    Thank you for hosting us during the Nebuta Festival. Given the festival pricing, this rating is what it is, but it’s a typical Business Hotel. The limited number of elevators seems to be a structural issue; depending on the time, you may have to wait up to five minutes. The breakfast is highly recommended—if you choose local items, it offers excellent value for money. It was disappointing that despite charging Nebuta Festival rates, most of the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the festival.

    The flat floor from the bed to the toilet was very helpful.

    As we were staying with a guest with limited mobility, we consulted in advance and were informed that the floor to the restroom was flat. Thank you for kindly arranging a Room close to the elevator. During the Nebuta Festival season, the Room’s refrigerator had Nebuta Festival–themed apple juice, and a fan was also provided. The Room was clean and well maintained, and it was conveniently located within sight of the station. All staff members were kind, and this is a Hotel we would definitely like to use again when visiting Aomori.

    The Hotel entrance is difficult to find.

    Although it is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Aomori Station and the sign is visible from a distance, the front desk is on the 3rd floor, so the entrance was hard to find and I ended up walking around the building once. It would be helpful to have a sign or clear directions at the entrance. The breakfast venue was very stylish, and I enjoyed using it in a comfortable atmosphere.

    Being close to the station is an advantage.

    Good Points: - Pajamas provided as sleepwear - Separate bathroom and toilet near the entrance - Plenty of power outlets - Spacious bathroom - Conveniently located near the station - Local sake served at breakfast - Complimentary bath salts Suggestions for Improvement: - No designated space to place luggage - While local sake at breakfast is appreciated, it would be more convenient if offered in the evening as a welcome drink around the front desk area.

    It was great.

    I stayed for 2 nights during my first solo trip to Aomori. The room, perhaps due to its layout, didn’t feel cramped even though it wasn’t very spacious. However, there was a slight odor upon entering the room. Personally, I was a bit disappointed that there was no coffee in the room (maybe because there’s a coffee shop on the first floor). Another personal note: the TV! It didn’t support YouTube or Prime Video, which was unfortunate. As for breakfast, it could have had more variety. The hotel is very close to the station and conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay overall. Thank you!

    The room was very small. Breakfast was satisfying. The mold in the bathroom was concerning. Parking cost 700 yen. It was a bit far.

    The Room and toilet are clean.

    The Room, toilet, and bathroom were clean. It was nice that the toilet and bathroom were separate. The free water available in front of the elevator was very convenient.
