    Family-friendly for guests with children

    My one-year-old son and I stayed for three nights. The staff were very kind—thank you so much for bringing a chair at breakfast and clearing our tray. We had a wonderful stay. When my son fell, you promptly brought ice and a bandage. There is also a large public bath on the first floor, and the Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, so we slept well. We would love to stay again.

    It was conveniently located just a short walk from the station. The Hotel was very clean, including the Room and Onsen, and the guest rooms were also spotless.     A clean Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    It was my first visit to Tsuyama, and it was a peaceful and very beautiful place. The Hotel is close to the station, and from the Room window I could see mountains and the town like a miniature garden. The Room was compact but comfortable, with a sofa and table. Since it was Golden Week, it was probably fully booked. I had to line up for breakfast, but that couldn’t be helped. The staff guided us pleasantly.

    A reliable Business Hotel.

    I hadn’t planned to visit Tsuyama, but I heard the cherry blossoms at Tsuyama Castle were spectacular, so I made a Reservation at short notice. Since rain was forecast for the next day, I went to see the illuminated blossoms on the night I arrived. Tsuyama Castle was clearly visible from my Room window as well, and I was able to fully enjoy the cherry blossoms. The Hotel is new, and my stay was very comfortable. I especially like being able to use the large bath. It seems more new Hotels are planned across Japan one after another—I’m looking forward to it.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    A standard Business Hotel... I didn't have high expectations. However, it was new and comfortable. I stayed in a Comfort Single Room, and the table and sofa were at just the right height, making it even more comfortable. Many business hotels often have low tables or sofas, but not here. What impressed me the most was during my departure in the morning. When I went to take the elevator downstairs, a housekeeping staff member happened to be there for linen exchange. With a smile, they kindly pressed the button to open the elevator for me while saying "Thank you." I've traveled to many places, but it's rare for housekeeping staff to go that far. It left such a positive impression! Thank you so much! In spring, rooms with views of Tsuruyama Park's cherry blossoms are available—fireworks can also be seen right in front of you from here! Actually, I'm originally from Tsuyama myself. I'm glad such a nice Hotel has been built here!

    Conveniently located near the station

    Located just a short walk from Tsuyama Station, the Hotel is easily accessible by car from both the station side and the Yoshii River side. The Room has a typical Business Hotel feel and is comfortable. The large public bath features one spacious tub, with a well-maintained changing area, allowing for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was buffet-style with Japanese and Western options as well as beverages, though it could benefit from a slightly wider variety of dishes.

    I always use this service.

    You can enjoy delicious coffee anytime as a welcome drink. The Onsen is very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The Hotel is clean and well-maintained. There’s a stylish izakaya nearby where you can enjoy dinner, making it convenient. A coin laundry is available for use. During my stay, I forgot my jacket at the izakaya, but it was kindly delivered to my room later on. The staff at the izakaya "Mikura" were very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure if they brought it to the Hotel or if the Hotel staff picked it up, but afterward, the Hotel staff delivered it directly to my room. I really appreciated their kindness!

    It's disappointing that the towels lacked a sense of cleanliness.

    The room is slightly larger than that of A〇 Hotel, but the furniture is efficiently arranged, so it doesn't feel cramped, and the color scheme is calm and comfortable. Additionally, despite being small, there is an open-air bath, and a monitor showing the congestion of shared facilities, which are thoughtful touches typical of a major chain. A major downside was the towels. While the bath towel was white, the face towel was a faded color that could be seen as either brown or green, and it was worn out, lacking a sense of cleanliness, so I used my own towel. As for breakfast, it might not be a concern if considered free, but in reality, it is included in the accommodation fee, and if it is the same as the price displayed for non-guests at the entrance, there is a quality issue. Especially the dry trout and the ham with an overly watery texture due to excessive phosphates (additives) were at a level that I would never want to eat again.
