    The check-in service is a nice touch.

    Amenities were available at the front desk for guests to take what they needed. Perhaps depending on the check-in time, the front desk staff started offering welcome snacks such as chocolate and nuts. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness.

    The main building is nice too.

    I’ve often stayed in the Tower Building, but the Main Building also has a lovely interior and atmosphere from the corridors to the Room, and it felt pleasantly spacious. Breakfast is also convenient with less walking.

    There was an unpleasant odor in the room...

    As soon as I entered the Room, there was a very strong air freshener-like smell, so I opened the window for a while to ventilate. There was an odor-neutralizing spray (unscented), so I used it repeatedly and thought it had improved a bit, but when I went out and came back, the strong air freshener-like smell was still there. I suffered from headaches for some time, and if possible, I would like the housekeeping staff to check this kind of issue more thoroughly. I was truly surprised by the smell at first.

    It was close to the station.

    It was closer to the station than I expected, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so I had no trouble during my stay. The Room was set up just right and was comfortable.

    I had a comfortable and worry-free stay.

    About a month before our sudden trip, everywhere was already fully booked. The price was a bit high, but these days you can’t stay for under 10,000 yen anyway. It had been a while since my last stay, and I felt at ease because it’s close to the station. I usually take taxis often, but this time I only needed one ride and walked to the station the rest of the time. I’ll be staying again in May. Thank you in advance, and thank you very much.

    The hotel and room were very clean and conveniently located near the station. However, the customer service was lacking; despite a line of guests waiting, staff only appeared after ringing the bell, and when they did, they seemed sleepy and yawned. This was during regular hours, not late at night—perhaps due to a staffing shortage?

    The price is affordable, the Room is clean, and both check-in and check-out are smooth. It is very convenient as it is directly connected to a convenience store. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the station, making it easy to find.

    Affordable.

    From check-in to check-out, everything is automated, and there is no interaction with Hotel staff. It might feel a bit lonely without even a greeting. The building is somewhat old, but both the interior and guest rooms are kept clean. Above all, the price is very reasonable. If anything, it would be nice to have amenities like lotion available.

    Great value for money

    This was my first stay at Emisia. Compared to the soaring accommodation costs in central Tokyo, I found it reasonably priced. It’s close to Tachikawa Station if you use the back entrance near the post office parking lot. Check-in and check-out are automated, so I didn’t interact with any staff.

    The bathroom had an unpleasant odor that couldn't be removed even with deodorizing spray. The table was also sticky. Please ensure thorough cleaning.

    Great value for money.

    I had always wanted to stay at this Hotel. It was very clean, and the reception staff were polite and kind. The Room felt slightly small, but the layout was very efficient, so it didn’t feel cramped. All necessary Facilities were conveniently located, so there was no inconvenience. Mineral water was provided for the kettle, making tea and other drinks taste great. The breakfast was highly satisfying. There was a wide variety of dishes, each served in small portions, allowing me to enjoy my favorite foods in just the right amount without waste—very satisfying. The service staff were efficient, and I enjoyed breakfast in a restaurant with a great view. I thought it offered excellent value for money. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    Bugs!

    There was a bug, the kind everyone dislikes the most. I won't name it, but this never happened during my previous stay. Although they changed my Room, I didn't feel sincerity from the staff who handled it. It was extremely unpleasant. I don't think I'll use this place again. It was the worst experience, especially since I had been looking forward to it. I even considered leaving and asking for a refund. Terrible.

    The cost performance is excellent.

    We stayed here as a family because we had plans in both central Tokyo and the Tama area. The accommodation is close to the station, and the lobby, hallways, and room were all clean. The staff were kind and provided excellent service. While the room was not very large compared to tourist-oriented hotels, it was clean, quiet, and offered great value for money. We considered staying in Shinjuku due to our sightseeing plans but found that accommodations at the same price point in Shinjuku were often unsuitable for women or children. Choosing this place turned out to be a great decision. The walk from the station is along a lively street but felt safe at all times. Tachikawa Station has frequent train services, including express trains that stop there, making it convenient to reach Shinjuku or Tokyo Station without transfers.

    Odor from the Drain

    I used the Hotel for my child's entrance exam. Since it was not for the purpose of enjoying Hotel life, I chose it based on price. However, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathtub drain, and despite the Room being thoroughly cleaned and amenities like coffee being provided, I felt uncomfortable eating inside the Room. Could this be due to the old Facility? While the lighting and furniture in the Room gave a visually clean impression, the smell was undeniable. It was a Room on the 4th floor of the tower building, but if this issue is specific to that Room, I think it would be better to price it as a Room with some drawbacks from the start.

    It was a nice Hotel,...

    It was a nice Hotel, and I was pleased! There was morning champagne like in European hotels. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it because of work!

    The location and cleanliness are excellent.

    The access from Tachikawa Station was excellent, and the convenience store on the first floor was handy. The security near the elevator was sufficient, providing peace of mind. I needed to scan documents urgently, and it was helpful to have a Kinko's right in front. During the year-end, stores in Tokyo were closed, but for some reason, stores in Tachikawa were open, allowing me to use them without any issues. The Room had a calm atmosphere, was compactly equipped, and was clean. The bed had a thick mattress, allowing for a good night's sleep. I thought I was familiar with the area as my childhood home was nearby, but Tachikawa had become a futuristic city. Thanks to this Hotel, I was able to enjoy exploring Tachikawa.

    I would like to use it again.

    Close to the station and well-cleaned. It was my first time using the Property, but I would like to use it again. I did not include breakfast at the time of Reservation, but I was able to have it at the guest rate when I arrived. Thanks to that, I was able to have a warm meal. It was delicious.

    Room ideal for long stays

    I used the day-use Plan for under 10,000 yen, allowing a stay from 12:00 to 22:00 on Sunday. I had a comfortable time, thank you very much! The Room cannot be said to be spacious, but it has a table, chairs, glasses, and coffee cups, so I could spread out my brought-in meals and relax on the bed. The amenities are abundant, and the bathtub and bathroom are in ivory tones, making the usage experience almost perfect. There were some minor concerns about the noise from the outside floor and door opening and closing, but the location is close to the station, allowing you to stay until the last minute and quickly catch a train home. I recommend it to those who want to spend a leisurely time!

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The facilities were new and I had a comfortable stay. The concern is the noise. I stayed in a corner room in the tower building, but it faced a main road, and I could hear a lot of car exhaust noise and voices of passersby. I couldn't hear much from the neighboring room, but there was a mysterious vibrating sound every minute. I cannot recommend it to those who are sensitive to noise.

    The size of the bath and other facilities are decent, but considering the location, room size, and the convenience of being adjacent to a convenience store, it is a very reasonable Hotel.
