  Children were delighted.

  The dinosaur gimmick was excellent, but it was limited to the first floor, which felt a bit lacking. Other than the collaboration rooms, there wasn’t much novelty, and it was almost like a standard Business Hotel. The breakfast venue had elaborate decor, but the content itself was nearly identical to that of a typical Business Hotel. Additionally, it was disappointing that there wasn’t even one bottle of water in the Room.

However, we apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding the design of our standard guest rooms, as the dinosaur concept is limited to the first-floor lobby and dinosaur-themed rooms, while other rooms feature a simpler design. We appreciate your compliments on the dinosaur-themed interior of our breakfast area but deeply regret that you were not satisfied with the food offerings. Additionally, we do not provide bottled water; instead, drinking water is available from the independent washbasin in each guest room. At Henn na Hotel Premier facilities (7 locations), water dispensers are installed in guest rooms. We hope you will consider staying at one of these facilities during your next visit.   Great Location

  Within walking distance from Tokyo Disneyland, the Hotel was clean and very suitable for families with children. The dining area was spacious, offering kid-friendly menu options, and considering the price, it felt like a great value for families.

  Completely satisfied.

  I stayed at Henn na Hotel for the first time, and I was surprised by the impressive dinosaur-only front desk. However, check-in was smooth, and the room, though compact, was clean and comfortable. If I had to mention something, the way to turn on the light near the TV area was a bit unusual and hard to figure out. It was convenient as it cost about 1,200 yen by taxi from Disney. There are also several convenience stores nearby, which is handy.

  Had a great time!

  I found this Hotel while searching for a place near Disneyland and immediately made a Reservation since it’s part of a chain I’ve always wanted to visit! During my stay, I only encountered the cleaning staff, which allowed me to relax comfortably. Additionally, the person providing Shuttle Service from Maihama Station to the Hotel shared interesting stories and announced information about nearby shops, which I felt was excellent service. I hope to visit again someday!

  It was simple and nice.

  A unique welcome by dinosaurs. The Room is a simple twin, compact but sufficient since the main focus is Disney, so it doesn't bother much. Amenities are minimal but adequate; the only thing missing was makeup remover, which I bought at a nearby drugstore. It's convenient to have two convenience stores and one drugstore nearby. Breakfast is available until 9:30 AM; apparently, the room robot mentioned that reception ends at 9:30 AM and closing time is 10:00 AM (I didn't hear this myself; my child did). When we arrived around 9:15 AM, it was quiet, and a staff member casually mentioned that breakfast ends at 9:30 AM. The food was delicious, but we had to eat quickly while keeping an eye on the clock. It’s partly our fault for not getting ready earlier. The essentials are well-prepared, with shopping options nearby for peace of mind during your stay. We also figured out the bus stops and schedules easily. We will definitely stay here again next time!
