    It was a very comfortable Hotel!

    We stayed in a Premier Twin Room for three people. It was compact but very functional and easy to use, and it felt new and clean, so we had a comfortable stay. [What we liked] - The shower and hair dryer were ReFa; the shower mist in particular felt amazing. - The bath and toilet were separate, which was very helpful for three people. - The bed had a wonderfully soft, springy feel and was extremely comfortable. The pillow height and firmness were just right, so I slept soundly. (I often struggle to find beds or pillows that suit me, so I was impressed!) - There was a Nespresso machine, and the cups and saucers were stylish—enjoying delicious coffee in the Room was a treat. - A convenience store is nearby, which is handy. It’s also just two stops from Hakata with great access; if you go through the commercial complex connected to the station, you can get there with almost no time spent walking outside. (It was a hot day, so this really helped.) - Although it faces a main road, the hotel interior was very quiet. - I called the front desk with a question late at night (and felt bad about it), but they responded kindly and politely. I’d definitely like to stay here again next time I visit Hakata!

    I was very satisfied with my stay in Hakata.

    I found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay for a trip to Hakata, as I was also going to Chieko Mizutani’s concert. It was close to the concert venue, and since I was traveling with a friend, we wanted a Room with a separate bath and toilet and enough space. There was plenty of room even with our suitcases open. The toilet was completely separate, and it had its own sink and paper towels, which we really appreciated. The Hotel is new and very clean, well equipped in many ways, and conveniently located near the station. It’s also great for leisurely walks around Tenjin, Nakasu, Kawabata, and more. It happened to be the day of the Gion Yamakasa Oiyama event, and since the finish point was right in front of the Hotel, we were able to enjoy it. The Hotel staff answered our questions very politely as well. Thanks to that, my friend and I were able to fully enjoy our trip together—it became a wonderful memory.

    Plush Bed

    I often struggle to sleep well because the beds or futons at Accommodations don’t suit me, but here the bed was unbelievably comfortable, with a wonderfully unique, slightly springy feel—I slept soundly until morning without any discomfort. Since I rarely soak in a tub unless there’s a large public bath, I chose a Room with a shower booth, and it was the right choice—I could shower freely without worrying about splashing water around. I also appreciated having both an overhead shower and a handheld ReFa shower. The ReFa hair dryer was great too.

    The location is convenient, and I would like to stay here again.

    I was able to book a Room at the last minute, probably due to a cancellation. A new Hotel is always nice. The simple interior with warm wood tones, large TV, separate toilet and bath, and individual air conditioning made it so comfortable—more like relaxing in my own Room than staying at a Hotel. The large bathtub, ReFa shower head, and hair dryer made me want to soak for a long time. It also has great access to the subway station, Hakataza Theater, and Nakasu, so I’d like to stay again. However, the only disappointment was that there were only coffee cups in the Room and no drinking glasses. Please provide them.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Although there is no large public bath, I was surprised by the home-like bathroom without a shower curtain. The Room and Facility were clean and excellent. It is also close to Nakasu-Kawabata Station, so I did not feel any inconvenience getting around. Breakfast was not great, but I heard the service style will change from 7/1, so I am looking forward to it. I would like to stay again. The hair dryer is ReFa.

    A quiet, relaxing space

    Canal City and Kushida Shrine are within walking distance, and it was just the right distance for a stroll to the downtown area for dining. The Hotel was clean, stylish, quiet, and perfect for adults. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which made it very convenient. Breakfast required no waiting, had a calm atmosphere, and was delicious with light seasoning. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    Enjoy a Hakata-style breakfast menu.

    This was my first stay. In the twin Room, I was a bit concerned that the sink was next to the bed, but the Room was clean and comfortable. I don’t usually eat breakfast at a Hotel, but I noticed a breakfast poster featuring Hakata-style dishes and decided to try it. At 1,800 yen, it was reasonably priced, and everything tasted great! I think it would even be worth staying just for the breakfast. Thank you very much.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were kind and attentive. The Room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. It was also great that the shower and hair dryer were ReFa. Personally, I would have appreciated a wider selection of amenities.

