  The stay was relatively short as the main purpose was visiting the Osaka Expo, but overall it was comfortable with almost no stress. The adjacent onsen facility had excellent water quality, and the facility as a whole was in good condition. The room was comfortable with no issues, and while the breakfast buffet initially seemed ordinary, as expected of Osaka, the taste turned out to be great. Minor downsides include the poor quality of toothbrushes provided. Additionally, although it didn’t bother me personally, most guests were inbound tourists making it quite lively. Overall, I would rate this above average in terms of both cost performance and quality.

  Lively and Enjoyable Communication Hotel

  It had been a while since our last visit. Recently, it has become harder to make a reservation, so we haven't been able to visit as often. We were really looking forward to this stay after a year. Previously, there was also a day-use option available, but now it seems only overnight stays are offered, making day-use difficult. The onsen and various services are excellent, and the cost performance was great; however, some services have been reduced (such as alcohol service hours), which is a bit disappointing. Still, there's no doubt that this is an enjoyable hotel. Despite it being such a long time since our last visit, the female staff at the restaurant remembered us and warmly interacted with us—it made us very happy! The onsen remains fantastic as always and allowed us to relax completely. In the evening at the restaurant, there was lively energy with many inbound guests! Foreign languages could be heard everywhere—it almost felt like we weren’t in Japan. However, we managed to enjoy conversations in broken phrases with international guests and shared moments of fun while experiencing an exotic atmosphere together. Everyone was truly friendly! Some Japanese guests seemed bothered by the noise level; however, I think this is where Japan’s spirit of "omotenashi" (hospitality) comes into play—though it might be challenging for those who prefer quiet surroundings. We had such an enjoyable time—thank you very much! Oh! The late-night miso butter ramen this time was absolutely amazing! Thank you for the delicious treat.
