    Recommended for groups of three women.

    We chose this hotel because (1) three of us could stay in one room and (2) it has a large public bath. After making our Reservation, we read the Reviews and added breakfast. There were so many dishes that it was almost overwhelming—in a good way. The large public bath was also great, except that it was crowded and we had to wait for a washing station. It was nice to have plenty of outlets, but there were mirrors only in the bathroom and by the entrance. If possible, I would have liked a tabletop stand mirror on the desk. That said, we were very satisfied overall, so I rated it 5 out of 5.

    Close to the station—so convenient.

    A relative was hospitalized in Matsumoto, so I had to stay here on short notice. I chose it mainly for the convenient location near the station and the checkout time, but the Room was spacious and bright, with a well-balanced level of digital features, which felt very relaxing. The large public bath also displayed crowding status, so I could enjoy a leisurely soak during a quieter time. Highly recommended.

    Convenient, clean Hotel close to the station! Gracias

    I stayed at the accommodation for a solo trip. The lobby was very lovely, and although the staff seemed busy, they were kind and attentive—thank you! The birch hot spring on the second floor was comfortable, and the guest room was clean and well-maintained! Breakfast was also very delicious! However, there was one point I noticed during breakfast. There were instances where tongs were placed directly on ingredients/dishes, causing contact between items touched by hands and food. It caught my attention a little. Separating them might make it look even better in my personal opinion. That said, staff members patrolled regularly, which left a very positive impression.

    About Cleaning

    The room was spacious, and the facility was excellent. However, the cleaning in some areas seemed insufficient. Particularly near the bathroom door, there was a buildup of water stains resembling sludge. When pouring hot water with a bucket, a lot of sludge-like residue came out, so I kept pouring until it was gone.

    A very clean and tidy Hotel

    The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff provided polite and pleasant service, making me feel at ease. The Room was spacious with a sofa, a large TV screen, and thoughtful amenities for a comfortable stay. The refrigerator worked well, which was helpful for storing frozen items. You can check the bathroom congestion status on the TV; however, when I checked an hour later after seeing it was crowded, it still showed as crowded. Not wanting to wait longer, I decided to go anyway and found only three people there—quite surprising! Breakfast offered an overwhelming variety of delicious options that made me eat more than I intended. It was an excellent Hotel overall, and I would love to stay here again next time!

    Recommended Hotel Near the Station with No Meals Included

    This was my first time staying here. The Hotel was clean and conveniently located near the station. My Room was on the same floor as the large public bath, so I was initially concerned about noise from people using the bath, but since it was on the opposite side of the elevator, it was quiet. There were plenty of coin-operated laundry machines both inside and outside of the public bath area. The services, such as post-bath ice cream, welcome drinks, and late-night snacks, were excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I have another chance to visit Matsumoto.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The facility was clean, the room amenities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The welcome drink after sightseeing was much appreciated for my tired body. It is conveniently located near the station and offers great value for money. However, as a triple room, the extra bed being just a mattress placed directly on the floor was slightly disappointing. The low height and obstructive round table made moving around in the room inconvenient. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay, and I would love to use this accommodation again when visiting Matsumoto.

    It was comfortable.

    The road to Kamikochi was closed, so we booked this hotel at the last minute. It is conveniently located near Matsumoto Station, with a paid parking lot right in front and many restaurants nearby. There are services for alcohol and soft drinks, and the public bath is clean. It is very comfortable for a business hotel. The price was on the higher side, but the staff were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Clean Business Hotel

    The room was equipped with a washing machine and microwave, which seemed ideal for long-term stays or guests with dietary restrictions, though I didn’t use them during my one-night stay. The layout was designed for extended stays, making it more comfortable than a typical Business Hotel. However, regarding the public bath, there were only five washing stations in the women’s area. Perhaps due to the weekend crowd, there was a short wait both before and after using the bath. The private bathroom in the room was spacious enough that I might have preferred using it instead. The breakfast buffet had relatively high quality and was enjoyable. The Hotel appeared to be a new building overall, so everything was very clean and well-maintained.

    The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. It’s a great Hotel where you can feel thoughtful hospitality. Although I arrived by private car, they kindly guided me to an affordable parking lot outside the Hotel's partnership. However, the lobby can be a bit crowded, possibly due to its popularity.

    The Room's amenities are excellent.

    The Room I stayed in was equipped with a microwave and a washing machine, which were very helpful during my stay. The large public bath also helped relieve the fatigue from trekking. This is a Hotel that has everything you need without any unnecessary extras.

    It exceeded expectations.

    Last year, I couldn't make a reservation, but this time I used it for the first time. The attentive service was excellent, and the breakfast was very delicious, exceeding my expectations. However, since we were three people staying for a multiple night stay of two nights, we chose a larger room. Unfortunately, the extra bed was just a mattress on the floor and there was also a sofa in the room, which made it slightly difficult to move around. I would like to use it again.

    The Facility was new and very clean. Since we stayed as a group of three, one person used an extra bed, but the Room was spacious and did not feel cramped. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. I would like to stay here again when visiting Matsumoto.

