    Ideal as a base for multi-day stays.

    This time, I accessed from Shin-Osaka, but it felt slightly farther compared to Mikuni Station. If coming from Umeda, the Osaka City Bus might be more convenient. The Accommodation Tax was 1,200 yen this year compared to 400 yen last year—perhaps because I stayed for two nights? It made me hesitate a bit about dining out. "Manaslu," located at the back, is close and reasonably priced; I used it for lunch, though it was somewhat crowded. Well, since the hotel rooms have an electric stove and microwave, various arrangements are possible. The gym is also free to use. I think it's a convenient hotel as a base for multiple-day stays.

    As a wheelchair user...

    As a wheelchair user, I was able to visit with peace of mind thanks to the prompt communication regarding parking and other inquiries from the time of Reservation. I chose a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and I especially enjoyed the conversation with the female staff during dinner. The chef's dishes and the patissier's desserts were very satisfying. If I may suggest an improvement, in the room for three people, setting up a sofa bed made it difficult to use the closet and safety box. While I appreciated that it was prepared in advance, this could be improved. Overall, the location was convenient with moderate traffic in the area and nearby convenience stores, making it friendly for us who traveled by car from out of town. Several international staff members were working as well, but all staff left a kind impression on me. I will definitely use this place again when visiting Osaka!

    For business trips

    Used for a business trip. Although it is a bit far from the station, the Room is very comfortable and excellent. It's a pity that breakfast was not included, but I would like to try it next time.

    I was disappointed for the first time.

    This hotel is very comfortable, and I almost always use it when on business trips to Osaka, especially for slightly longer stays. This September, I stayed for nearly two weeks in total over two separate visits. This time, I stayed for one night to spend some rare quality time with my daughter, which happens only once or twice a year. The hotel offers a wonderful "Kids Eat Free" service, and I had planned everything to have both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the restaurant was reserved for a private event in the evening and unavailable. Additionally, when I asked if meals could be delivered to our room as an alternative option, this request was also declined. It would have been appreciated if alternative suggestions were provided. Furthermore, since I had informed the hotel in advance about Child Sharing Existing Bedding arrangements with my daughter, it would have been helpful to receive prior notice that the restaurant would not be available in the evening.

    Perfect for family use.

    I stayed in a Room equipped with a refrigerator and washing machine. Since I went to the Expo every day and got sweaty, having a washing machine in the Room was very helpful. It was also nice that detergent was provided in the Room, so I didn’t need to buy it myself. There is no large public bath, but the bathroom in the Room is spacious, clean, and easy to use. It would have been even better if facial wash had been included in the amenities. I only had breakfast during my stay; while there weren’t many options, it was very delicious. I was surprised to learn that children up to 12 years old can eat for free. The front desk staff were very accommodating and quickly arranged taxis when needed. There is a shuttle bus from Shin-Osaka Station, but since it’s about a 10-minute walk with wide sidewalks, we didn’t use it. I would love to stay at this Hotel again if given another opportunity!

    Perfect for families of four!

    We stayed for 3 nights in a Suite Twin equipped with cooking utensils and a washing machine, visiting the Expo with our two children, aged 9 and 4. Although adding an extra bed made the walkway a bit narrow, the kids had so much fun jumping on the beds and we enjoyed delightful evenings together. The bathroom was spacious enough for us to bathe together with the children. The Room even had a rice cooker, allowing us to prepare rice balls to take to the Expo venue. Breakfast offered plenty of variety despite having consistent menus, and we thoroughly enjoyed it for all three days. The staff's smiles left a great impression as well. The shuttle bus between Shin-Osaka Station and Hotel was available at our preferred times, which was very convenient. The cost performance was excellent! We would love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

    It was great!

    We were upgraded to a better Room and had a relaxing stay! Thank you very much. Although the hotel is a bit far from the station, it’s within walking distance, so it wasn’t much of an issue.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed for two nights for the Expo. The Room's bathroom was spacious with a washing area. There was also a washer-dryer in the Room, which allowed us to wash items that got wet from the rain. Breakfast felt a bit lacking, and it was slightly far from Shin-Osaka Station, so I rated it 4 out of 5. However, it's a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Appreciation for the front desk service

    I mistakenly made a Room Reservation with a double bed due to insufficient confirmation. When I entered the room and was shocked, I went to the front desk to discuss changing it, and they smoothly accommodated my request. Although it was my mistake, the foreign male staff at the front desk kindly assisted me in fluent Japanese, for which I am very grateful.

    Use from Sango Station

    I used the Hankyu Takarazuka Line instead of Shin-Osaka due to personal reasons. It's a bit of a walk, but the access was easy to understand. The room is very convenient for certain travel purposes as it is equipped with a dining table, cooking utensils, and a washer-dryer. However, I almost tripped over the step in the bathroom wash area. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try the Hotel's meals and used a nearby restaurant, K○no-ya. It was disappointing to wait quite a while for service, possibly due to a lack of staff. Next time, I plan to dine at the Hotel.

    5-day stay. The room...

    5-day stay. The room was clean and spacious with a kitchen, making it comfortable to stay. However, there were a few concerns. Firstly, the room wear was folded very sloppily and the material lacked firmness, causing two pieces to collapse every time. As a result, I didn't wear them. Secondly, the breakfast menu was the same every day. By the third day, I was tired of it and didn't eat, even though it was already paid for. I understand it might be difficult, but since there are rooms with kitchens, which suggests long-term stays are anticipated, it would be nice to have some variety in the menu. Also, I preferred not to have staff enter the room, so I requested cleaning at my convenience. It would be better if, on days when cleaning is not requested, items like towels could be left on the doorknob without needing to ask. I returned late at night and was disappointed that this was not the case.

    It was very good, but the microwave...

    The room and service were very good. It's a bit of a walk from Shin-Osaka Station, but the convenience store nearby was handy. However, there was one issue: the microwave in the room didn't work properly and displayed an error code 02. Please improve this point. Other than that, I was very satisfied, and I would like to stay again when visiting Shin-Osaka. Thank you very much.

    It was beautiful, but there were some disappointing aspects.

    I stayed for one night the other day. The front staff had wonderful smiles and left a very good impression. However, there was no particular guidance about the shuttle bus, so I thought it might be better to inform Hotel guests. The guest room seemed new and was clean. There was a large refrigerator, which was helpful. I was able to relax comfortably. Unfortunately, there were a few strands of hair in the bathtub of the guest room, and there was hair on the pajamas in the closet, with a small insect walking on them. I wanted to feel comfortable throughout my trip, so I didn't mention it directly to the front desk, but I noted it here because there were some disappointing points.
