    A casual, friendly Hotel

    I liked how the staff were casual and friendly. The 1st-floor restaurant also had a great vibe with its music and furniture, making my stay enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the Room toilet and toilet paper were too far away, and the bidet was difficult to use.

    Feeling great!

    I came to Osaka to take an exam, and commuting from Moxy for three days kept me in great spirits. I was able to take the exam and enjoy sightseeing in Osaka, so it was a very satisfying stay. I’ve come to love Osaka and will be back again.\nWhen I do, I hope to stay with you again.

    If I had to say, I’d be happy if you could put a bit more effort into the breakfast.

    I’ve stayed here several times over the past few years. It’s fun how the Room furnishings are arranged to make full use of the space, and each time I also enjoy the “struggle” of the toilet remote and paper being placed at a distance that doesn’t quite suit a Japanese build. Changing the subject, thank you very much for your generous hospitality with the complimentary drinks this time. As I mention in the title, breakfast is functional, but it seems there are fairly frequent small menu changes, so I feel a bit confused each time. As a request, I’d be happy if you could provide boiled eggs (in their shells).

    The content varies depending on the staff.

    The content confirmed by phone in advance changes frequently on the day at the Hotel. Honestly, a Stays Reservation from IKYU is not recommended for this Hotel. It is said that other reservation sites offer better treatment. As a heavy user of IKYU, I was disappointed. It's really a disappointing Hotel as they can't keep the promised content.

    Business trip stay.

    Stayed alone for a business trip. I travel frequently for business and family trips, staying at hotels about 60 nights a year. This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is not near the station, but I use it when I get off the Shinkansen at Shin-Osaka and have business in Umeda, as the roads are not crowded assuming taxi travel. - Guest Room: Standard design of the Moxy brand. Exactly the same as the other Moxy in Osaka. The bathroom has a toilet right in front of the sink and only a shower booth. Initially, it was innovative, but on the second stay, once the novelty wears off, many concerns arise. For example, the table is hung on the wall, and you have to take it down and set it up yourself. There is space to place it, so it would be less hassle if it were set up from the start, and guests hanging and removing the table from the wall can damage it. For example, the refrigerator can only fit about four small bottles under the TV. There is space to place a refrigerator of the size commonly found in business hotels, so it should be installed rather than prioritizing design concepts. - Facility: The design is stylish. There are small restaurants and bars in the common areas. - Service: I think the staff's response is good. - Satisfaction: Accommodation costs in Osaka have generally soared, and this hotel has also raised its prices. As the price of the simple guest rooms increases, the perception changes. My satisfaction has decreased compared to my previous stay.

    It's a bit of a hassle to get the toilet paper.

    The position of the toilet, remote control, and paper is a bit awkward. It might not be an issue for larger people, but at 165 cm tall, I can barely reach the paper... Also, the refrigerator is like a toy, and both last time and this time, it didn't cool even when switched on. For breakfast, curry roux was newly added this time, but there was no announcement, so I couldn't eat it... It was also disappointing that there was no warm soup this time. I've written a lot, but other than that, there are no particular issues.

    Stays that are necessary and sufficient

    The location is less than a 10-minute walk to Osaka Station, even closer to Fukushima Station, and conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of Umeda, making it not too crowded. The facility was a twin room with two tall beds, a refrigerator that doesn't cool much, and a table and chairs mounted on the wall. It's a design that makes good use of space. The unit bath has only a shower booth, and while it's normal for the washbasin and toilet to be adjacent, the position of the toilet's washlet remote control and toilet paper ignores ergonomics, causing discomfort no matter how many times I stay. As for meals (breakfast), if I could express a wish, it would be nice to have a main dish to accompany white rice, not just rice with tea. Overall, I think both the location and price are satisfactory.

    Stayed on the day of the Yodogawa Fireworks.

    I stayed here for the first time for the Yodogawa Fireworks. Since it was a special day, the evaluation might be different on a regular day. The price was higher due to the Yodogawa Fireworks. Although the fireworks couldn't be seen from the room, the location was excellent, and I could watch the fireworks from a relatively close spot by walking. The room was small but well-organized, and I didn't feel any inconvenience or sense of confinement, making it comfortable. However, perhaps because it caters to inbound tourists, there wasn't much consideration for Japanese guests, and possibly due to a lack of staff, the service was somewhat lacking. The menu was only in English, and I saw foreign guests taking bread and salad from the breakfast buffet in bags or containers to take away. There were also scenes not commonly seen in other hotels, like people trying to take seats of those who had temporarily left, possibly due to a lack of guidance. It had a rather free atmosphere. The breakfast wasn't bad, but the curry wasn't very tasty. The donuts were delicious. Due to the influence of the fireworks festival planning, there were fried takoyaki and yakisoba for breakfast. I went to the bar at night, but someone tried to cut in line, and even when there was a light argument, the hotel staff didn't intervene, which left me feeling quite unpleasant. However, I think it's an international hotel where you can experience an atmosphere similar to overseas hotels. I would like to visit again on another occasion.
