    Convenient access

    We were looking for a Hotel in the Tenjin area with a room for three adults. Access from Tenjin-Minami Station on the Nanakuma Line was convenient, but the directions say Exit 5 is the closest. For travelers with suitcases, however, the stairs were tough and it was hard to tell which direction the Hotel was in. If you have luggage, I think Exit 3 is better because you can use an escalator. On the way from Exit 3 to the Hotel, you pass Exit 5 anyway, so there isn’t much difference in distance. Since it’s a Hotel and many guests have luggage, I would appreciate clearer guidance on which station exit is best (e.g., “escalator available” or “stairs only”). The Hotel itself was very comfortable. The toothbrush had an eco-friendly design that was a bit difficult to use, but I understand it as cost-saving. Thank you very much.

    Great location

    1-minute walk from Tenjin-Minami Station. Conveniently located near a department store with many delicious restaurants nearby. However, the adjacent "Komeda Coffee" for breakfast had poor staff operations, making it difficult to get in (despite available seats). If you have time to spare, waiting is an option, but for those in a hurry, it's better to eat elsewhere. The Hotel Facility was clean and pleasant.

    Lost and Found

    Despite calling about a lost item, the line remains busy and no one answers. Additionally, even though the cleaning staff should notice any forgotten items, there has been no contact from the Hotel.

    The Room was clean and comfortable to use. While there were some inconveniences for elderly guests, we were able to stay without major issues. The Hotel staff were all polite and provided excellent service.

    There was nothing unpleasant from check-in to check-out, and I am rather grateful for the kind service at the front desk. Thank you very much.

    It is better not to include breakfast.

    Breakfast was offered at Komeda Coffee on the first floor of the Hotel, but it was too crowded to get it before checkout time. In the end, I checked out without breakfast. Of course, there was no refund, and I felt it was a scam as there was no prior explanation about the crowding.

    I was a little disappointed.

    The front desk staff on the day of check-in was very good, but during other times, I felt a cold impression from the staff interactions. I left a note for the cleaning staff to request additional pillows, but there was no particular response. The attitude of the staff at the affiliated breakfast restaurant was generally cold, and I got the impression that they were not very friendly. I do not think that "staff should treat guests like gods." However, I hope to at least feel "as comfortable as at home" at the property. The average accommodation fee was 22,000 yen per night, but I did not feel the service was worth it.

    The hotel is in a very convenient location.

    I chose this location because it is close to the station, making it convenient for attending live events and visiting various shops. I was pleased to find free coffee near the front desk, but it was disappointing that there were hardly any amenities. The Room was simple and not spacious, but I had a comfortable stay, and the staff's service was generally courteous.
