    Kuretake Inn is a consistently good Hotel that I use in various locations for business trips. Highly recommended.

    Affordable Accommodation near the station

    Although I was informed verbally at check-in, I was very disappointed that the large public bath was out of order and unavailable. There was only one elevator, so I was concerned about the time it might take to go up and down, but I was able to use it without any particular waiting. The bed had a pleasantly firm feel that suited my preference, but the pillow was soft and thin, which did not match my taste. If I may say so, it would have been better to have two pillows rather than just one. Even though breakfast was free of charge, there were more side dishes than expected, which was great. The kushikatsu in particular stood out and was delicious. I also had a very good impression of the staff for greeting guests with smiles and working efficiently. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    A Plan with check-out until 1 PM at the same price was very helpful! I will consider using this again.

    The showerhead

    The showerhead in the guest room always points in one direction, requiring constant support with one hand, which is stressful and inconvenient. The outdoor bath's showerhead has the same issue. The water flow from the push-button faucet in the outdoor bath is excessive. Consider reducing it to save on water costs. The view of staff smoking from the outdoor bath is clear, and their voices are audible as well. Opening the guest room window also provides a clear view of staff smoking below, with voices easily heard. The fried chicken at breakfast was cold but delicious; when freshly made, it was warm. Please consider providing a warmer for better service. It would be helpful to introduce a system that allows guests to check small bath congestion online. Overall, staff members are friendly and welcoming.

    Satisfactory enough considering the hotel grade.

    Since it was a Saturday check-in, the price was more than double the weekday rate, so I rated the room, facility, and meals quite strictly. However, the room was clean and well-maintained with no complaints. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but for a free service, it was good. That said, since I paid extra for breakfast on top of an already high accommodation fee, I gave it 3 stars. If it were weekday pricing with the same breakfast menu, my rating would have been higher. The bread was delicious and the coffee machine ground beans freshly—this pleasantly surprised me. It was also nice that taking food back to your room was allowed. The salad consisted of shredded cabbage, okra, corn, and seaweed; though simple, it tasted fresh and crisp as if made with care. The female staff in the dining area were friendly and welcoming with their smiles. The air conditioner is located above the bed's headboard; some might find this uncomfortable. I'm not sure if central heating is used throughout the facility or not but despite being wintertime my room didn’t feel cold at all so I didn’t use the air conditioner. The hotel is located diagonally across from Sakai Station making it easy to find even for someone like me who struggles with directions! On that day I visited Osaka’s Christmas market but refrained from drinking during daytime hours—so being greeted at check-in with complimentary draft beer made me very happy!

    Emergency Response

    There is only one elevator, and it may be faster to use the emergency stairs for lower floors. In case of a fire or other emergencies, it could feel quite dangerous.

    There were many international guests.

    The Room was clean, the bed was wide, and there were plenty of lights, making it a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the separate pajamas provided. - Weak water pressure in the shower - Weak airflow from the hairdryer - Only one elevator available These are the only three points I found lacking. The hotel is close to the station, and I would like to stay here again! Next time, I think I'll bring my own hairdryer!

    It was comfortable.

    Although it was close to the station, it was relatively quiet and comfortable. The Room was compact but functional and sufficient. The breakfast had a limited selection, but the staff responded politely, making for a pleasant morning.

    For event participation

    I stayed here. The staff's service during both check-in and check-out was excellent, and the breakfast buffet ranks among the top of the hotels I've stayed at recently. The room was well-organized with a comfortable bed that allowed for a good night's sleep, and the bath left my skin feeling smooth, helping to relieve the day's fatigue. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much (*´∇｀)

    Satisfaction

    It feels old, but this is the first time I've found such a cheap hotel with good service in front of the station. Thanks to this, I had an enjoyable trip to Osaka. The free breakfast is also delicious. Water is charged, so I think it's a good idea to bring your own. Especially recommended for those traveling alone.
