    Excellent location

    I made this Reservation because I was looking for a Hotel within walking distance of Tokyo Dome for a live concert. It was great—easy to get back right after the show, and Suidobashi Station is right in front.

    Overall satisfied!

    If I had to be picky, there weren’t many amenities, and the hair-care products weren’t very good. What bothered me most was the smell of the water—it was unpleasant. The shower wasn’t too bad, but the sink area where you brush your teeth smelled. Still, I was able to relax until the afternoon, so personally I think it was good!

    Some of our staff were disappointing.

    The front desk staff were very pleasant, and check-in was smooth and comfortable. However, the breakfast staff were very unfriendly and seemed in a bad mood; even when I asked questions, their responses were curt, which was extremely disappointing. On the second day, a different person was at breakfast, but it was the same. It felt like it ruined what had otherwise been a great experience with the front desk. The location was excellent as it is right near the station. I would like to stay here again when I visit this area, so I hope things will have improved by my next stay.

After visiting Tokyo Dome City, having lunch, and exploring the Tokyo Kanda Used Book Festival, you can check in around 18:00 without feeling rushed. Unlike standard accommodations with a 15:00 check-in time that feels too early for sightseeing, this schedule allows more flexibility. The extended check-out time of 14:00 also lets you relax the next day. The room is equipped with a DVD player available for rent. You can connect it to the large TV near the bed and enjoy your own DVDs in comfort. Watching Mozart's operas like "Don Giovanni" and "The Abduction from the Seraglio" was an ideal experience thanks to the cozy bed and clear TV display. Most accommodations have a latest check-out time of 12:00, which limits leisure activities like watching operas. Here, with a check-out at 14:00, you can fully enjoy your stay. The room features an unusual layout with a handwashing area inside and a large wall mirror in front of it—practical and popular among female guests due to its convenience. The bathroom has only a shower booth instead of both bathtub and shower—a design choice that enhances usability but requires caution as wet feet might track water into the room if not careful. Toilets are located separately from other facilities; providing dedicated slippers could improve convenience. While there’s no notable view from the room window, breakfast is delicious! Overall, having such flexible hours (check-in at 17:00 & check-out at 14:00) makes this accommodation highly appealing!

    Stayed for a live ev...

    Stayed for a live event at Tokyo Dome. The Dome and station are close by, the hotel is clean, and all the staff are kind. I’d love to stay here again when visiting the Dome. My only concerns are whether just a shower will be enough in winter and up to what age one can climb the ladder of the bunk bed. That said, experiencing a bunk bed for the first time was exciting and fun!

    Perfect for those visiting Tokyo Dome.

    Located right in front of Suidobashi Station, this accommodation offers an extremely convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy food and drinks. Tokyo Dome is also just a short distance away, making it an ideal choice for those attending events there from out of town. Luggage storage is available, which is very helpful. We look forward to welcoming you again!

    I stayed here during a live event at Tokyo Dome. The proximity to the Dome was excellent, and it was convenient to return to the Hotel quickly when tired. Although there was no cleaning service during my Multiple Night Stay, I could request towel replacements, so it wasn't inconvenient. The staff's service and attitude were also commendable. However, there were two disappointing points: 1. Lack of explanation about the Hotel services from the staff. For example, I would have appreciated being informed about complimentary drinks at the bar during check-in. Even the bar staff seemed unsure about this (there is a poster near the Hotel entrance with this information). It would be helpful if a summary of services were placed in guest rooms or explained clearly via TV information channels. 2. The refrigerator did not cool well (even though it was set to maximum). Drinks barely got cold. I hope these issues can be improved in the future!

    Perfect accommodation for watching games. The location is excellent, and there was an APA Hotel under construction right next door.

    Best value for money

    We stayed here as a group of four girls for our high school graduation trip! It cost about 6000 yen per person, the location was convenient, and the Room was very stylish! We especially loved the bunk beds—they were so exciting! The transparent shower door looked chic, but since we used a curtain for privacy, it was slightly inconvenient that no one could leave during that time. Also, the Room felt a bit dark. We spent most of our time on the lower bunk bed area, which was particularly dim—having more lighting there would be great. That said, we were very satisfied overall! We’d love to stay here again when traveling with a group!

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I inquired by email before my stay and received a prompt response, which was reassuring. Although Suidobashi Station is right in front, the double window structure made the noise not very noticeable. The staff were all kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. It seems that rental items are to be picked up at the reception by oneself. If I had known, I might have been able to request them at check-in. I would definitely like to visit this hotel again if I have the opportunity.
