    All the staff were kind, but I had some concerns about the Facility.

    This is a highly automated Hotel where unmanned service is the standard. When I contacted them, the staff responded kindly and attentively, which was great. With that in mind, here are my thoughts. The automated features felt somewhat unique, and I often found myself thinking, “Oh, so that’s how it works,” because there were many behaviors that weren’t intuitive at first. I’m sure it becomes convenient once you get used to it, and there are written instructions. However, since this Hotel is a “resort,” many guests will likely want a stress-free stay. I felt it would be even better if the system were designed so first-time guests could understand it more intuitively. That said, I absolutely recommend the sea-view rooms, and the Onsen was easy to use—the sauna cold-water bath wasn’t excessively cold. There’s also a Plan that lets you stay until 1:00 PM, which made moving on to the next Hotel much easier. There were many things I liked overall, and I thought it was a good Hotel.

    It felt like they were cutting costs.

    I stayed for the collaboration room. In many areas, it felt like costs were being cut, and I didn’t feel it was worth the Accommodation fee. The breakfast taste was also a bit disappointing... However, the staff at the breakfast venue and the female front desk staff member I called via extension for an inquiry were extremely helpful and provided excellent service.

    I reserved the theat...

    I reserved the theater room for the first time. When I turned off the lights to make it easier to watch, the monitor also turned off. Could this be improved? Perhaps because it is a theater room, it was very small and had a view of almost nothing but walls. I was surprised as I had only experienced spacious ocean-view rooms before. The curtains could not be opened either. I don't think I will book the theater room again in the future.

    (1) It was disappointing that the projection mapping at the front desk was out of order. (2) I was surprised that there was no water in the Room.

    The meals were excellent.

    It was my first stay, and the Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The most outstanding part was the meals. The abalone liver sauce was especially delicious. The Onsen quality was excellent, leaving my skin smooth and soft, which made me very satisfied. I have booked a different Room type for my next visit. Looking forward to staying again!

    Good.

    This was my second stay, and this time I had a sea-facing room. The view of the planes taking off and landing was excellent, making it very enjoyable. The scenery from the large public bath was also great. However, I felt that the breakfast selection was limited. It would be nice if there were more variety in the offerings.

    The highlight, the bath, is...

    We stayed here the night after visiting the Expo with our family of four. There was parking available (700 yen per night), and since it was close to Kansai Airport, we booked an ocean-view room hoping to watch planes take off and land from our room. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the planes from our room, but the weather was great that day, and the sea view was beautiful. The twin room had a sofa without a backrest but felt slightly spacious. Breakfast was buffet-style, and staff provided clear and precise explanations beforehand. For some reason, it wasn't crowded at all, so we enjoyed a quiet space with a full view of the sea while eating to our heart's content—very satisfying. However, there were two disappointing points: the hotel's signature large bathhouse and check-in process. Although we paid for the Hot Spring Tax, perhaps because it was late at night, the changing area in the bathhouse was very messy with empty bottles and used towels scattered around. The trash bins near sinks were overflowing with tissues and cotton swabs. Inside the bath area itself, there weren't enough shampoo or body soap bottles for all washing stations; when I finally gathered some to use them myself, others took them away mid-use due to shortages. Additionally, there were groups loudly chatting in Japanese in one corner of the bathhouse which made it hard to relax; I ended up leaving quickly as a result. While these issues stem from guest behavior problems primarily—staff could improve conditions by patrolling regularly & tidying up. As for check-in: Two dinosaur robots greeted us upon arrival—but when entering my full name (in katakana) into their system—it kept showing "no match." My name includes small "yo" character yet only worked after trying larger-sized version instead despite correct spelling being listed accurately within Reservation Confirmation Email sent earlier by hotel itself! This caused unnecessary delays wasting valuable time unnecessarily during what should’ve been smooth straightforward process overall. Lastly—a request regarding vending machines located on accommodation floors—they currently stock soft drinks/snacks/cup noodles exclusively whereas beer/alcoholic beverages weren’t available anywhere nearby either since Onsen Facility-side dining hall closed early evening already too meaning travelers arriving via car unable drink outside beforehand left no choice except staying sober sleeping instead! Adding alcoholic options would greatly enhance convenience future guests alike moving forward hopefully soon addressed accordingly someday ahead eventually improving experience overall significantly better satisfaction guaranteed ultimately long-term success assuredly achieved mutually beneficial outcome realized together collaboratively shared vision fulfilled comprehensively effectively seamlessly integrated solution implemented proactively responsibly thoughtfully executed professionally delivered consistently reliably dependably trustworthy manner exceeding expectations surpassing     A perfect accommodation with the sea right in front and airplanes visible in the distance.

    Stayed for one night with breakfast included. Checked in after 11 PM, but was able to relax for nearly an hour at the spa in a separate building. The room was a twin with KIX (Kansai Airport) theme, perfect for airplane enthusiasts. Breakfast was enjoyed leisurely at a restaurant with an ocean view. I have already made a reservation for a 3-night stay this summer and am looking forward to it!

    Just right

    The Onsen was perfect for relaxing after a long walk. The changing room and bath area were spacious and easy to use. However, the stone floor in the women’s indoor bath was cracked, with fragments scattered around, which seemed dangerous. It might also be helpful to provide more announcements about the 100-yen coin lockers. The Room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a well-balanced selection. I only interacted with staff at the breakfast venue, but they left no unpleasant impression.

    The bath was excellent.

    The view from the bath was great. Since there are many day-trip guests, it’s not very relaxing, but the fact that it’s an Onsen is a big plus. The room size was not too small. It was a theater room, and although I didn’t know how to use it at first, I got used to it quickly without any issues. Next time, I’ll include breakfast with my stay.

    Many international g...

    Many international guests stay at our accommodation, and I noticed concerns regarding bath etiquette. Some guests attempted to enter the bath in swimsuits, children were running around, hanging on railings, or playing with the doors, while parents did not intervene. It felt unsafe and difficult to relax. In the semi-open-air bath area, two Japanese adults were speaking loudly; ironically, children were quieter while adults engaged in disruptive behavior that upset them. Some adults even climbed onto the fence area and walked around. Since check-in is unmanned, it might be unavoidable; however, without an opportunity to communicate proper etiquette guidelines, I worry that accidents may occur in the bathing area soon.

    Good value for money

    It was a bit of a walk from the station, but it was good for using early morning flights from Kansai Airport. You can check in smoothly with a completely contactless system. You can enter the attached Onsen Facility. Therefore, a Hot Spring Tax is collected. I thought it was a relatively new Hotel, but the Room felt quite old.

    Thank you for taking care of us.

    The room was very accommodating to our requests, which was a great help, thank you. We had a plan with breakfast included, but I felt it could have had a few more options, as it was a bit lacking. Despite the significant increase in accommodation costs compared to before, it was disappointing that towel rentals at the large public bath were no longer available. Also, upon check-in, I encountered some overseas guests who were having trouble, and I was disappointed with the staff's half-hearted response.
