    Nice one!

    The approach to the Hotel was a bit hard to find, and when I reached the lobby and saw the small front desk, I wondered if I had made a mistake with my Reservation. We stayed as a group of five and booked two Rooms—a triple and a twin—but the triple Room was especially small. Those were my only concerns. However, the Rooms were very clean—everything was spotless and well maintained. The small Room size was made up for by the large public bath, and above all, we were extremely satisfied with how delicious breakfast was! Beautiful presentation, great seasoning, and breakfast in a quiet space without any noise or bustle!! Everyone was very happy. If I have friends planning to visit Kanazawa next time, I will definitely recommend it. I think it’s a high-quality Hotel that exceeds its price. Please give it a try!

    It was a disappointing Hotel.

    The location was very hard to find, and even when I called, I could not reach the front desk. After walking around until I was drenched in sweat, a kind convenience store clerk gave me directions and I finally made it there. The sleepwear had holes in it, and the night front desk staff provided insufficient explanations—it did not feel like a Hotel listed on IKYU at all. Very disappointing.

    Overall, I’m very satisfied, but…

    Overall, I was very, very satisfied. For this price, I think the large public bath, clean Room, spaciousness, and location are the best in Kanazawa. I go on business trips about 10 times a week throughout the year, and this was my first stay here. This Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it—including how relaxing the large public bath is. However, the heating/cooling air-conditioning performance was not great... Other than that, I was satisfied with everything. Since it’s an air-conditioning issue, I will definitely stay again during seasons when temperatures are mild. I think this Hotel is truly a hidden gem. Thank you very much.

    It was a Hotel with great value for the price.

    The location was very convenient, with easy access from the station. Omicho Market is about a 10-minute walk away, making it a great choice for sightseeing stays. 　Breakfast also featured Kanazawa specialties (Jibuni, Kanazawa oden, Go-Go Curry, etc.), which was very satisfying.

    It was comfortable.

    Located behind Hotel Nikko Kanazawa, it is small but conveniently close to the station. All the staff were pleasant and attentive. Cleaning was thorough, and the Room bath had no unpleasant odors (isn’t it common for shower curtains to smell?), so I was able to stay comfortably in a clean environment. During my two-night stay, I used the public bath only once, but it was convenient to be able to check how crowded it was on the Room TV, and it was clean and pleasant to use. The food was delicious, with tempting options like temaki sushi and Kanazawa curry. Desserts such as hojicha pudding and coconut shiruko were also great—so filling that I didn’t even need lunch. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Affordable Hotel near the station

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights. The location was great, close to the station and with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Hotel entrance is small, so it was hard to find unless you look for it. It was convenient that I could check how crowded the large public bath was via the TV information. The toilet and sink were separate, which made it easy to use. It would be even better if there were coffee in addition to tea bags in the Room. The Room was compact but clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

    We thoroughly enjoyed Kanazawa.

    Conveniently located just east of Kanazawa Station, on the south side of Nikko Hotel. Great location at a reasonable price. I chose it partly because it’s close to the sushi restaurant Komatsu Yasuke, and it was absolutely the right choice. The property is new and the room was very comfortable, and there is also a large public bath where I could relax and recover from fatigue. You can check how crowded the bath is on the TV screen, which made it easy to go at the right time. There were two types of pillows provided; the firmer one that properly supports the neck was especially comfortable, and I’d love to get the same one. It would be great if you could tell me the manufacturer. Breakfast from 6:30 a.m. the next morning had a great variety—I ate too much. It was also very helpful that you stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

    Stylish and feminine, with great pillows.

    I really appreciated that a humidifier was already set up in the Room. The in-Room hair dryer is ReFa—and there’s a hair iron too! The desk is spacious, perfect for spreading out documents and getting work done. When I asked about amenities like cleansing products, they brought out some really interesting items. If you like them, you can purchase them—highly recommended. The pillow is excellent! When I asked where it was from, I was told it’s custom-made. It’s also conveniently close to the station.

    A tranquil Hotel

    On a business trip to Kanazawa. This was my first time staying here. Very convenient location near the station. The Room was relatively spacious, and since it was a RiFa Room, it came equipped with items like a hairdryer, which was great. After work, I returned to the Hotel around 9 PM and appreciated having a large public bath available. The staff were pleasant, and I was satisfied with both the facilities and service.

    I will not use it again.

    Before checking out, I was tidying up the bed and making sure I hadn't forgotten anything. I found the previous guest's loungewear on the side. Is cleaning being done properly? It felt unacceptable. This was my first stay, but there won't be a next time.

    Conveniently located near the station

    The Room features a spacious bed and a modern, comfortable toilet. Instead of traditional yukata, the provided loungewear is a T-shirt and pants style, which was very satisfying. The in-house Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues. The public bath is compact, so it’s recommended to check the congestion status on the room monitor before using it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and exceeded expectations.

    Great value for money

    During the middle of a holiday, while other hotels were expensive, it was relatively reasonable at 35,000 yen. The entrance was hard to find and initially seemed like a cheap Business Hotel, but the lobby, though small, was clean and the service was polite—comparable to a City Hotel. There was no Plan with breakfast included, so I stayed with No Meals Included. The location is excellent next to Hotel Nikko and close to Toyota Rent-a-Car. It’s easily accessible from underground. The Room wasn’t spacious but was new and clean with separate bath and toilet facilities. It’s more than sufficient for just sleeping. There is also an Onsen that is clean and comfortable. Considering the cost-performance ratio, it’s highly recommended. I had no complaints at all!

