  We stayed here for a...

  We stayed here for a family trip. The parking space was spacious, the Room was new, and there was no unpleasant detergent smell typical of Business Hotels, making our stay comfortable. The sink could have been a bit larger to accommodate toiletries for two people, but it was within an acceptable range. We didn't use the coffee area on the first floor, but it seemed convenient when bringing in breakfast. This Hotel is recommended for trips exploring places like Nikko by rental car.

  Cozy Room

  I initially tried walking from Tobu Nikko Station, but upon seeing the steep and long uphill slope beyond Kirifuri Ohashi Bridge, I stopped and returned to the station. Even by taxi, the distance was longer than expected. This was my first stay at Fairfield by Marriott, and I found the room clean and refreshing. The view of the mountains from the window added to a sense of serenity! The approach to the parking lot is beautifully lit at night, making it enjoyable to look at. The thick mattress provided a luxurious feel. I stayed for two nights but felt like staying longer at this hotel.

  We booked one room e...

  We booked one room each with my husband's friends and their spouse. The shop offered local sake, soup, bread, pizza, and snacks, and everything except alcohol was available for purchase 24/7 at the front desk, which was very convenient. The lobby was spacious and clean; it also had coffee, miso soup, ice machines, vending machines, and a comfortable space where guests could relax as they pleased. We planned a surprise birthday party and brought in a cake to celebrate in the empty lobby without informing the staff. However, when they noticed us celebrating, they kindly brought plates for us without being asked. Their thoughtfulness made us very happy—thank you so much! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tochigi!
