  An Accommodation with a great location and excellent value for money if you’re visiting the International Conference Center.

  I stayed here while attending a conference at the International Conference Center. The cleanliness of the property and the simple amenities made it very convenient to use. The bar was open until 9:30 p.m., but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., which is perfect for those who have been out late the night before and just want a minimal, simple breakfast. I would likely stay again for business purposes.

  During my stay, ther...

  During my stay, there were a couple of things that caught my attention. When I passed by the elevator during housekeeping, I saw what appeared to be clean replacement sheets, towels, and yukata placed directly on the floor. It may have been in the middle of work, but it was still a bit surprising to see linens left that way. Also, the Rooms facing the main street (X01 and X02) had noticeable traffic noise even at night. As someone who is sensitive to sound, I found it somewhat distracting. If you prefer a quieter stay or are a light sleeper, requesting a Room on the back-street side may be more comfortable. On the other hand, the location was very convenient. It’s about a 3-minute walk from Karasuma Oike Station, and even with large luggage you can reach it fairly smoothly from Exit 3. It’s an easy place to use as a base for sightseeing.

  Stayed for 2 nights as a Multiple Night Stay.

  A new Hotel with clean and well-maintained Facilities. Although there was no bathtub, the shower pressure was sufficient, and the front desk staff provided polite and pleasant service (thank you). The location is also convenient; I had dinner in Kawaramachi and walked back to the Hotel. If I had to point out a downside, the hairdryer in the Room was quite standard and might lack power.
