    It was very good.

    It was very good. The front desk staff (several people) were very attentive and helpful, and they assisted us in many ways. It was a little difficult to adjust the Room air conditioning. The value for money is excellent and the location is great, so I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    About how the website is presented

    I selected the area I wanted to stay in and chose this Hotel I used to stay at often, then entered the dates. The price looked good, so I tapped the first screen and proceeded to what seemed like the second Reservation screen, where I clicked Done. However, when I arrived at the Hotel the next day, I found out that what I had booked was a student discount Plan. That wasn’t indicated on the first screen showing the price; it was written on the second screen if you looked closely. Do people really check that?? My age is already registered, so I thought it would be fine even if that Plan wasn’t clearly visible. Of course, it’s not impossible for someone in their 50s to be a student, but since it was on the second screen, I didn’t stare at it that closely. What do you think about this?

    Clean and close to the station.

    The property was new, and the Room was clean. It’s close to the station—so close you won’t need an umbrella even in the rain. There is a convenience store on the first floor. Overall, it felt like all the basics were well covered. It depends on the price.

    The Room was spacious and clean. The amenities were well-equipped, making the stay comfortable. However, it was unfortunate that the air conditioning exceeded the set temperature, making it difficult to adjust.

    Stayed for a Multipl...

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay without meals. Great access allowed us to enjoy Osaka at our own pace, including the Expo, yakiniku, and okonomiyaki. The coin laundry was very useful for washing sweaty clothes. The complimentary drinks were also a nice touch.

    This was my first time staying here. The reception staff were kind, polite, and pleasant. The Room was clean, but I noticed some dust on the air purifier and a few other spots. Overall, I am satisfied and would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    It is close to the station.

    I made a reservation without knowing that the back was a love hotel district and Tanimachi 9-chome was a deep place with love hotels and cemeteries. However, it was very convenient as it is just a few minutes from the station to the main street, and there is also a convenience store next door. It was bright, and I didn't feel scared. You can also go to Uehommachi Station, and it's really convenient to move around Tennoji, Tsuruhashi, and Umeda! At night, my room faced the road so I could hear car noises. It wasn't noisy enough to be bothersome but those sensitive to noise might need to be cautious. The drinks in the free space on the second floor were under maintenance so I didn't use them but there was coffee at reception. The bathroom sink area is very narrow; when washing your face your feet get wet... How do you wash your face...? It's laughably inconvenient. It was really hard to use and when I checked why the hairdryer smelled burnt, it turned out dust had accumulated in it. I think other reviews mentioned this too; don't they clean? The room is small but there are two pillows on the bed making it comfortable for sleeping. However overall it's a mystery why this hotel has such high ratings.

    The front desk service was excellent.

    This time, I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. Due to our circumstances, there was a Room change, but they kindly accommodated us, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. The woman at the front desk (foreigner?) was very kind and had a wonderful smile. I would like to use it again.

    I always choose this place when staying in Osaka. Close to the station, and the Room is simple and clean. No issues with the amenities. I was delighted with the bath salt service (if you write a Review)!

    I frequently use this service.

    It is conveniently located near the subway exit, with a convenience store right below, and offers reasonable prices. The Hotel rooms are clean, and the staff are familiar faces who always greet you with a smile, making it a pleasant Hotel to stay at.

    There are various issues.

    When I checked in and went to the room, the door was already open before I even scanned the key card, and when I entered (feeling uneasy at that point), the bathroom light was on. Also, there was hair on the bathroom cup, so I called the front desk to bring a new cup. When I asked, "Is it normal for the room door to be open after checking in at this hotel?" they answered that it should not be open. I also mentioned that the bathroom light was on, which made me concerned about the cleaning, and I actually wanted to change rooms, but they said they were fully booked, so I reluctantly gave up and stayed in that room. They said they would "make sure to address it," but when I checked out, it seemed like the previous day's issues were not communicated, and everything was normal as if nothing had happened. To be specific, there were also issues with the plumbing, but anyway, I've stayed at various properties before, and this is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. I don't think I will stay here again.

    Best value for money

    I stayed for a visit to Koyasan from Namba Station. I searched for a property around Namba Station, but there was no hotel with no meals included that met my expectations. This hotel was just one station away from Namba Station and only a minute from the nearest station, making it extremely accessible. I stopped by after 1 PM to leave my luggage, and since the room was ready, I checked in. It is also very convenient for sightseeing in Osaka. The amenities are available near the front desk, where you can take what you need. Pajamas were also provided at the front desk. The room size is decent, with two pillows and a cushion on the bed. It is compact but very comfortable. Additionally, there is a guest space on the second floor with coffee, tea, ice, a washing machine, and tables. There was also a microwave in front of the elevator. I was very pleased with the price for all these features. Thank you very much.

    Cheaper than taking a taxi home after a night out in Shinchi or Minami.

    I stayed here because I had a colonoscopy scheduled for the next morning. It was comfortable (lol). The secret to this price is that there is no dining hall. It's nice to see a hotel with such a clear concept. I didn't use the amenities or the bathroom, and my evaluation is based on that.

    Necessary and suffic...

    Necessary and sufficient as a business hotel. It is new, clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Having a convenience store on the first floor is indeed convenient. Although Tanimachi 9-chome is a somewhat minor location within Osaka city, the subway station is nearby and the rates are reasonable, so I would consider staying again in the future.
