    The Onsen was wonderful!

    The Onsen on the 11th floor was great, with a sauna and an open-air bath that felt wonderfully spacious!

    It was comfortable!

    With a convenience store on-site and within walking distance of Nagasaki Station, the hotel offers an Onsen on the 11th floor and a coin laundry. The refrigerator was stocked with water and financiers, there was complimentary late-night soba, and the breakfast buffet featured Nagasaki specialties—everything was thoughtfully provided. If possible, it would be even more helpful to share in advance on your website a route from the station that does not require using an overpass. I would love to stay again.

    Just a 5-minute walk from Nagasaki Station, the location is ideal for both sightseeing and business. The rooms are compact yet functional, and separate loungewear is provided. After unwinding in the natural Onsen with sauna, you can fully enjoy the familiar complimentary services such as late-night noodles and post-bath ice cream. The breakfast buffet is especially impressive, featuring local specialties like horse mackerel minced rice bowls, sara-udon, and castella cake—an excellent way to savor Nagasaki’s flavors from the morning.

    Dormy Inn is always ...

    Dormy Inn is always a reliable choice. The large Onsen bath was spacious enough to stretch out, and it warmed me up and helped relieve my fatigue. The complimentary ice cream and lactic acid drink after the bath were a thoughtful touch. The airport limousine bus stop was also very close, making access convenient. Although I didn’t use it, the shower room appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly.

    We stayed as a family of four with a toddler. It was conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Nagasaki Station. All the staff were kind, and both the Room and the large public bath were clean. There was a convenience store inside the building, which was extremely convenient. However, there was no diaper disposal bin provided for children, and the sofa bed squeaked every time we turned over, which was uncomfortable.

    I stay here every time I come back to visit family.

    Conveniently located near the ever-evolving JR Nagasaki Station. Breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, including sara-udon and hatoshi. The rooms are spacious and functional, with well-stocked amenities. The open-air bath, sauna, and public bath are clean and relaxing—perfect for soothing away the day’s fatigue. I stay here every time I return home.

    Hotel with Natural Onsen

    I’m writing a brief memo in bullet points. I used a single Room for one person. ■ What I liked - The Room was compact yet efficiently designed, with good depth and no wasted space. - The large public bath with natural Onsen water was very relaxing. - There’s a convenience store directly below the Hotel, which was very convenient. - It’s close to the station, but set back slightly, so I could rest quietly. ■ What concerned me - It’s within walking distance, but a bit far from the station, so it may be tough if you have a suitcase. Hotels near the station with natural Onsen are rare, so I felt this would be a strong option for my next stay if I have the chance.

    The Hotel offers a calm and relaxing stay. Everything here, including the price, room cleanliness, meals, bath, and staff service, is excellent. Additionally, it is conveniently located near a developing station. Perfect in every way. I will definitely stay here again.

    Onsen and breakfast ...

    Onsen and breakfast were very satisfying. There was a black stain on the ceiling of the guest room, and it smelled musty. Dust had accumulated in the air conditioner vent, making it feel like cleaning was not properly done.

    First-time user.

    I stayed here for an event at Mount Inasa. Since it was summer, there were cooling pillows and cooling shampoo available in the Onsen, making the nights comfortable. The complimentary "Yonaki Soba" solved the post-event dinner issue, and breakfast offered a variety of local specialties. I also enjoyed Dormy Inn's free services like ice cream and Yakult, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki!

    It was great.

    The Room was new, and both the large public bath and breakfast were excellent. The only dissatisfaction was that the Room wear was made of a rough material, unlike the smooth material used in other Dormy Inn locations.

    The Room was clean and comfortable for three people, allowing us to relax and enjoy chatting. The bath was also very pleasant. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. The staff provided excellent service both during check-in and check-out, making our trip truly enjoyable.

    The breakfast was very delicious.

    The hotel is a bit far from the station, but both the guest rooms and the large public bath were clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay. I borrowed a humidifier, but it would be great if an air purifier with a humidifier was available. Breakfast included my favorite Unzen ham, allowing me to enjoy small portions of Nagasaki specialties—I'm glad I chose the breakfast option.

