  The staff are very helpful.

  Both the front desk and restaurant staff are very attentive. I have stayed here several times. I would like to stay again.

  Visiting Parents' Home as a Couple

  The Room and Facility are clean. The welcome drink coffee is available anytime and tastes great. The bath was also well-cleaned and very pleasant! However, regarding the breakfast buffet... Perhaps due to the presence of a group, there were fewer options, and many items seemed to be unavailable. It would be nice if there were a bit more fruit. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. I will definitely stay again!

  Mount Fuji or Mount Tsukuba?

  I always appreciate the late-night front desk service as I arrive late after driving from Aichi after work. The natural Onsen helps to relax my tired body, and depending on the room assignment, I can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji or Mt. Tsukuba in the morning, which is a highlight of this Hotel. The Facility is still new, clean, and very satisfying.

  First Stay at Route Inn Hotel

  I stayed at Route Inn Hotel for the first time for two nights. The accommodation, room, and large public bath were all clean and satisfactory. The breakfast offered a sufficient variety of options. The staff's hospitality was very pleasant. Thank you very much!
