, but there is no shower curtain, so even if you are careful the floor in the sink/changing area gets soaked. I understand this may be due to design choices, but some improvement is necessary. Positive points - Drinks in the refrigerator were free (one each of beer, highball, Pocari Sweat, Oronamin C, etc.). However, since two people stayed together, I think there should have been two of each item. - There was plenty of water provided (2 for coffee use / 2 in the bathroom / 2 in the refrigerator), which we appreciated. - Sauna ponchos and sauna hats available to borrow (very helpful since luggage gets bulky while traveling). - The sauna room is small but fits two people; up to a great 95°C; löyly available!! Housekeeping needs better training and final checks before completion. If this Accommodation had been inexpensive it might have been tolerable within reason; however it felt quite pricey. I don’t usually write a Review, but I decided to share this feedback. That said—if these issues are addressed—I would like to stay again. Please make improvements.

    I would definitely visit again.

About a 5-6 minute walk from Azabu-Juban Station Exit 6, approximately four blocks away. There is an escalator at the exit, so even with a suitcase, it's no problem. A convenience store is nearby, and taxis are easily accessible on the main road. Both Azabudai Hills and Tokyo Tower are within walking distance (though the slopes can be steep). The building is small enough that it doesn't look like a Hotel but has been recently renovated and is very clean. The Room was exceptional in terms of layout, usability, and cleanliness! Especially loved being able to listen to YouTube via Bluetooth even while in the sauna. The hallway and room are separated by a door, so outside noise was not an issue. What stood out were the amenities and food offerings. Skincare products, hairdryers, hair irons, aroma oils for sauna use, sauna hats... too many to list—you can truly come empty-handed! The fridge's free drinks and ice box were incredibly well-stocked—such a delight! Sauna enthusiasts will absolutely love this place. The food was also excellent; their hot pot dish (motsunabe) was delicious—far beyond typical Hotel room service quality—and felt like such great value (it seemed like it was crafted with special care by staff). Breakfast was also very tasty—it raised my expectations for other dishes! The sauna gets properly hot with cold water taps available for creating your own cold bath experience—you can repeat as many sets as you want; it's heaven! The staff were kind and helpful; most orders could be made via tablet for convenience (*however note that everything here uses modern technology—those who aren't tech-savvy might find it challenging). This feels more like a luxurious hybrid between private saunas and Hotels rather than just a standard Hotel stay. Note that there’s no view to speak of from here. For someone like me who loves saunas and quiet retreats—it’s an ideal environment for refreshing oneself! If they offered affordable single-person rates or memberships—I’d definitely visit monthly without fail... I’ll surely return next time to spend more leisurely hours until noon. Thank you so much!

    Design over practicality

The atmosphere was unified with a chic and calm vibe. It was a quiet and comfortable space. However, perhaps due to the emphasis on design, it was difficult to tell what the amenities were. From a plain bottle in a place that seemed to be for hand soap, something like lotion came out. Additionally, it was hard to distinguish which was the shampoo and which was the body soap. Since the focus seems to be on the ambiance of the space, it might be nonsensical to point this out, but just for reference. The windows were large, allowing in beautiful morning light. There was also a coffee maker, allowing for a luxurious time. The bathroom also had large windows, making a morning bath wonderful. I think it's perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing time in a calm space. A Multiple Night Stay to spend a lazy day might also be nice~

    So-so

The atmosphere was stylish, but the Room was dark. The bathtub was nice, but since the shower and bath couldn't be used separately, I had to fill the tub to warm up my body, wash myself, then drain all the water, refill the tub, and warm up again. For those who don't mind, it's probably not a big deal.

    Perhaps because it was underground...

I stayed in room B1, and the moment I entered the room, I wondered if the sewage was backing up. The stench was so bad it almost made my nose fall off...
