    Check-in

    I was charged double the amount at check-in. If I hadn't pointed it out, I believe I would have been made to pay it as is. Is this a new type of scam? Please ensure proper training for the front desk staff so they can handle basic tasks appropriately before starting work.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were very friendly. However, there were a few disappointing points. The art above the bed with wiring? was covered in dust, making me wonder if it had been cleaned at all. If it cannot be cleaned, I would prefer it to be replaced with another piece of art. There was mold on the shower head switch button in the bathroom and a rubber band and trash near the bathtub edge. Isn't regular inspection done every few hours? On the last day, I went to the breakfast area shortly before closing time. There was no one at the counter, and despite being before closing time, a "closed" sign was already displayed. I waited for someone to come but no one did. When I entered and asked a staff member who was cleaning up inside, they said it’s already too late as it's past time... What does that mean? By then it indeed passed closing time when I spoke to them but putting up a closed sign before actual closing is disappointing service. For guests staying with breakfast included who couldn’t eat due to this situation—shouldn’t there be some kind of compensation? Normally I would voice my dissatisfaction about such things but held back because of how lovely and warm-hearted smiles from front desk staff were; their kindness made me swallow my words patiently instead. It’s close by one of my favorite shops so next visit hopefully improvements will have been made!

    Onsen Nearby Station & Exceptional Hospitality

    Conveniently located near Susukino Station with excellent access, and right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which features restaurants, drugstores, and many convenience stores. During my 2-night stay, I enjoyed the Onsen with an open-air bath that helped relax my tired feet and body after walking around. I also requested an in-room massage, and they were very flexible with the schedule and menu options—it was truly rejuvenating. I would love to stay here again!

    Check-in

    The process of parking the car in the parking lot was very smooth and impressive. At check-in, however, the staff seemed inexperienced and mistakenly charged me double the amount. I showed them my reservation screen as the amount was different, but they didn’t understand initially. After checking in the back, they realized it was a mistake. Since pricing is one of the most important aspects, proper training is necessary to avoid misunderstandings or feelings of being scammed, which could lead to disputes. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it remains excellent as always. I hope that staff quality will improve to match how great this accommodation already is.

    I stayed here for an...

    I stayed here for an overnight trip with my eldest son. The Onsen and the Room were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Since my child is 5 years old, we were able to stay for the price of one adult. It was very good.

    In the Susukino area, there is a new Hotel with a good location.

    The room was compact but had a sofa and table, making it comfortable to stay. However, the mysterious wiring art on the headboard was dusty and unsanitary. As I have a house dust allergy, I would like the area around the pillow to be cleaned thoroughly. The open-air bath in the large public bath was spacious and had a sense of openness, and the lighting was nice. However, depending on the time, you might have to wait for a washing area if you coincide with a group of foreign guests, so I recommend entering at a different time. For breakfast, there were only juice servers for drinks, so it would be nice to have fresh juice. The soup curry was delicious.
