    A wide variety of amenities are available at the amenity buffet, and the Room is clean—excellent value for money!! I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Toyotashi Station.

    It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient—close to the station, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The Room window is right by the pillow, and although there are blackout curtains, light still comes in through gaps and woke me up. I was also concerned that my name and address displayed on the check-in machine were clearly visible from behind. I think this needs improvement from a privacy protection standpoint. That said, the amenities are plentiful and the Room is clean, so it would be one of my options again if I have the chance.

    Staircase of No Return

    I stayed in a Room at the end of the floor, but it was noisy from early morning due to people going back and forth on the emergency stairs. I don’t know who was doing what, but I wish they had stopped.

    It was my first time staying here, and it was great.

    - The room felt newly refreshed and was kept very clean. - The built-in sofa by the window was convenient both as seating and as a place to put luggage. - At check-in, the staff were considerate of my companion, which was very helpful. During my stay, I also noticed good internal communication among the staff in another situation, which left a great impression. - Breakfast at the Café Crea on the 1st floor was also good. - Very convenient access on foot—just steps from the pedestrian deck in front of the station. - There is a police box across the street, and there were no suspicious passersby. - The parking lot is not directly connected; only nearby partner parking is available, and it’s a bit of a walk, so it may be difficult if you can’t carry your luggage (though it’s just past the underpass). I will use this hotel again.

    The Hollywood Twin Room features a spacious bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. It is an ideal Room for unwinding and enjoying a leisurely stay.

    It was great!

    Used for a seminar in Toyota. Very convenient as it is close to the station, visible even from the train. The facility and Room were clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. I will use it again next time.

    I will not use this service again.

    When I tried to have breakfast, I was told that I must have handed over the breakfast voucher. Even when I mentioned that I might have lost it, they insisted that without the voucher, it was not possible. Despite my Plan including breakfast, the front desk staff did not assist me. I checked out early.

    Dusty guest room

    Third stay. This time, I stayed for 2 nights. I had chosen this accommodation before because it seemed newer compared to nearby hotels... However, the room this time was covered in dust and not cleaned at all. Allowing guests to stay in such a condition likely means no proper room checks are being conducted. After informing them, the cleaning was done properly on the second night, but the dusty condition is completely unacceptable.

    Great value for money, always a reliable choice.

    I always stay here when I have overnight work in Toyota City. The hotel is clean, and the staff provides attentive service. You can enjoy breakfast at Café de Clie on the first floor or skip it if you prefer. Its proximity to the station ensures no issues even with late dinners. The 24-hour parking service for 1,000 yen is also very convenient. Looking forward to staying here again next time!

    Used during a business trip.

    The room was compact and clean. There were various amenities, including high-quality shampoo and conditioner, and I enjoyed relaxing with bath salts. Although it wasn't noticeable, the air felt slightly stuffy, so I thought an air purifier would be a nice addition. The view from the window was of the station, which made me happy as a train enthusiast. The café breakfast was convenient for a quick meal before work. It had a unit bath, and while the price felt slightly high, I think it's understandable given its proximity to the station.

    The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is very noisy.

    The low-frequency noise from the outdoor unit placed on the external staircase resonates in the Room, making it hard to fall asleep. It's a shame because the Room itself is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and other aspects.
