    The breakfast was delicious.

    Just one stop from Hakata, about a 4–5 minute walk from Gion Station Exit 2. Carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was tough, but once inside the Hotel it was cool and comfortable, and it was great to be able to rest with the free drinks on the first floor. Nakasu’s yatai food stalls are also within walking distance, and there are nearby attractions like Kushida Shrine and some delicious ramen shops. The Room was clean, and there is a large public bath where I could relax in the tub. However, when I went to the bath after midnight it was crowded. Since visiting the yatai can make it late, I would appreciate it if bathing hours were extended until 2:00 a.m. on weekends. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Kyushu-style options, and everything was very tasty! I’d love to stay here again next time I visit Hakata.

    It was comfortable.

    It was close to Gionmachi Station, with convenient access from the airport and easy access to the downtown area. It felt like there were many international guests. Perhaps because of that, I was a little surprised that the front desk felt somewhat businesslike. The Room was clean and comfortable. I was happy there was a large public bath. Breakfast offered a good balance of Japanese and Western options, which I appreciated. It was a calm Business Hotel in a quiet location.

    Used for a trip with friends

    The room was clean and spacious, which was very satisfying. I appreciated the free drinks provided. The only minor concern was that some reception staff were laughing loudly. Although it is a bit far from Hakata, there are delicious restaurants and a famous shrine nearby, making this Hotel a great choice for my Reservation.

    Satisfied with breakfast

    As a returning guest, I truly enjoy the breakfast here. While the lineup is consistent daily (with a different soup each day), it features many local specialties such as mizutaki, mentaiko, Hakata ramen, and dashi chazuke. The variety of side dishes perfectly complements the rice, and even the tableware is exceptional. It’s an exciting start to the day. The dessert selection includes fruits, Western sweets, and Japanese sweets; however, I would love to see something unique to this Hotel added. For example, affogato—vanilla ice cream with espresso poured over it—could be served in small glasses with a pot of espresso for guests to pour themselves. Adding yogurt toppings like sauces or granola would also be delightful. It would also be wonderful if there were collaborations with local favorites like FULFUL, Dacomecca, Pain Stock, or Yamaya to create exclusive items for the Hotel such as mentaiko French bread. The Room was clean and comfortable with excellent bedding. The staff members were all very welcoming and kind. Thank you very much!

    Clean Business Hotel

    I think it is very well-designed as a Business Hotel. The bath uses regular hot water, but the Refa shower felt great. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no water available after the bath. I stayed for a wedding or funeral purpose, so the iron next to the elevator was helpful.

    Great value for money!

    My husband's sister and her husband, who live in the U.S., temporarily returned to Japan in April and expressed a desire to visit Hakata, so I reserved two twin rooms. The Hotel is located down an alley from the nearest bus stop, and there are similar hotels nearby, which made it a bit confusing. It would be helpful if there were an access video from the bus stop to the Hotel on the website. We booked without breakfast but learned at check-in that breakfast for the next day was discounted, so we added breakfast for four people. Although my sister's husband is American, he enjoyed Japanese-style dishes and Hakata's local specialties, saying they were "delicious." My sister has a small appetite but appreciated that side dishes were served in small bowls, allowing her to try various items happily. My husband also said adding breakfast was "the right choice" and was very satisfied. Amenities are self-selected at the lobby; I found items like toothbrushes and body towels to be of good quality. Among us four, only I used the large public bath. It was crowded at night but completely empty early in the morning, allowing me to relax fully—morning baths are highly recommended! The ice cream was also delicious. We enjoyed sightseeing within walking distance of places like Tochoji Temple and Kushida Shrine as well. All four of us were very satisfied with our stay and would love to visit again if given another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    There was a minor is...

    There was a minor issue with the parking lot, but overall, I think it’s a good Hotel. The fact that the Room's bathroom and toilet are separate is particularly nice. The public bath was decently spacious and enjoyable, but the manners of some foreign guests in the public bath were concerning... Leaving washing areas messy, wet floors in the changing room, loud conversations, hair left on sinks—although various notices were written on the door to the bathroom, they probably won’t read them there. How about handing out a flyer at check-in? Of course, this applies to Japanese guests as well. The post-bath ice cream was absolutely wonderful!

    Recent Business Hotels

    It was so comfortable! The only issue was that I couldn't figure out how to turn off the desk light, but overall, it was very pleasant. The showerhead in the large public bath was from ReFa, making it easy to use and excellent.

    Good Hotel

    The location is good, the Room is spacious with separate bath and toilet. It is a good Hotel with a large public bath. The breakfast was also good in buffet style, but it would have been best if there were a few more Western dishes.

    It was a lovely hotel!

    We stayed here for a family trip. We made a last-minute reservation two days before the three-day weekend. Although we originally had a different hotel in mind, we couldn't get a reservation there and chose this hotel instead. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and stylish both the room and the facilities were. Additionally, the fact that you needed a card key to access the elevator and the large public bath made us feel secure during our stay. The large public bath, especially late at night and early in the morning, felt very safe. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. The staff were always attentive, replenishing the buffet before it ran out, allowing our family to enjoy a variety of dishes. It was almost a mystery why such a wonderful hotel had availability just before a three-day weekend! My family said that the next time we visit Hakata, they would prefer to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.
