    Conveniently located, offering a comfortable stay.

    It was close to the station and Nankinmachi, and because it faces a wide street, I felt safe even at night. The Room was compact and clean. The guest-only lounge was so well equipped that I wondered if it was really free. We stayed as a group this time, so having a space where we could gather and chat was very helpful. If I had to mention one thing, I would like a shower cap to be provided in the Room. I only noticed after getting ready for a bath, and I hesitated to go all the way to the front desk to pick one up. Advice for future guests: If your vehicle is tall, please be aware that there is no nearby parking available for high-clearance vehicles.

    I always stay here when visiting Kobe.

    The hotel may feel slightly dated, but it is more than sufficient for accommodation. Its proximity to the station makes it very convenient. This time, I noticed there were many foreign guests, but the front desk staff handled them smoothly and professionally, which was impressive. I would love to stay here again.

    Located right in front of the station, but the Facility is somewhat basic.

    I booked this hotel because it is right in front of JR Motomachi Station, but the area around the station felt desolate (with bars in the alleys), and walking at night seemed a bit scary. The Motomachi arcade was nearby, but it was an old shopping street with a retro Showa-era vibe. For a more glamorous Kobe experience, Sannomiya would have been better. I chose the ladies' floor, but aside from having a good hairdryer, there weren’t many benefits—there wasn’t even a shower cap, which I consider essential for women. The building seemed old; there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, and the desk chair was hard—I wished for some cushioning. The air conditioning system was also difficult to adjust properly. What bothered me most was finding what looked like a bloodstain on one of the sheets—it should have been discarded regardless of being washed. Since it was a twin room, I used the other bed instead... On the positive side, they offered drinks, snacks, and ice pops in the lounge as part of their service.

    The upgrade was great, but the cleanliness was a bit disappointing.

    Reserved a non-smoking double room on the ladies' floor. I was delighted to be upgraded to a corner room on the day! The shower, hair iron, and high-powered hairdryer were very satisfying. However, large dust came out from the hairdryer, and there were fingerprints on the mirror, which was disappointing. If cleaning had been thorough, it would have been a perfect trip. Also, the air conditioning wind directly hit my face while sleeping and caused dryness no matter how much I lowered the airflow. I didn't use it this time but wanted to try a café latte at the 24-hour café. The location near Motomachi Station was excellent; if improvements are made, I would love to stay again!

    Convenient

    It is very convenient as it is located right in front of Motomachi Station. The lounge offers unlimited coffee and café latte, which was great. I was upgraded to a comfortable Room. The unit bath was small, but that’s understandable. There are no ladies' amenities provided, so we recommend bringing your own.

    A Hotel You Can Trust

    Stayed for 2 nights on the ladies' floor. The staff provided excellent service. There is a relaxing space with free drinks and ice, allowing you to stay cool outside the Room as well. Breakfast was included for both nights, and it was helpful to choose between Western or Japanese-style plates. It would have been better if the mini buffet had more variety. The location is great, being close to Motomachi.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located right in front of Motomachi Station, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating during both check-in and check-out. They also provided luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful. As a solo traveler, I requested the ladies' floor but only twin rooms were available, allowing for a spacious stay. However, despite being on the ladies' floor, there were no cosmetic sets like makeup remover in the room or at the front desk, which was disappointing and felt unusual these days. There is a sign near the elevator indicating "Ladies Only" for this floor with "No Men Allowed," but there wasn’t any physical partition or security measure enforcing it, which seemed odd. The top of the fridge and gaps around it had noticeable dust buildup... While an air purifier was provided in the room, I felt that cleaning could have been more thorough. There’s a lounge exclusively for guests where delicious vinegar drinks are offered along with coffee; I used it morning to night but noticed that some foreign guests seemed to occupy it frequently whenever I visited. During my entire hotel stay, I only saw international travelers around me. The window in my room had frosted glass that completely blocked any view outside. There was also lighting embedded within the window glass with its own switch; even when turned off, it remained bright inside due to external light sources (though unclear if natural light). Without an external view or even a clock in-room to tell time easily—it gave off an enclosed feeling at times. It seems all non-executive floors have similar frosted windows based on descriptions online—something worth noting beforehand. This trip marked my first solo reward getaway staying overnight in Kobe; while excited about enjoying amenities like their ladies’ floor & lounge initially—the overall value felt underwhelming considering weekday rates for No Meals Included accommodation weren’t particularly budget-friendly either—making me hesitant about returning again personally!

    Conveniently located near the station

    It was rainy, so the location right in front of Motomachi Station was very convenient. The property seems to have been renovated, and the Room was clean and well-maintained. Perhaps because it was a ladies' floor, the bathroom was bright, and the mirror in the Room had lighting, which was excellent. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the lounge this time, but I look forward to trying it next time.

    Perfect for your travel needs!

    I made a Reservation this time to visit Himeji Castle. The location near Motomachi Station was excellent. There were many restaurants nearby, making the area lively, but the Hotel itself was quiet. The security was reliable. However, the Room lighting was slightly dim, and there were no complimentary bottled water or cosmetic amenities provided. That seems to be the Hotel's policy, so it wasn't an issue for me. Breakfast included fresh vegetable salads and small-sized bread, which were satisfying. Thank you for your hospitality; I would love to stay here again when visiting Kobe!

    Conveniently located, high-quality Business Hotel with no unnecessary services.

    I initially thought there were no amenities as I didn't notice them in front of the reception. It would be nice to have at least a small bottle of water provided in the guest room. Since my visit was not primarily for sightseeing, everything else was comfortable and without any issues.

    A comfortable and pleasant Hotel

    The front staff provided excellent service, making my stay very pleasant. They were very considerate regarding the issue of my trunk sent from Tokyo being delayed due to snow, and their communication with the morning staff was flawless, which was a great help. Thank you so much. The greetings when entering and leaving the Hotel were appropriate and left a good impression. While the elevator felt slightly outdated, the Room did not feel old at all and was thoroughly cleaned. If I may add one suggestion, although the bathroom was clean, there was a slight musty smell reminiscent of mold. This is a convenient and safe Hotel where you can enjoy your stay comfortably. I will visit again!

    The location of the ...

    The location of the Hotel in front of JR Motomachi Station is very easy to find. The breakfast bread was so delicious that I wanted to take some home. Unfortunately, the Room had no windows, which was disappointing.

    Dirty

    I stayed for one night with several friends for sightseeing purposes. We made separate reservations and on the morning of our stay, we checked in our luggage together, so the hotel was aware of our group stay in advance. We all checked in together, and although I and another person had exactly the same plan and rate, I was given a clearly smaller and poorly maintained dirty room. When I checked with the front desk, I was only given an explanation that did not make sense, stating that even with the same plan and rate, the room sizes differ. The air purifier in the room had a filter maintenance light on, dust had accumulated, and it made loud noises at night, preventing me from sleeping, so I had no choice but to turn it off. Additionally, the tray for small items was dusty, and I did not feel like using it. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, but I will not be repeating my stay.

    It was excellent. The staff were kind. There was also a lounge-like area, which was nice. I will use it again next time.
