    I booked because of ...

    I booked because of the great price, but the quality exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied! I especially loved that not only the hair dryer but even the shower head was ReFa.

    More Than Just Great Value: Hotel

    These days, there seem to be many foreign guests with poor manners, but the Hotel itself is conveniently located, and I feel the price is reasonable for the Facility provided. When I go to Osaka, I don’t have much time to spend in the Room, so I’m grateful to be able to stay at a Hotel like this at such great value. I hope it will continue to be a Hotel that is also welcoming and considerate toward Japanese guests.

    Cycling etiquette in Osaka is poor and feels unsafe. They cut costs in petty ways.

    (1) Location It is about a 3-minute walk from Tenmabashi Station on the Keihan Railway and Osaka Metro, but I was genuinely scared because bicycle manners in Osaka are extremely poor and there is heavy bicycle traffic on Tosabori-dori. Three bicycles riding side by side on the sidewalk, bicycles speeding along the sidewalk, and many bicycles rushing at high speed into scramble crossings where only the pedestrian signal is green (almost no one follows the signals—complete lawlessness). In this chaos, even bicycles riding against traffic on the roadway seem “reasonable” simply because they do not endanger pedestrians. I felt this frightened after making just two round trips between the Hotel and the station. Hotels in Osaka are dangerous unless they are directly connected to a station. (2) The Hotel itself The seat I was shown for breakfast had no cushion on the seat, and the backrest angle was too upright, so my lower back really hurt. Also, I could not sleep well because the room curtains did not block out light effectively. I had various other complaints as well, such as low shower pressure with very little water flow, and a TV maximum volume that was too low to hear clearly. This Hotel seems to cut costs in petty ways because it was built when Keihan Electric Railway’s management was struggling, so I strongly recommend Kyobashi Grande instead. (Other than the tap water tasting bad, I have no complaints about Kyobashi Grande.)

    I booked the wrong Room...

    It was my first stay here in a while. Last time I stayed on the Tenmabashi Station side, with large windows and a great atmosphere, so I came back with that image in mind—but this time felt different. Thinking about it, the Room I stayed in before was a higher-grade Room than this one. That aside, the staff’s service was excellent, as with other Keihan group Hotels. Next time I visit, I’ll make a Reservation for the same Room as before, and I look forward to staying again.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I had to drive to Osaka for an errand, and since I also wanted to see Osaka Castle, I looked for a nearby Hotel. At first, I planned to stay at another Hotel in the same chain, but after reading Reviews saying it was quite small, I made a Reservation at this Hotel instead. It was the right choice. Luckily, I was able to park in the adjacent parking lot, and the staff kindly guided me when entering. It was a bit disappointing that the amenities only included instant coffee, but there is a well-known coffee shop across from the Hotel. The Room was clean and comfortable. My eyesight is poor, and in unfamiliar bathrooms without glasses I usually struggle because I can’t see how to switch the shower or read the labels on shampoo and body soap. Here, although the Facility is stylish, the labels were large and easy to read, which I really appreciated. For breakfast, I could check how crowded the restaurant was on the Room TV, so I went when it was quiet. I didn’t realize it was Italian cuisine beforehand, but everything was delicious. Those who prefer Japanese-style breakfast may not like it as much. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    The bed cover was slightly dirty, but everything else was wonderful. The Room had YouTube and Hulu available on the TV, which made it an excellent Hotel. It would be great if Netflix were also available. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and using the ReFa shower head and hair dryer made my hair very smooth. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka!

    Breakfast is highly recommended.

    Breakfast features authentic Italian cuisine, with delicious prosciutto and salami served generously alongside fresh vegetables, offering a delightful Italian start to the day (no Japanese menu available). The Room and amenities are simple. The bathroom and toilet are separate, allowing you to relax in a clean bathtub, and the adjustable showerhead adds extra comfort. Located in a business district but conveniently close to the station for easy transportation. I can't wait to enjoy the breakfast again!

    Highly satisfying!

    The entire hotel was very clean, and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned as well. The variety of amenities at the amenity bar was impressive, and I was amazed that the room's hairdryer was a ReFa at this price range! I usually stay near Osaka Station when traveling to Osaka for live events, but it can be inconvenient or crowded. This time, I chose this area instead and found it very convenient with its proximity to the station and commercial facilities. I really liked it here and would love to stay again!

    Stayed at the accommodation while helping with a move.

    We stayed in a triple room for three people to help our daughter move to Osaka for work. The location was excellent, very close to the station, with a clean room, well-maintained facilities, and delicious breakfast. Although the twin room converted into a triple felt a bit cramped, everything else was satisfactory. We would definitely use this place again if we can make a reservation next time!

    Located just one station away from Umeda (Higashi-Umeda), it's pleasantly quiet and offers an excellent location!

    I would like to stay here again.

    The staff who assisted during check-in was exceptionally kind. Although my car exceeded the height limit for the Hotel's parking lot, they went out of their way to clearly explain and guide me to a nearby parking lot with the same price. Thanks to their excellent service, I plan to use this Hotel again in the future.

    At check-in, the mac...

    At check-in, the machine was under maintenance, and there was only one staff member handling the process, so it seemed quite challenging. There was a red stain on the bed sheets, and when I informed the front desk, they changed my Room, but I was told to move at my convenience. Since I had already taken a bath, it was a bit of a hassle. The location is close to the station, so it was convenient for transportation.