    A clean Hotel near the station

    Close to the station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel is clean and features a large public bath, while the room I stayed in was fully equipped with a microwave and washing machine for added convenience. Room wear and amenities can be taken as needed from designated areas. Amenities include everything from cleansing products to lotion. In the evening, enjoy a complimentary drink, and at night, delicious ochazuke is also offered as a service—truly satisfying!

    It was comfortable.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with adjustable air conditioning. However, the sink in the bathroom had a slight discoloration. A colleague who stayed in another room mentioned that there was some sand-like residue on the floor near the hangers. Other than that, it seems they had a comfortable stay as well. If I have work nearby requiring accommodation again, I would like to stay here and try using the large bath on the second floor next time.

    A Reasonable and Smart Hotel

    I stayed for two nights, and it was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed by the various efforts to achieve cost performance, which seemed to be directed towards enhancing the service. It is close to the station, has a calm atmosphere, and I would love to stay here again.

    I thought it was sufficient.

    This price and location. Isn't it sufficient? The front desk was always busy with guests from abroad, and I was impressed by how efficiently they managed everything. The cleaning staff greeted us cheerfully, making for a pleasant stay at the accommodation. I would love to stay here again when visiting Matsumoto.

    Relax in a Japanese-style room

    Four women. It was very nice to relax in the Japanese-style room. Since it was a room (Room) right next to the large public bath, I thought it might be noisy with people coming and going... but it didn't bother me at all. The late-night ochazuke was the best!!! The breakfast buffet looked compact from the entrance, so I thought it might not be much... but contrary to my expectations, there were many varieties, and they were replenished one after another, so I was very satisfied!! It was delicious~!!!! It was very helpful that you kept our luggage after checkout. I would like to use it again when I visit the area. Thank you very much.

    When staying for work in Matsumoto, I always rely on this place. The compact and user-friendly nature, along with the large public bath, makes for a very comfortable stay. It was a Multiple Night Stay, but I made a reservation for each night. They allowed me to use the Room for a Multiple Night Stay, but I wasn't informed that there would be no sheet exchange. I directly requested the cleaning staff for a sheet exchange, but only the towels were replaced. When I informed the male staff at the front desk, he said it would take about 20 minutes to do it now. Since it was nighttime, when I contacted them again, they explained afterward that it would cost 1200 yen. I wish they had handled it as per the reservation for each night. While they talk about being eco-friendly, I feel a sense of discomfort. I wish they had explained better and shared information with the cleaning staff that it would cost 1200 yen. Check-in also takes quite a long time. I used the nighttime ochazuke service for the first time, and it was very good. I think the potential of the Hotel is truly wonderful. Thank you always.

    Thank you for your hospitality.

    I have used it several times. First of all, the breakfast is very good. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for the first time, but the menu is so varied that I didn't get bored. One thing that bothered me was the cleaning. It's the company's policy, so it can't be helped, but the timing for sheet changes was from the third day. Since it is a place used by various people, I would have liked more flexible options, such as cleaning upon request.

    A serene and hospitable space

    Used for the first sightseeing in Matsumoto. The parking lot is close, and there are many dining establishments and convenience stores nearby, making it a convenient Hotel. The Room upgrade was quite delightful! The Room was clean and cute, with a washing machine and microwave, making me want to have a Multiple Night Stay. The large public bath with a birch motif was soothing for both body and mind. It seems that many foreigners also use this Hotel, and I made eye contact with a lovely lady in the elevator, exchanged smiles, and felt warm inside. It's a wonderful memory of a lovely Hotel. However, the main roads in Matsumoto City had long traffic lights and were not easy to drive on, which dampened my interest. Using the bus might be more comfortable than a car. Also, the Room was comfortable, with plenty of outlets, and the sofa and desk were convenient and excellent. The only thing that bothered me was the dust on the bathroom fan in the Room. They responded to my requests, and I was very satisfied.

    I will repeat.

    I visit Matsumoto about 4 to 5 times a year, but this was my first time staying overnight. I was a bit confused about the parking, but I was able to park near the hotel. The room was bright and new, making it very easy to use and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was quite nice. One disappointment was the limited variety of fruits. Also, the evening drink service and late-night snack service were good, but there was no free coffee service. Other than that, I was very satisfied, so I will visit again next year!

    Used a Japanese-style room

    This is my second time using this accommodation. I was able to book the Japanese-style room that I had been curious about for a long time. The room was as beautiful and stylish as I expected, but... The only disappointment was the layout between the toilet and the washroom. On the website, the images of the water facilities were the same as the Western-style room I stayed in before, but in reality, it was not the same. As soon as you enter, there is a toilet, but there is no handwashing facility in the toilet, so you have to go through the room to the washroom to wash your hands. It was very inconvenient and disappointing. I think it would be difficult to change the layout between the toilet and the washroom, so I strongly wish for a small handwashing facility to be installed in the toilet as soon as possible. I want to continue using this accommodation, so I hope it will be improved by my next visit. Other than that, I am very satisfied.

    I was able to relax.

    I stayed here because there was a concert of my favorite artist. It's close to both the station and the concert venue, and the hotel's atmosphere is nice, so I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.