    The entrance and gue...

    The entrance and guest rooms were spotless, making for a clean and comfortable stay. Since it was a weekday, there seemed to be many business travelers, but the hotel's proximity to Kanazawa Station made it convenient and safe for solo female travelers as well.

    Nice!

    The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was very satisfied. The location is great, and while simple, the amenities were excellent and provided a sense of luxury. Highly recommended!

    Soundproofing was not very effective.

    On the day, families and groups of friends were staying in separate rooms, talking in the hallway or knocking on each other's doors. The soundproofing was not very effective, so it felt a bit noisy. Other than that, there were no particular issues, and I had a comfortable stay. In the future, if possible, separating family guests and solo travelers onto different floors might make for an even more pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Located just a few minutes' walk from Kanazawa Station, it is convenient for business. The Hotel is new, clean, and offers delicious breakfast. Compared to traditional hotels in the area, it is reasonably priced and provides high satisfaction.

    No Meals Included

    Close to the station with excellent access, and everything from the exterior to the interior and Room was very simple and clean! It would have been even better if I could watch YouTube or Netflix on the TV. The public bath is a great feature, but during busy times, there might be congestion in front of the lockers or a shortage of washing spaces. Overall, it was clean and very comfortable to stay in, so I am extremely satisfied!

    Great location and delicious breakfast

    This is my second stay. Conveniently located within walking distance of Kanazawa Station, the Room is compact but features a modern design that maximizes space. The breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. The staff were also very friendly.

    I stayed in the Comfort Double. The room was clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities and small items. However, I noticed an odor (possibly from the drain?) coming from the bathroom. While closing the partition door kept it out of the room, it was still disappointing. The public bath was excellent! Soaking in the warm water helped relieve my fatigue, and I enjoyed using the recommended amenities. Breakfast offered a variety of local dishes, which made it enjoyable. I had read on a travel site that hand-rolled sushi would be available, but either it wasn’t there during my visit or I couldn’t find it.

    Price and Room

    I stayed during Golden Week. I was a bit puzzled by the feel of the Room and the pricing. I also wondered how the amenities compared to other Hotels. The location is convenient as it is close to the station.

    It was excellent.

    Clean and eco-friendly, as you can take only the amenities you need. The large public bath, where congestion status can be checked on the in-room TV, was very relaxing. Conveniently located near the station, I would love to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

    This is my favorite Hotel!

    Trifit Hotel was as clean and comfortable as shown in the photos, allowing for a relaxing stay. The bed was also very comfortable. We stayed for one night in Kanazawa as a senior couple. It was our first time visiting Kanazawa, but it has become a place we want to visit again. We chose this hotel near Kanazawa Station with good reviews and breakfast included. We were lucky to get it at a very reasonable price thanks to the sale discount. The reception staff provided excellent service without relying on the popularity of tourist spots, which made us feel at ease. Everywhere we went during our strolls around town, people were kind and polite, reflecting the warm character of Kanazawa's residents. It was convenient that they stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out on the same day. The public bath had a secure card key system, and there were lockers with keys in the changing area. As a woman, I appreciated not having to worry about safety concerns—it added to my relaxation. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive menu for 2,200 yen—a great value! The seaweed for hand-rolled sushi was high-quality and large. The yellowtail sashimi was delicious; I enjoyed it as sashimi rather than rolling it into sushi. The simmered dish resembling "Kanazawa oden" included plenty of my favorite mochi-fu (glutinous rice cakes). The miso soup had lots of ingredients like taro potatoes. Both the rice and desserts were delightful! Be careful not to overeat in the morning! The system displaying bath congestion information on TV screens can cause time loss if not used effectively.

However, thanks to being a little away from the station, it was quiet, and I was able to sleep very comfortably at night. There are several good points about the Hotel. Check-in is not strictly after 3 PM, and although we arrived just after 12 PM, thinking we wouldn't be able to check in and would have to leave our luggage, the Room cleaning was finished, and we were allowed to check in early. It was a very kind response. Also, the breakfast at the Hotel was very good. There was a wide variety, and the ingredients were fresh. Overall, the Hotel was much better than the Hotel Torifito in Otaru. The only slightly disappointing thing was that the cleaning of the guest Room floor was not thorough enough. When I revisit Kanazawa, I would like to choose here again.

    Stay with breakfast included for one night.

    Close to the station, we left our luggage and went sightseeing. The large public bath is not very spacious, but the foam shampoo and treatment were very good! There were no amenities in the Room, and we had to take them from the lobby, but I thought it would have been nice if there were items like lotion as well. The breakfast was delicious!

    A very comfortable Hotel near the station.

    The location is excellent, being very close to the station, and the Hotel is new and clean. The front desk staff were very kind. The toilet and washroom are separate, but I think it would be nice to have a towel rack and toilet towels in the toilet as well. The breakfast buffet did not have a large variety, but the food I ate was delicious. However, even when the empty plates were piling up on the table, the staff did not seem to clear them, so I realized it was a self-clearing system. It would be helpful if this was explained upon entry. Overall, I thought it was a comfortable Hotel to stay at.

    The staff's service ...

    The staff's service was good, and the meals and large public bath were also nice, but the Room cleaning was not thorough, and the top of the bed was dusty. Additionally, the provided tissues had a low remaining amount, making them difficult to take out. If I had to say, there was only one type of cup, so I thought it would be nice to have a glass cup as well. However, it was close to the station and felt reasonable, so I think I will use it again.