    Satisfaction

    It was great to be able to enjoy the natural onsen in the city at any time and as much as I wanted. The ice cream and Yakult after the bath were excellent. The massage chair after bathing was also nice. The late-night soba was delicious too. I would like to stay again.

    Completely satisfied with everything.

    I stayed in Nagasaki for the first time. Among the various Dormy Inns, the deciding factor was the onsen. It's a bit far from the station, but that made it more peaceful and pleasant. The staff's response when they took care of my luggage beforehand was excellent, and I liked it from the start. The parking lot was easy to understand, and the staff were amazing, which was impressive! The room was spacious, and although the onsen was crowded, it was as expected, so it didn't bother me. The hairdryers were Panasonic and Koizumi, with perfect airflow. The amenities were well-stocked and good. This time, I only had breakfast, so I bought dinner at a convenience store, but having a 7-Eleven on the first floor was convenient. I enjoyed the Yonaki Ramen, and the breakfast had many Nagasaki specialties and was delicious. Overall, it was calm and pleasant, and the location was convenient. I was very satisfied with the relaxing onsen. The post-bath Yakult service was also a nice touch. Also, the staff were all wonderful and left a strong impression. I would like to stay again when I visit Nagasaki.

    Enjoy the sauna to the fullest this time as well!

    The large public bath was clean and easy to use, with an outdoor bath that was a bit hot for me, an indoor bath at almost the perfect temperature, and my favorite sauna and cold bath, which I enjoyed in the morning and evening. I savored the morning Yakult and evening ice candy while relaxing in the massage chair. The Room was also meticulously cleaned, making it a truly wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay.

    Very comfortable. Just a few points.

    Very comfortable, and the service and staff are excellent as expected. One minor issue was the bathroom drainage. The water wouldn't drain even though the stopper wasn't in place. Lifting the stopper resolved it, but it was a bit inconvenient. Please fix this. Still, it's in a great location and very convenient.

    Sauna is the best!

    Second stay, and I enjoyed it very much this time as well. Great location, close to Gotocho bus, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, very convenient. The large bath on the top floor is excellent, with a great sauna and even a TV, but the open-air bath and pot bath were too hot for me. The room and bath were well-cleaned, making for a pleasant stay. The ice candy after the bath and the Yakult in the morning were very nice.

    A few natural Onsen

    This is one of the few hotels in Nagasaki City with a large public bath featuring natural Onsen. It was great to be able to use the large bath anytime when tired. It was disappointing that there were no individually packaged amenities.

    For business trips

    There were many foreign guests, and although I was looking forward to the Onsen, I couldn't relax much. The breakfast had a wide variety of Nagasaki-style dishes and was delicious.

    Wonderful sauna

    The compact Room is user-friendly, clean, and comfortable. Additionally, the sauna has a TV, making it very enjoyable, and the cold bath is excellent. The Yakult in the morning and the ice cream at night after a bath were very delicious. The temperature of the open-air bath was too hot for me. Other than that, it was excellent.

    It was good.

    It takes a bit of a walk from the station, but it was a good Hotel. In the Room, there is a door installed next to the washbasin, so you don't have to worry about the noise from the hallway. The Room only has a shower booth, but there is a large public bath, which is sufficient. Employees frequently come to the large public bath for cleaning, and there is a quickle available, so you can clean it yourself if you are concerned. The Yakult after the morning bath was also a nice touch.

    The Onsen is good.

    This was my second stay. It's conveniently located near Nagasaki Station, with tram and bus stops nearby, making it ideal for sightseeing. The onsen is available all night, and even on weekends, it wasn't too crowded, allowing for a pleasant experience. Having a coin laundry in the changing room is also convenient. The room was a standard twin, but it was spacious enough to relax. I didn't use the breakfast service, but there's a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, which is handy. It's a clean and comfortable hotel.

    It was a very clean Facility.

    The bath (shower booth only) and toilet were separate, making them easy to use. I didn't use the large public bath because it was inconvenient to move, so I just used the shower booth. I didn't have any particular complaints, but if I had to say, a TV that could play YouTube would have been nice. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The staff is excellent.

    There was something concerning about the room I had booked, so I consulted with the staff. Even though it was late at night, thank you for changing my room. I am grateful to have been able to use such a wonderful room even though I was alone. My trip to Nagasaki was fantastic.