    Satisfied with my first time in Fukuoka

    This was my first time attending a live show at Marine Messe. Since I wasn’t familiar with the area and couldn’t gauge the distance from the Hotel to the venue, I chose this Hotel because it was close and easy to reserve online. It’s a new Hotel and very clean. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and the sink was in the Room, which seems to be a recent trend. The bathtub was spacious, so I could relax and recover from the concert. There were also two luggage racks, which was very helpful. It was convenient for both meals and coffee breaks, so I’d like to stay here again if I have another chance.

    A beautiful Hotel

    I stayed here with my daughter for a Hakata food tour. It was a very clean Hotel. I was glad the bathroom and toilet were separate. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    A compact yet functional Room, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed.

    My friend and I stayed one night in a twin Room. It was convenient, close to both Nakasu-Kawabata Station and the downtown area. The Room is compact, but it’s well designed and comfortable. Here’s why: 1) There are built-in shelves right where you think, “I just want to set something down.” 2) The bath and toilet are separate. Because the sink is in the bedroom, even when one person is in the bath, the other isn’t restricted from using the toilet or washing their hands. 3) There are two luggage racks. Even in twin Rooms, most places only have one, so I always wish there were another. Thanks to this, we could open our suitcases comfortably even though the Room isn’t large. Best of all was the bed! It wasn’t too firm or too soft—just right—so I slept soundly and felt noticeably better when I woke up. There was also a Nespresso machine, so we could enjoy delicious coffee in the Room. Just two small suggestions: Since the changing area for the bath is along the entry hallway, it would be even more convenient if there were hooks or a built-in shelf on that wall to hang or place clothes. Also, having a small sink in the toilet room (just for handwashing) would make it even more comfortable. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Hakata.

    It was a good Hotel.

    I originally chose this place because it was close to my destination, but Tenjin and Canal City were also within walking distance, and Nakasu-Kawabata Subway Station was nearby, making it convenient for both business and sightseeing. The Room wasn’t large, but it was clean, and the Facility and amenities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    I stayed in a twin room. The beds were placed close together, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of bed, and the mattresses were on the softer side, which made getting up challenging. It was nice that the toilet was separate. I had a Multiple Night Stay, but it was disappointing that the breakfast menu was the same every day. I understand it might be difficult, but having some variety would have been appreciated.

    This is a high-class Hotel.

    I had a very comfortable stay again this time. Especially, I usually request extra towels before my stay, but I forgot until the day of check-in. I thought it was my responsibility and decided to let it go, but to my surprise, the staff asked about towels during check-in and had already prepared them in advance. I was truly moved! The room featured a bathroom with a washing area, a ReFa showerhead and hairdryer that women would appreciate, and soap products that seemed to be from KOSÉ's brand. For breakfast, freshly made egg dishes were brought directly to the table upon request. The staff's hospitality was excellent as always. Every time I check out, I wonder if it's really okay to stay at such high-class hotel-level accommodation for this price. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Hakataza Theater. Thank you very much!

    The Hotel is new, so...

    The Hotel is new, so the Room was clean. It is also close to the station. It was disappointing that there were no women's makeup removers or cosmetics among the amenities. The meals felt a bit lacking.

    It's average.

    It was my first time experiencing a Multiple Night Stay, and I was surprised by the current system. You need to inform the front desk if you want or don't want room cleaning, and if not, you have to request amenities, towels, tea, etc., as needed. When I went out and came back, what I had requested was done; however, an empty bottle of complimentary water was left as it was. I wondered if I should have asked them to take care of that too. The Room was clean. The bathroom had a bathtub with a washing area, which allowed me to relax comfortably—this was nice.

    I will stay again.

    Close to Hakataza and restaurants, the stay was clean and comfortable. We changed from a Room for 2 people to one that could accommodate 3 at the last minute, and the staff responded promptly and kindly. We talked about wanting to stay here again with friends. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a concert at Marine Messe. The room was spacious enough and within walking distance to the venue. The independent bathroom allowed me to relax and recover from fatigue. The room was clean, and the bed was excellent! Breakfast may not have had an extensive variety, but it was delicious and satisfying. The only issue was that the air conditioner operated independently with a door in the room; while it kept things comfortable after returning on a hot day, it directly hit me during sleep, making temperature adjustment tricky. I would love to stay here again!

