    I slept well.

    The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. Compared to my previous stay, check-in was smoother, and I felt the process had become more digital. Breakfast was a bit crowded, so I decided not to have it.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    ■About the Room It was compact, but clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was strong, and I felt warmed up even without a bathtub. ■Used the breakfast-included Plan Previously, when I stayed in another area, I had to wait as long as 30 minutes for breakfast, so this time I headed there at 6:45 prepared for a line, but it was almost empty. I was able to enjoy a delicious breakfast smoothly and comfortably. ■Noise from the air conditioning When I turned on the AC, it was quite loud. Since I was staying alone, the sound echoed in the Room and felt noisy. ■Bath towels Large and fluffy. They were very absorbent with a nice texture that felt great on the skin, but perhaps because large towels are provided, there wasn’t a face-towel size option. I found that interesting. It felt a bit insufficient for drying my hair. ■Wanted takeaway cups There is a drink bar at the breakfast venue. I would have liked to take one drink back to my Room to enjoy slowly, so I’d be happy if takeaway cups were available.

    How many times has it been?

    This was my repeat stay, and my second night in Kyoto. As before, I chose this place because the bed linens were clean and the smart TV was comfortable to use, but the loud strange noise from the air conditioning mentioned in a Review was really bad—a grinding sound. It continued even after I turned off the air conditioning. I always wonder which Room has an outside view. The humidifying air purifier is appreciated. The free sandwiches were also delicious.

    Disappointing Hotel

    The cleanliness and management were lacking. Among various issues, the most disappointing was being provided with unwashed sleepwear. While it is affordable and conveniently located, I will not stay here again.

    Very satisfied with the clean and comfortable Room.

    This Hotel has been open for only about four years, and the entire facility remains new and well-maintained. On this day, the temperature exceeded 35°C, but the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing ultimate comfort. Within just a few minutes of entering the room, it became a pleasantly cool space. There was no noise from outside, and the mattress had just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The separate shower booth and toilet were also very convenient. The staff's service was consistently polite and left a great impression. Considering its excellent location and price point, it would be hard to find another Hotel that offers such satisfaction.

    It was excellent. One thing that caught my attention was:

    Compact, clean, and comfortable with a very cozy bed. The only issue was that the in-room safe was not large enough to fit a laptop. If this could be improved, it would be perfect. Looking forward to staying again!

    A budget version of Prince Hotel with complimentary breakfast.

    Stayed for two nights and three days after a year. The Room was very convenient with separate toilet, shower room, and sink. The interior was clean, new, and comfortable. The refrigerator was near the entrance, away from the bed, so there was no noise disturbing sleep—very good. The front desk staff provided excellent service typical of the Prince Hotel Group. This time's complimentary breakfast included sandwiches; I could choose from three types but opted for egg sandwiches on both days. The bread was fluffy, and I could season it myself with ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper—it was delicious. Although there is no bathtub, the rain shower in the shower room was comfortable. On the second night after 3 PM at the front desk, I received bottled water; since my pajamas were collected during cleaning that day as well, I picked up fresh ones on the first floor for my second night’s stay too. Having an Amazon Echo like at home made it convenient to check time or weather information easily. Additionally, being able to watch YouTube on TV—a feature not commonly found in other Hotels—was a great bonus!

    A very smart Hotel

    The check-in, check-out, and use of luggage storage lockers were very efficient and smart. If I may offer one suggestion, the bed was a bit high and felt a little uncomfortable. I will stay again.

    It was good.

    I stayed for three nights on a business trip. The location was good, it was clean, and the amenities were tasteful. However, there was no bathtub in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special, and you couldn't get a coffee refill, but considering it's a free service, it was sufficient. For some reason, the Room I stayed in had an intermittent loud noise from the air conditioning, similar to the sound of a vent during a typhoon. It was too noisy to use the air conditioning while sleeping or even when awake, so I only turned it on when taking a shower. It was fine because of the season, but I shudder to think what it would be like in winter or summer. It seems the cause is a pressure difference, so it might be specific to some Rooms. However, the cost performance is excellent, so I would consider staying again during a season when air conditioning is not needed.
