    First Stay

    I stayed for two nights to watch a volleyball match. The staff were helpful and kind. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. The rates were affordable, and I was very satisfied.

    A clean Hotel conveniently located near the station

    This is a very clean and well-maintained Hotel. It’s in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the station, and there’s a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious—I was very satisfied. I’d definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Conveniently within walking distance from Shin-Osaka.

    The nearest station is Nishinakajima-Minamigata on the Midosuji Line, but it’s also within walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station, making it very convenient. Since it’s a new Hotel, the Rooms are overall clean and compact yet functional. One concern was that there was hair left on the bathroom wall and only the toilet paper holder seemed dirty (it appeared to be a stain that couldn’t be removed), which surprised me as everything else was so clean. Considering how nice the Hotel is, replacing or addressing this issue might be a good idea! It’s convenient, so I’d like to stay here again.

    Convenient for visiting the Expo.

    After storing luggage in a locker at Shin-Osaka and visiting the Expo, we picked up the luggage by taxi and had it sent to the Hotel. It is a bit far from Shin-Osaka Station. The next day, we used Hankyu to go to Kyoto, so Minamikata Station was closer than Shin-Osaka. The Room was not small and comfortable enough for a normal stay. Noise from neighbors or the hallway was slightly noticeable but it was quiet at night. There is also a convenience store nearby.

    Convenient

    It is about a 7-8 minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. There are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding meals. The Room was also reasonably clean.

    Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days.

    We stayed as a party of two, and the bed and room were spacious enough with well-equipped amenities. Towel collection points were conveniently located on each floor. During our Multiple Night Stay, towel replacements and trash bin cleaning were promptly handled. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to visit again.

    The staff at the reception were very polite and accommodating. The noise from the room air conditioner was a bit noticeable. However, the room was clean, and the amenities provided were sufficient for basic needs, so it was perfectly fine for a No Meals Included stay.

    Great!

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and provided courteous service. It would have been nice to have something like a body-washing towel among the amenities, but that was my only thought. The location is convenient, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Within walking distance from Shin-Osaka Station

    I have stayed here many times. It is within walking distance not only from Nishinakajima-Minamigata and Minamigata but also from Shin-Osaka Station. However, since it was midsummer this time, the walk from Shin-Osaka Station was quite tough. As always, the Hotel is clean and sufficient for just staying overnight. However, the refrigerator and air conditioning were not working as well as usual this time for some reason. I will stay again. Thank you very much!

    I had a very comfortable stay. The staff at check-in were polite and attentive. The Room was well-equipped, allowing for a convenient stay without any issues. The cleaning was thorough, and the Room was very clean. Although it is a bit far from Shin-Osaka Station, it is not too inconvenient if you use the Midosuji Line, as Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station is nearby. There are also many convenience stores in the area, making it convenient. However, I had some trouble adjusting the air conditioning in the Room (even when setting it to low airflow, it did not respond properly).

    The room was clean a...

    The room was clean and had a sense of cleanliness, making it very relaxing! I stayed in a twin room, and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. I would love to stay again. The price was also reasonable and very satisfying!

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The Room was clean and well-maintained, with individually controlled air conditioning, and the size was just right for a comfortable stay. One minor issue was that the sink drainage was not very efficient, causing water to accumulate while washing hands, which felt inconvenient. Being within walking distance of Shin-Osaka is a great advantage, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you!

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time using this place, but the directions from the station were easy to follow, and the Room was clean and nice. With three elevators available, there was almost no waiting time. It would have been better if there was an outlet for a hairdryer in the bathroom, but since there were several in the Room, it wasn't an issue. I would like to use it again if I have another opportunity.

    New, clean, and well-maintained

    Stayed in a twin room with my child. Conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station with many convenience stores nearby. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would like to stay again next time. However, the people in the neighboring room were noisy until late at night, which made it difficult for my child to sleep and resulted in lack of sleep.

    Flawless Stays

    It was a very clean and comfortable Hotel. Although it is close to the station, the surroundings are quiet with no noise, allowing for a good night's sleep. I would like to use it again when staying in Osaka.

    12/16-12/19 stay. I chose this place because the reviews were good. As the reviews mentioned, the facilities and amenities are minimal, which makes the pricing more accessible. The cleanliness and service, which are my key points, were excellent. The person who assisted me over the phone on 12/16, the woman who helped me during check-in on 12/16, the woman who assisted me at night, and the cleaning staff on 12/17 were all very pleasant and responded promptly and appropriately. I will use this facility again.

    This is my second stay. I like that it is always clean and the slippers are disposable. I really appreciate that they store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. I look forward to staying here again.

    Overall, it was comfortable.

    I used a double Room for one person. The washbasin and bathtub were small, but everything necessary was provided, and it was clean and nice. The front desk staff were also kind. The nearest Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station was conveniently close, but walking to Shin-Osaka Station was tough with heavy luggage due to the many stairs.

    The breakfast selection is limited, which is disappointing.

    I chose this Hotel nearby because I had a training session in Shin-Osaka. The building seems relatively new, and the toilet and bathroom were clean. The amenities are in the style where you take only what you need, which is common recently. I wish there was a shower cap, but since many Business Hotels don't have them, I have given up and bring my own. There is no coffee among the amenities, only powdered tea. Mineral water is not provided either. The inconvenience in the Room was that there was no outlet in the bathroom. It was troublesome to use the hairdryer in front of the mirror. The location of other outlets was also a bit inconvenient. It's good that breakfast starts at 6:30, but the menu was much less than expected, which was disappointing. I don't expect much since it's a Business Hotel. There are usually Western and Japanese side dishes, but the Western side dishes only had scrambled eggs and sausages. The Japanese side had several simmered dishes, rice, and miso soup. If that's the case, I would have preferred to buy a sandwich at a convenience store within walking distance. It might be a standard Business Hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

    Essential minimum

    I think it meets all the requirements of a business hotel. Above all, it's convenient that it's about 4 minutes from the nearest station. The bed and linens are decent. The room is spacious enough for one person and clean. The bathroom is neither good nor bad, so I rated it 3 stars, but there's no problem at all. If you consider walking from Shin-Osaka, it might be a bit far for women with a lot of luggage. I recommend taking the train for one stop.