    This was my first time staying at your Hotel. The Room was not very spacious, but I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate, and I chose a bathroom with a washing area, which was nice. Also, it was great to have one bottle of water provided per person. The in-room wear was the type you pull over your head, but I think a different style would be better for wet hair after bathing. The fabric was quite thick, and my friend ended up sweating during sleep and took a shower in the morning. Breakfast had fewer options but was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

    For Multiple Night Stay

    I stay in Hakata once a year to accompany my family for a reunion. While I usually stay near Hakata Station, this time I wanted to experience the food stalls, so I chose a new hotel near Nakasu-Kawabata Station and close to the reunion venue. As expected, it was a clean and modern hotel. Since I was traveling with elderly family members and carrying large suitcases, the distance from the station felt farther than anticipated. The room felt slightly small for three people but would be sufficient for two. The bathroom and toilet were separate, allowing us to enjoy a proper soak in the tub. The breakfast area initially seemed small, but thanks to the attentive staff and good timing on both mornings, we were able to enjoy our meals smoothly. On the first day, we had chicken hot pot (mizutaki), and on the second day, we enjoyed motsunabe (offal hot pot). In the evening, there were several dining options within walking distance; with some effort, we could even walk to Tenjin. Having a rental car nearby was also convenient. However, I found it difficult to use toothpaste in paper packaging as I'm not accustomed to it.

    Perfect for experiencing Hakata as if you were living there!

    I stayed for one night in the refreshing early summer air. Since my companion was returning from overseas after a long time, we prioritized a bathtub and comfortable bed, which led us to choose Esperia Hotel Fukuoka Nakasu. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The hotel is easily accessible via subway from the airport, and its location allows you to enjoy Nagahama or Nakasu's food stalls at night with quick taxi rides—ideal for first-time visitors to Fukuoka. The bathtub was more spacious than it appeared in photos, amenities were excellent, and the bed was plush and comfortable—perfect for recovering from a long international flight. The next day, they kindly stored our suitcases until evening so we could freely explore Hakata; their customer service was outstanding. With everything within walking distance, it felt like traveling while living there—a truly enjoyable trip. Thank you very much! I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    It was a spontaneous...

    It was a spontaneously decided stay for a refresh. The separate bath and toilet setup was excellent, and the Facility, including the Refa hair dryer, was also great. The shampoo and conditioner amenities suited my hair well, leaving it incredibly smooth, which I really liked. The bed was spacious, though it felt a bit soft and sinking; personally, I prefer firmer beds. For breakfast, there were Hakata specialties like mizutaki, which filled me up completely. Despite being compact, there was a space selling Hakata-ori accessories and other items, which was a thoughtful touch for tourists. I would love to stay again.

    It was very good.

    I chose to stay here because of the high Review ratings, and it was indeed a very good Hotel as per the Review. The Room was spacious, with Facilities that didn't feel like a Business Hotel at all. The separate bath and toilet were the deciding factors, and both were impressively spacious and clean. The TV was large, and having a Nespresso machine was a pleasant surprise. It was a twin Room, but the bed size was large and very comfortable. The staff's response was smooth and efficient, which was great. I will definitely use this Hotel again.

    Comfortable

    The separate type bath is very spacious and allows for a relaxing soak. The bed and pillows are made of memory foam, providing a very comfortable sleep. As a Business Hotel, it is very satisfactory.

    It's really appreciated that the bathtub and washing area are separate!

    It's truly delightful to soak in a bathtub to relieve travel fatigue, especially when there's a proper washing area! This was the main reason for choosing this Hotel. Including the bathroom, the Room was clean and comfortable. The location is also convenient, being close to Riverain and with good access to Nakasu-Kawabata subway station. It's within walking distance to the Nakasu area and Tenjin direction for drinks, making both the journey there and back convenient. I would love to stay again.

    Excellent location

    I stayed here for a musical at Hakataza. The hotel is conveniently located near a station with direct subway access from the airport. The hotel itself is new, clean, and very comfortable. It’s also close to Hakata's famous food stalls, making it a very convenient and excellent hotel. Thank you for the great service!
