    It was a very comfortable Hotel!

    I stayed one night in a twin Room. I made a same-day Reservation and checked in a few hours later, but the Room was ready and I was able to go in right away. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so this Room—with a shower room only and separate sink and toilet—was perfect for me. It was compact yet well laid out, and I had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Satisfied with the stylish Hotel near the station

    From the moment I entered the lobby, I was pleased with the stylish atmosphere, just as expected. The front desk staff were helpful, and I was able to get into my Room quickly. The Room’s design, size, and Facility were also as expected and very good. However, it was disappointing that there was no space to open two suitcases. In the end, I managed to place them on the shelf of the clothes rack, but once clothes were hung up it got in the way when taking things out of my luggage. Since there is enough space in the Room, I would appreciate it if you could provide a foldable luggage rack that can hold suitcases. Those who don’t need it could simply keep it folded and placed in a corner of the Room.

    I understand ESG, but...

    ESG perspectives are important, but there are almost no amenities, and the toothbrush lacks paste. For a Hotel in this price range, bottled water should at least be standard.

    The Facility was great, but the Room was not so good.

    The cleanliness was not up to standard. When I lifted the bed comforter, I found a used medical patch likely left by a previous guest, which was very unhygienic and disappointing in terms of sanitation. Additionally, the inside of the electric kettle was extremely dirty and covered in residue, making it unusable. It did not appear that proper cleaning had been conducted. While the facility and staff service were good, the hygiene aspect was very disappointing.

    Golden Week Stays

    I stayed in a twin room during Golden Week. I was aware from the online information that there was only a shower booth, but the fact that the changing area was visible from the bedroom made it uncomfortable. It might be fine for solo use on weekdays. While I understand that prices increase during holidays, 44,000 yen for two people with No Meals Included seems a bit too high. In many ways, I felt that the pricing did not match the content offered.

    It was great.

    Stayed in a twin room with my wife. Upon arrival, we couldn't find the parking lot and temporarily parked on a back road. When we consulted the front desk, they were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel parking is ¥2,500 with unlimited entry and exit. If you don't plan to move your car, the affiliated parking lot is recommended at ¥1,300. They explained everything clearly. Just for that service alone—5 stars! The room was very clean with no unpleasant odors and was very comfortable. There’s no bathtub, but since it was a stay for an event, the shower was more than sufficient. Breakfast is your typical hotel buffet but everything tasted good without any complaints—very satisfying overall! If I have another chance to stay in Nagoya, this will be my first choice. Thank you so much for providing such a pleasant experience!

    The Room and the lobby were cute and lifted my spirits! It was also comfortable!

    It was very good.

    There are places nearby that are easy to drink at, and the location was great overall. The Room was small, but it was cleverly designed, so there was no stress. I would have liked a bath, but the price was reasonable, so I would like to use it again.
