    It’s quite a walk from Shin-Osaka Station, so it’s better to use the Shuttle Service. Also, be careful—the bus leaves quickly if you’re not outside, and there’s no signal or announcement before departure. I missed it and ended up walking both ways. When I went to drop off my bag in advance, they didn’t confirm my name; instead, it was a self-service system where each guest uses a locker. Later, the Hotel called to confirm my stay, and I called back to say I would be staying since I had already gone to leave my luggage. They may be treating it like coin lockers that anyone can use even if they’re not staying overnight, but depending on the timing, these confirmation calls can be inconvenient—so it would be better to improve the process to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth like this. There is a large public bathhouse in the building across the street that is open from 6:00 to 1:00 (25:00), which I recommend if you’re tired.

    It was a wonderful, very clean Hotel with an open and spacious feel.

    This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel—very clean, with an open and welcoming lobby. The room was spacious, well maintained, and felt very fresh and spotless. The Shuttle Service from Shin-Osaka Station was smooth and very convenient. I’d like to try the meals next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The wait for the limousine bus from Shin-Osaka was challenging. Communication with the new foreign staff at the front desk was difficult. I plan to stay at another Hotel next time.

    Conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station.

    Checked in after 10 PM as I rushed to catch the bullet train after work. I had called ahead to inform about the late check-in, so the process was smooth. The facility is old but well-maintained and clean. For breakfast, it might be nice to include more local Osaka dishes. Staff politely handled guests who didn’t follow proper manners—it must be challenging, but it’s appreciated as everyone wants a pleasant breakfast experience. Keep up the good work! There’s a shuttle bus available, making it convenient whether you choose to walk or take the bus to this hotel. Thank you for staying with us!

    There are no inconveniences.

    It is a bit far from the station, but the Shuttle Service runs frequently, so it was not inconvenient. Being away from the station made it a quiet and relaxing Hotel to stay at.

    Shuttle service from Shin-Osaka is convenient.

    I booked this hotel last minute for a trip to the Expo, and it was excellent. There is a shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka, so carrying a suitcase without having to walk was very convenient. I chose the plan with natural Onsen tickets, and the Onsen is located right in front of the hotel and operates until late at night. The sauna, individual tubs, baths under the night sky, and relaxation chairs were all fantastic. The hotel room had all the essentials (disposable slippers were a nice touch). I would love to stay here again!

    Disappointing

    - The check-in staff was not Japanese and did not provide clear answers to questions. - The Room was dusty, especially around the refrigerator where there was space for cleaning, but dust and rubber bands were left behind. - The bathroom had an unpleasant smell upon entry, likely from the musty shower curtain. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were slimy. - When trying to leave a comment, the pen provided was broken and unusable. - Breakfast did not taste good enough to want again (it looked different from the photos).

    Stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka was very convenient. The Room was spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again!

    Japanese-Western style room, it was great!

    The entrance is narrower than the Twin Room, making it slightly harder to enter. The toilet and bathroom are separated by a sink, which was convenient. Unlike the Twin Room, there was no round makeup mirror in this room; it would be great if one could be provided. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. An additional 1,200 yen per person is required. Although the Japanese restaurant does not operate at night, we were able to enjoy kamameshi at the restaurant. There are many limousine bus services available, including extra buses, making travel to and from the station very convenient. The boarding area from the station can be a bit tricky to find—exit next to McDonald's, take the elevator on your left down to the first floor, turn left again and you’ll find it on your right-hand side.

    The bathroom is...

    When I took a shower during my stay, the drain in the bathtub quickly got clogged. I think it was probably because hair from the previous guest hadn't been removed. I've stayed here several times before, and this is the first time something like this has happened, so I think it was just a coincidence, but it was unfortunate. The incident with the bathtub made me a bit concerned about the cleanliness of the room's amenities, so I refrained from using the glasses and such this time. Other than that, the hotel's convenient access from the station and the very kind response from the front desk staff make it one of my favorite hotels! I plan to use it again in the future, so I would appreciate it if you could check the cleanliness once more. Thank you as always!
