    Great value for money

    We stayed right after the Obon holidays. Because we made our Reservation early, we got a great deal—and since it was less crowded after Obon, the staff kindly accommodated our requests. With its convenient location right in front of the station, our whole family had a comfortable stay. The price, service, and location were all excellent, so it felt like great value for money.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The location is excellent and close to Kanazawa Station. Even if you arrive at night, you can easily enjoy dining and shopping in nearby buildings around the station. The take-home amenities were also high quality, and I was able to use them with confidence even with sensitive skin. The Room is spacious enough and clean. If I have a chance to visit Kanazawa again, I would choose to stay here again.

    Done: I’ll definitely stay again.

    Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out were automated, making everything efficient and very convenient. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean, which made the stay comfortable. This time I didn’t have meals due to a tight schedule, but if I have the chance next time, I’d like to try the breakfast buffet that everyone says is delicious.

    There was not much information about the property or its Facilities. The bathtub was smaller than it looked in the photos. The check-in process was also hard to understand.

    Great value for money.

    The accommodation cost was reasonable, and I had a very satisfying stay. The facilities are new, and it was great that the bathroom had a separate bathtub and washing area. The freshly baked breakfast pizza was very delicious. Although the railway tracks were next to the hotel, I didn’t find the nighttime noise too bothersome. It’s also close to the station, and I’d like to stay here again.

    Comfortable bathroom

    The bathroom is separated into a washing area and a bathtub, so you can relax comfortably. However, the overhead shower and hand shower share the same control (up/down), and the first time I used it I accidentally turned on the overhead shower when I meant to use the hand shower and got wet. At other hotels with two types of showerheads, they are usually controlled separately, so this kind of mistake doesn’t happen. Drinks are available for self-service on the floor with the check-in counter. Shower caps are not provided. It’s new and very clean.

    I want to stay here again!

    As we were traveling for sightseeing, we were looking for a Hotel with No Meals Included, close to the station, and a bathroom with a separate washing area. It exceeded our expectations and we had a very comfortable stay! All the staff were courteous and made our stay pleasant, and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Kanazawa!

    This is a recommended Hotel.

    Three of us stayed together. One bed was an extra bed, but we prioritized staying in the same Room, so it was understandably a bit cramped. The Hotel staff were very kind and pleasant. Breakfast included plenty of vegetables, and the freshly baked pizza was delicious. It’s close to the station and offers great value for money, so I think it’s a recommended Hotel.

    Please note the location carefully.

    I stayed here for business. I knew it was the West Exit, so I went out of Kanazawa Station West Exit and headed toward the Hotel as it came into view right away, but there are two properties at the West Exit and I was told I had gone to the wrong one. I also saw a few other overseas guests making the same mistake. Daiwa Roynet Hotel has multiple properties at some stations, and I have made this mistake before, so it is partly my fault. However, having two properties at the same station and the same exit makes it easy to get confused, so I would appreciate it if you could consider measures such as using more clearly different names. That said, the properties seem to coordinate with each other, and when I checked in again, a front desk staff member offered a brief apology, which felt thoughtful. The room and lobby were clean, and as with other Daiwa Roynet Hotels, my stay was comfortable. It was also convenient because it is close to the station.

    The Room and bathroom were clean, and the complimentary drink service at the front desk was a nice touch. I would like to stay here again.

    The Room is impeccably clean, but...

    At check-in, the staff kindly showed me how to use the machine, so I was able to check in without any issues. The Room was very well cleaned throughout, including the bathroom and toilet, and there was nothing to complain about. However, having only one pillow for one bed makes it impossible to adjust pillow height. Also, I felt that one bath towel and one face towel per person is not enough. Please provide at least one additional face towel for after washing your hair. The mattress pad also seemed a bit thin. These are purely my personal impressions.

    Comfortable.

    I previously stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Omiya. The Room was spacious and clean for a Business Hotel, and the separate bath and toilet were very convenient, so I chose the same Hotel again this time. The bathroom also has plenty of space for washing. Since I value comfort in the water facilities, whenever I have a chance to stay alone at a Business Hotel, I think I’ll choose Daiwa Roynet from now on! Last time, my Room had a massage chair, but this time I booked the simplest Room, so it only had a regular chair. The Room was a bit smaller as well, but it was still far more comfortable than the nearby Business Hotel I stayed at the next day.

    There are various options available on Daiwa Net.

    Daiwa Net Hotel is a place I have used in various locations, but this time was disappointing. I stayed on the 10th floor, and it seemed like there were families with children above me as there was loud stomping noise. Additionally, the bed made creaking sounds which were quite disturbing. I have never had such an unpleasant experience before, so it was unfortunate. The ratings on IKYU.com were good, which makes it even more disappointing. This was my first visit to Kanazawa, but if I come again in the future, I feel I need to reconsider my choice of accommodation.

    Over-efficiency has led to forgetting the essence of being in the service industry.

    The most important aspect is the reception, isn't it? One staff member worked hard and was resourceful, but the other seemed to leave everything to them without offering help, which caused a bit of a line during check-in. I had questions I wanted to ask, but I decided to hold off out of consideration for those waiting in line. Since the reception is the face of the hotel, could this be improved a little more? The night view was not enjoyable. As for breakfast, many might find it unsatisfactory. I couldn't help comparing it with the cost-performance difference from the accommodation I stayed at the previous day.

    Is it possible to have a Japanese-style breakfast?

    Yamagata is amazing, but the Japanese breakfast section could use some improvement. The rice was too hard, even for those who prefer firm rice, and unfortunately, it wasn't tasty. While there were plenty of toppings for ramen, where were the miso soup ingredients? Bamboo shoots or corn perhaps? If Japanese-style meals are not available, a clear notice would have been appreciated so I could opt out of meals altogether. Considering inbound guests and cost factors, is it simply not feasible? Although it's part of nature, I encountered a beetle buzzing around at night—it was my first experience like this. Rest assured, I didn’t bring it from home! That said, the Room cleaning was excellent on both days and made my stay very comfortable.

    I stayed here during my trip to Kanazawa. The Room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Thank you very much. If I have the chance to visit Kanazawa again, I will stay at this Hotel. It was truly wonderful.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night without meals during my visit to Kanazawa. The independent bathroom with a washing area was excellent (the round bathtub was also adorable). The compact Room had all the essentials and was very convenient. When I forgot something, they kindly packed it carefully and sent it to me. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    The Room was clean, ...

    The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separate was great. As a smoker, I chose a smoking Room, which was also very clean. The amenities were well-stocked, so no complaints at all. The chicken curry for breakfast was delicious, and the freshly baked pizza was very satisfying. I would definitely use this place again if I have the chance!

    It was comfortable.

    This was my first stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The room was spacious despite the reasonable price, and the bathroom with a washing area was excellent.     Conveniently located near the station with restaurants and a convenience store on the ground floor. The front desk staff were very kind and provided excellent service. The bathroom is spacious, and the bathtub is large and comfortable. However, it was easy to mistakenly operate the shower, resulting in getting water over my head multiple times. While instructions are provided, they may not be immediately noticeable.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    The Hotel is new, so everything was clean and pleasant. There was a free drink service in the lobby, which I enjoyed using. The bathtub was spacious and comfortable, with bath salts provided for a relaxing bath time. However, the drainage in the sink was poor and water accumulated quickly, which was inconvenient. I would love to stay here again when traveling to Kanazawa.
