    The breakfast was delicious.

    The property was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night, and I slept well. Although the Room had an electric kettle and cups, I wasn’t sure whether something had been forgotten or if nothing is normally provided, but I would have appreciated at least a green tea teabag. The bathtub rim was dirty; when I touched it with my finger, residue came off. I washed the bathtub thoroughly before taking a bath. Breakfast was delicious.

    Thank you again for staying with us.

    I stayed at this Hotel because I had errands at PARCO, and it was very close by. It’s an excellent location, convenient for getting anywhere.

    Since I mainly walk ...

    Since I mainly walk around the Sakae to Osu area, I initially chose Forza for its great location. I thought that as long as the location was good, everything else could be just decent. But once I stayed there, the Room was great, the bathroom was excellent, and the Facility was clean. That’s why Forza has become my base for my twice-a-year trips to Nagoya. To enjoy the local atmosphere, last time and this time I booked No Meals Included and went out for a morning set at local coffee shops, but it still doesn’t compare to Forza’s breakfast. Next time, I plan to book a stay with meals included.

    Family Trip

    We stayed here for a family trip. At check-in, we were assisted by a foreign staff member who was fluent in Japanese, making the process smooth. They also kindly checked if there were nearby Rooms available when they noticed our daughter's family Room was far from ours. Thank you for the thoughtful service and clear explanations. The partnered parking lot was very convenient, and the welcome drink was delicious. The Room's bathroom and toilet were separate, allowing us to enjoy a proper bath with plenty of hot water, which helped us sleep well. The pillow and mattress suited me perfectly (not too hard or soft), making it very comfortable. If the room wear had been something like a samue style or short-sleeve/shorts type, I would have been even happier—hence 4 stars instead of 5. The Room's size, functionality, and lighting arrangement were excellent as well. We look forward to staying again!

    I keep coming back.

    Located in the heart of Sakae, it offers convenient access to shopping and dining. Parking is available at a discounted rate through a partner facility, and extensions are possible, allowing use even after check-out. The Room is clean and well-maintained. While there is no alcohol vending machine, the availability of welcome wine, free drinks anytime, and ice makes for a very satisfying stay. I come back every time!

    The complimentary cocoa was much appreciated.

    The coffee machine included cocoa (and café mocha), which was delicious. It was very enjoyable. The bathroom and washroom were spacious and easy to use. The bedding was slightly on the softer side. It was a wonderful Hotel that makes me want to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    We stayed for 2 nigh...

    We stayed for 2 nights and felt uncomfortable due to an odor coming from the toilet. Additionally, there was a curry-like smell lingering in the room, possibly from food brought in by the previous guest. The location is convenient, and the hotel's style is modern and youthful, but I would think carefully before choosing to stay here again.

    I would love to stay here again.

    Despite being close to commercial facilities and department stores, the Room was quiet and comfortable. The foot massager and face steamer were great additions. Also, since the bath and toilet were separate, I could soak in the tub and relieve my travel fatigue. The twin beds were placed together, making it spacious to use. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious. I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you!

    The facilities and service were not particularly bad. However, perhaps due to timing, we ended up staying alongside a large group of inbound tourists. First, we waited 30 minutes for the elevator to the front desk. Unable to endure the noisy environment, we temporarily stepped outside. When we finally reached the front desk, the check-in process was slow amidst the crowd, leaving us feeling ignored—another 30-minute wait here as well. The accommodation floor was also noisy and chaotic. While I understand that accepting inbound tourists might be necessary for business operations and appreciated the staff's efforts, it felt like Japanese guests were somewhat overlooked in this situation. It may be inevitable when dealing with inbound tourists, especially from Country C.

    Glad you chose us.

    I booked a Multiple Night Stay for 2 nights and 3 days for one person, and I appreciated that towels and other amenities for two days were already prepared, as I prefer not to have anyone enter the Room during my stay. However, the ventilation fan was particularly dusty, especially in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.

    It is a conveniently located Hotel.

    The hallway lighting is too dim, and the noise from the stairs is extremely loud. We do not recommend this for sensitive individuals.

    Satisfied

    I stayed here solo. The massage chair, humidifier, and spacious unit bath were all excellent. I was also happy with the check-in/out times (2:00 PM–11:00 AM). I didn’t know at the time of Reservation that there would be coffee service and a complimentary glass of wine, so that was a pleasant surprise! If I stay again, I’d love to enjoy the wine. I just wish the shower water pressure were a bit stronger.

    The location is convenient.

    Conveniently located near Sakae Station. Upon entering the Room, there was a musty, mold-like smell. When I opened the unit bath door, there was also an ammonia odor. I hesitated to use the toilet, and when I thought the restroom next to the front desk would be cleaner... there was toilet paper scattered around.
