    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. They also lent me an iron, so I was able to smooth out my wrinkled clothes. There’s a convenience store on the property, which was very convenient. The parking lot is behind the building, so it stayed out of the morning sun and my car didn’t get hot—leaving at 8:00 a.m. was comfortable. However, since it isn’t very large, I felt a bit nervous when pulling in. Also, the entrance is hard to spot because it’s hidden by the FamilyMart sign; I drove past it at first. I’d like the sign moved so the entrance is easier to find.

    Conveniently located and clean.

    I stay here often. Although it faces Route 58, the Room overlooks the ocean and is quiet. It’s conveniently located for getting anywhere. The front desk staff are kind, and they also offer happy hour in the evening. I’d like to stay again.

    The staff was very friendly.

    The front desk staff, bus drivers, and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, making my stay extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary Awamori and tea service. However, due to the system where Multiple Night Stay guests place their trash in the hallway for collection, I often saw other people's trash in the hallway from check-in until the next morning. It would be perfect if improvements could be made, such as providing collection boxes on each floor for guest room trash or ensuring that trash is not visible. Alternatively, setting specific times for placing out trash (e.g., in the morning) would also enhance the experience at this Hotel.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay, and this time I stayed on the grand floor. As it is a Business Hotel, I don't expect resort-like services, but there were a few points I would like to see improved... Firstly, since the toilet and bathroom are separate, I would like additional towels for hand drying. There are no hooks or towel racks to hang bath towels, so after taking a bath at night, there is no place to hang them (as the hanger rack is used for clothes), and it was very stressful to have to use them in a damp state for the morning bath. Also, it was disappointing that despite being asked about the replenishment of drinks like water at check-in, nothing was replenished. The staff's service is very pleasant, and the hotel's location is convenient, so I would be happy if these issues were improved!

    Convenient location

    I stayed for three nights for work. Since it's a new Hotel, the Room was clean and very beautiful. However, it was disappointing that the washlet didn't have a heated seat function for some reason (I couldn't find a setting button on the panel either)... I felt a chill every time I sat down, haha. Even without a rental car, the bus stop is very close, and since it's along Route 58 (but the Room wasn't noisy), it seems relatively easy to catch a taxi. I would be happy if there were a shower cap in the amenities. I will use it again!

    It is a wonderful Hotel.

    I used a local Hotel. The staff's response was wonderful, the suite room was comfortable, the drinks in the refrigerator were free, and the selection of snacks was excellent. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.
