    4th time use

    This hotel, which opened during the COVID-19 pandemic, is a favorite spot to check and enjoy staying at when visiting Nara. It is conveniently located near Kintetsu Nara Station and shopping streets, and within walking distance to Todai-ji Temple and Nara Park. The walls of the rooms are well-insulated, so unless there are guests causing a ruckus, it is very quiet (I have never experienced any noise during my stays). I also appreciate the separate washing area and the spacious bathtub. Amenities such as skincare (DHC), razors, body wash towels, hairbands, and cotton swabs are provided in the room, which is very helpful. The pajamas are simple but comfortable on the skin. The towels are the usual thick ones. This was my first time staying in winter, and the centrally managed heating system was a bit too warm for us, so we turned it off at night, but it was neither cold nor uncomfortable. I particularly like the Superior Twin room, where you can enjoy watching deer grazing from the window during certain seasons, offering a taste of Nara's unique charm. However, this time the Superior Twin was fully booked, so we stayed in a Moderate Twin. The Moderate Twin room faces a main street, but since the hotel is set back a bit from the street, and Nara is not as busy as the city center, it was comfortable for me. However, those seeking complete silence might find it slightly noticeable. I highly recommend this hotel as a base for comfortably enjoying sightseeing in Nara.

    Quiet and good Hotel

    The Hotel is conveniently located close to both the Kintetsu station and Nara Park, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. It is recommended for sightseeing in Nara. The Japanese paintings on display are also worth a look.

    The room had a panor...

    The room had a panoramic view of the courthouse garden. Unfortunately, we couldn't see any deer, but the room was spacious with a sofa, which we liked. The bathroom was also sufficiently large, but I thought it would have been nice to have more space around the washbasin. We chose a Western-style breakfast. We had seen reviews saying it was small, but it was a sufficient amount for us. There were many types of side dishes, which we enjoyed. We couldn't use the restaurant because it needs to be reserved by the day before. It might be difficult, but it would have been nice to have casual dining options for both lunch and dinner. The staff were kind and their service was pleasant. It was nice to have the facility explained to us in advance via a tablet. The location, being close to the station and Nara Park, was excellent. We would like to use it again next time.

    A quiet and relaxing Hotel

    This is our second stay as an elderly couple. The location is excellent with good access to Kofuku-ji Temple, the National Museum, and the shopping street. We appreciated the flexible checkout time, which allowed us to enjoy a morning walk. We would like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    This is my third stay. I like the room, the bath, and so on. I always choose the Western-style breakfast, but it lacks uniqueness, and I personally find it disappointing that there is no milk. Overall, it is good.

    It was comfortable.

    I was traveling alone, but everything I needed was provided, and the location was great, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. Although I could hardly sleep at night (I can never sleep on the first night wherever I go.), it was quiet without any noise. I look forward to staying again.

    It was a cozy hotel.

    Upon check-in, we were given explanations about the various steps in the room, so we were careful and didn't bump into anything. There were also precautions for using the shower in the bathroom, and I was impressed that they had promptly addressed feedback from other guests. The room had a great view, and since there was a small gazebo on the balcony, we were able to enjoy a relaxing evening with drinks. The room was thoroughly cleaned, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. The proximity to the station was very convenient, and I was very pleased with the comfort of the room and the staff's service. I will definitely use this place again next time. Thank you very much.

    Perfect location, a new stylish and affordable Hotel

    Both the lobby and the Room are stylish, with a great sense of color and design. There is no large public bath, but the in-Room bathroom was very clean and spacious, and the shower water pressure was excellent. What was a bit disappointing was that the lovely terrace in front of the entrance was completely dark at night (Thursday). I would also be happy if the set breakfast (Japanese) had a bit more distinctive variety and volume. Still, it’s close to Kintetsu Station, you can even see deer from the Room window, and I think it’s a great deal to stay at that price.

    It was a wonderful Room!

    Through the large windows, you can see the greenery of Nara Park, and the terrace is furnished with a daybed-style sofa—making this Room feel like a luxury Resort Hotel. The bathroom also features stone finishes and a window, and bathrobes are provided, making for an exceptional stay.

    Excellent access and a great location.

    An excellent location, just a 2–3 minute walk diagonally across the road from Kintetsu Nara Station. The Hotel was small, but the view from the requested Room was great, and I had a very pleasant stay.

    Convenient Hotel

    Conveniently located near Kintetsu Nara Station, with easy access to Nara Park. The staff were friendly, and the Room was clean. Breakfast portions were just right.

    It was comfortable.

    The location is close to the station and also near Kofuku-ji Temple and Nara Park, making it very convenient. We were upgraded to a Superior Room. While not large, it was spacious enough for a comfortable stay. What stood out was the large bathtub and the strong shower pressure—excellent. The only downsides were that the safe was broken and unusable, and there wasn’t much space to place luggage, but overall we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended. I would like to stay here again if I visit next time.

    This was my first time staying in a road-facing Room. The bath and toilet are separate, and I was very satisfied with the staff’s service. I always book No Meals Included, and everything was excellent.

    Satisfied with my first stay.

    Above all, the location near Kintetsu Nara Station is excellent. Convenient for visiting any temple by train or bus. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The number of Rooms is not too many, and the property feels nicely compact. I will definitely stay here again.

    Nara Sightseeing

    This is my second year staying at this Hotel to attend the Omizutori ceremony at Nigatsudo Hall, Todaiji Temple. I visit by car every year, and I can stop in front of the Hotel. It is also close to Nara Station, so I find the location very convenient. The Room is clean, and since I can stay until 11:00 a.m., I can enjoy a relaxed morning walk, which I really appreciate.

    A good Hotel.

    It was a good Hotel in a great, conveniently compact location. The staff were also excellent. However, there was a step of about 20 cm at the entrance to the in-room washbasin area, which was very disappointing for such a new Hotel.

    After the renovation...

    After the renovation, I found that the services at my usual hotel in Nara no longer matched its price, so I decided to try this new accommodation located directly across the street for the first time. The location near Kintetsu Nara Station is very convenient, and since it’s still new, everything is clean. The room has a functional design with just the right amount of space. The bedside reading light is a nice touch. The separate bathroom and toilet are particularly impressive—the bathtub is large enough to stretch out in, water pressure is excellent, and the showerhead is easy to use, making it very comfortable. When I requested to write in their travel memory book (which seemed like an unusual request for them), they kindly agreed despite some initial confusion and even delivered it directly to my room. Considering the accommodation cost, I was overall satisfied with my stay. However, there are some drawbacks: - The air conditioning doesn’t distribute evenly throughout the room, creating cold and hot spots. - The glass partition between the bathroom and toilet means one cannot use both simultaneously if someone else is bathing. - There’s limited space for hanging clothes. Additionally, it would be great if TVs could support mirroring or offer more BS channels for added convenience!

    Everything was clean and wonderful. The breakfast options of Japanese or Western cuisine were exciting. I would love to come back again.
