    A kanzashi is a traditional Japanese hair ornament.

    For Japanese guests, the name “Kanzashi” might suggest a more traditional Japanese atmosphere, but in reality it’s just a name and signage—this Hotel seems aimed at international visitors. Around the Asakusa Rokku area, I was surprised to see as many as three Hotels with a similar exterior.

    It was excellent!

    I had to stay in Asakusa unexpectedly and chose this place because it was close to the station and Senso-ji Temple. It seemed like most of the guests were from overseas, making me feel as if I were abroad, but I was able to enjoy a quiet stay. The staff were efficient, there were many shops nearby, and the rooftop view was lovely. It was very convenient, so I decided on a Multiple Night Stay. On the first night, I stayed in a Room with a view of Tokyo Skytree. On the second night, I stayed in a Room on the opposite side. As mentioned in Reviews, the first Room had an aroma reminiscent of India or Bali (perhaps?), while the second one had no scent at all—quite curious! The first Room felt warm and dry even with the air conditioning off, whereas the second one felt cool without it. Amenities included everything necessary for my stay. The price seemed reasonable for Asakusa. If I had to point out anything: when checking into my second Room, there were some leftover snacks (kaki-pi) on the floor; also, waiting for elevators took some time. I didn’t use their café bar but noticed that their menu pricing seemed bold yet appealing! Overall, it was a comfortable stay—thank you to all staff members!

    Stylish Hotel with a Great View

    Check-in was from 3:00 PM, but when I arrived after 2:00 PM, I was guided to a cleaned high-floor Room. Upon entering the Room, it turned out to be a corner Room with views of all the local landmarks such as Tokyo Skytree, Senso-ji Temple, and Asahi Beer Hall. I was truly impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is. The twin Room was moderately spacious and stylish. There were power outlets near the bedside for easy charging in this modern Hotel, and the WiFi connection was excellent.

    It was excellent.

    The staff responded with a friendly attitude, and my Room was upgraded. The Room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. If I may be picky, the skincare set in the amenities was only for one use; it would have been even better if there were enough for morning and night. However, even with just one use, I appreciated the value at this price. I would love to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

    Stayed with my mothe...

    Stayed with my mother. The room was spacious and clean. I usually dislike dim lighting, but the room had bright lighting and a great view. The staff were cheerful and kind. I would love to stay at this hotel again when visiting Asakusa.

    Close to Senso-ji Temple, comfortable, and great value for money. Perfect if you don't expect much from breakfast!

    A casual Business Hotel near Senso-ji Temple with no complaints. The view from the rooftop is great, and the Room is clean and user-friendly. The Facility is new, making both the shower and bath easy to use. The staff's service was decent, but I was a bit surprised to find oil stains on the card key handed to me. It would have been better if they had wiped it off with a wet tissue beforehand—perhaps the previous guest had been snacking on fried food. The café on the first floor is much cleaner and more stylish than in photos. Breakfast is fine as long as you don't expect too much in terms of taste. It's an affordable set menu, so keep your expectations reasonable. The acai juice was delicious, but since the coffee was pre-made, its flavor wasn't impressive. As for the French toast—it lacked any noticeable egg flavor; it tasted more like sweet toast rather than traditional French toast. If you're expecting "French toast," this might be disappointing; however, as just "toast," it’s tasty enough for its price point. In hindsight, perhaps I should have gone for tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) or even an onigiri instead! If only a light coating of egg wash is applied without soaking into the bread fully, maybe it shouldn't be called "French toast." That said, if this style of French toast reflects their unique take on it—then fair enough! Knowing what to expect from the start would make all the difference here—it’s enjoyable as simple "toast."

    The overall level is high, and the view from the rooftop is unparalleled.

    The bathtub is shallow.

    Overall, I was very satisfied. I went to the laundry room with a microwave to heat up a convenience store bento, and found the inside of the microwave clean, and the laundry facilities were new and beautiful. If I had to point out something, it would be that the bathtub is shallow and you cannot submerge your entire body in water. However, if you're just using the shower, there is no problem at all and it was comfortable.

    Great satisfaction

    About a 10-minute walk from the station. The view from the rooftop is excellent. The staff is courteous, and the water dispenser and ice machine were very convenient.

    Year-end and New Year

    I used it because I went to help at a nearby shrine. It was a corner Room and quiet. The hair dryer's power was weak (there is a stronger one from the same maker). The elevator is as slow as in a hospital. I wish it could be a bit faster. Other than that, it was comfortable. I would like to stay again during the New Year holidays. Thank you in advance.

    Was it a failure?

    After checking in past midnight and using the shower, water was leaking between the showerhead and the hose, causing water to spray sideways and scatter around. When I informed the front desk about this, they came to check, but I felt it was inappropriate for a male staff member to come alone to a room where a woman is staying alone. While checking the shower, the staff stepped on the towel I had laid out, which I intended to use after my bath. I was offered a room change, but it was late at night, and I was too tired to move my unpacked belongings, so I did not change rooms. Despite paying for a Multiple Night Stay, there was no linen change for up to three nights. The next day, while I was out, the shower was fixed, and the bed was made. However, I had left my pajamas on the bed, and I didn't feel comfortable knowing someone else had touched them. The Room is surprisingly small, and I will not be using this service again.

    The view from the rooftop is amazing.

    I used this place for sightseeing in Asakusa with my mother. It was very hot, so we were allowed to check in a little early, take a shower, and use the coin laundry, which allowed us to explore energetically in the evening. The room was clean, and the view from the rooftop was amazing. After it got dark, not only the Skytree but also Hanayashiki were lit up, which was impressive. For breakfast, I had French toast, but I think it was different from Eloise Cafe in Karuizawa. I felt it was a bit lacking, but my mother said it was light and delicious. I would like to visit again.
