    The large public bath with an open-air bath was excellent.

    I used the facility for a day stay. Since the large public bath with an open-air bath was available from 3:00 PM, I used it. I was able to relax while soaking in the Shigaraki-ware ceramic bath. I will use it again.

    The Room feels clean. However, “1-second check-in”…

    I tried the “1-second check-in” option because it was offered at a low price, but I couldn’t check in smoothly. The front desk staff assisted me, and it ended up taking quite a while. I even installed the official app, so I’m not sure what the point was. Where was the contactless experience?… The Room felt clean, but the showerhead seemed broken and a large amount of water leaked from the side. Also, when I took a shower, the drainage was poor and the water pooled in the bathtub, which made my feet feel unhygienic.

    About the check-out time

    Many hotels offer an 11:00 AM checkout. At APA, it’s only 11:00 AM if you become a member. Could you make it a little later?

    It was excellent!

    I used the day-use service. The room was a bit small but very clean, with plenty of sockets. It was easy to charge devices, and I could work efficiently! I would love to use it again next time. Thank you!

    Thank you very much as always. The service, the room, and the bath are always excellent. When I stay, I prefer a room where the mirror is parallel to the bed, such as rooms on the 5th floor from 501 to 505. Thank you in advance.

    This was my second stay.

    I stayed for two nights. Although I forgot to put out the bath towels, new ones were prepared and hung on the door without me having to ask, which was very helpful. The price is affordable, and the location is great, so I will use this place again. Thank you very much!

    I would not want to visit the breakfast venue again.

    The attitude of the staff at the breakfast venue varied depending on the person, which was disappointing. I no longer feel like using this Hotel again. The Hotel provides polite service.

    Too expensive...

    The room and the bath were okay, but this price is too high... Maybe it's because of inbound tourism.

    For breakfast, we recommend the shop in front of the station or a convenience store.

    The service from the front desk staff was excellent. The large public bath was spacious, and the open-air bath was pleasant. Another good point was that the toilet paper was of quite good quality. The downside was the room cleaning (there were small bits of debris left from the previous guest. Particularly bad was the unit bath!) There were many hairs and lint from the previous guest left outside the unit bath. Probably because many people use the large public bath, the cleaning of the unit bath might only involve the toilet? There was a lot of hair left outside the bathtub, so I cleaned it up. Even worse was the breakfast. It was at the same level as the free breakfast at Toyoko Inn, yet it cost 1,900 yen! The taste was ordinary, and the service was particularly bad! The staff, possibly part-timers, didn't know how to speak properly, and the breakfast wasn't worth eating! Even though it was hot coffee, I wasn't given a coffee cup. I was told to drink it in a transparent plastic cup. They said it's heat-resistant, so it's fine. Is this normal at APA Hotel? It might be because it was my first time at APA Hotel and I'm not used to it.

    Generally satisfied

    On the 15th floor, there is a large public bath where I was able to relax and soak in the bath. I was able to relieve the fatigue of the day. Thank you. The Room was quiet, had a sufficiently necessary size, and I felt that the Facility and equipment were reasonable. Of course, the location is perfect. The only disappointment was that the heating did not work at night, so in the morning, the room temperature was around 16 degrees, and it was cold. I think that for eco reasons, the air conditioning is centrally managed in fan mode during the night, but I would like it to be possible to use heating at least after 6 a.m. Perhaps the air conditioner in my Room was broken...

    The large public bath is a very attractive feature of the Hotel.

    There are many hotels in this area, but this property attracted me with its large bath on the top floor, where you can soak in three different baths. Even though the room was unexpectedly small, going there provided a change of pace, and I was able to stay comfortably for nine days. The hygiene was well-maintained, allowing me to relax like at home with peace of mind. I had breakfast once, and I think it would be nice to have a variety of colorful fruits to start the day with a vibrant delight for the eyes.
