    New and clean

    It was very clean. Even though it was a single room, the sofa was excellent. I’d like to stay here again.

    Conveniently located right in front of the station.

    Having read other guests’ Reviews before staying, I found it was pretty much as described. It’s convenient to have a clean new Business Hotel right in front of Omachi Station, where there used to be few options. They stored my luggage both on arrival and before departure, and the staff were very kind. I had dinner in the Hotel, but it was disappointing that the all-you-can-drink option for 1,000 yen did not include sake. Orders are placed via smartphone, and food is delivered either by a serving robot or by staff. Portions are on the large side; since it was my first time and I didn’t know the portion sizes, I ordered too much at first. With multiple people you can share and try different dishes, but when dining alone it felt like I had to push myself to finish. Some guests went shopping at a supermarket outside, but it’s a bit of a walk—so if you don’t have a car, it seems best to buy bento boxes or similar before arriving in Omachi. I went for breakfast later in the morning and it was quiet. The large public bath was also comfortable with few people around in the 4 p.m. hour. Most guests were Japanese hikers and people traveling with family or friends; I hardly saw any overseas visitors, which felt unusual for a Business Hotel these days.

    The Facility was cle...

    The Facility was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was great. The staff were also courteous and helpful.

    Is the sensor in the large public bath broken?

    Considering the low Accommodation Fee, I was fully satisfied with the Facility, service, meals, and more. You can check how crowded the large public bath is on the in-room TV, but the men’s bath showed “slightly crowded” the entire time; when I went, I was the only one there, so the sensor may be malfunctioning.

    Ideally located for sightseeing.

    This was my second stay, following a visit last June. Last year, I took the bus from the stop next to the Hotel to Ogizawa Station and on to Kurobe Dam, then crossed the route and returned via Tateyama Station. This time, I explored Azumino, stayed one night at this Hotel, and headed to Hakuba the next day. In the afternoon, I took a limited express from Hakuba Station back to Osaka via Matsumoto and Nagoya. For someone like me who travels mainly for landscape photography, Shinshu is very appealing, but it is not particularly convenient to reach from Kansai by train or car. That said, Shinano-Omachi offers good access to major sights; this Hotel is right by the station, and there is also a large supermarket directly in front of it. It turned out to be more convenient than expected, so I’m considering using this Hotel as a base for future trips around Shinshu that I had previously hesitated to plan.

    This is the top choice in Shinano Omachi.

    I stayed here the night before heading out early to the Kurobe Alpine Route. In conclusion, this is the best choice. It's right in front of the station and almost directly across from the bus stop to Ogizawa, so it takes just one minute from check-out to boarding. The Room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice large public bath available. Complimentary coffee was also provided. Breakfast was a basic buffet but of high quality. Being only 2 minutes from the station, I believe this is the best option for an overnight stay before your trip.

    Perfect base for exploring the Northern Alps.

    Ideal location for hiking in the Northern Alps and sightseeing at Kurobe Dam or Tateyama Murodo. Conveniently located near the station, with the first morning bus to Ogizawa departing right in front of the bus stop. The Hotel's facilities are clean, and the large public bath is highly recommended. Would love to stay again!

    Great value for money

    I chose this accommodation to make an early morning round trip on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. I stayed in a Comfort Twin room for two nights, and it was very comfortable. The nearby Beisia supermarket was convenient. It was helpful to check the availability of the coin laundry on the TV, and the simple checkout process—just dropping the card key into a return box—was perfect for an early departure.

    This time, I forgot my personal pillow in the Room, but it was carefully wrapped and stored, and promptly returned to me. It gave me an increased sense of reassurance knowing everything is handled properly.

    A clean Hotel close to the station

    This is my second time using the service following last month. The room was clean, and the bed in the single room was wide and comfortable. I initially planned to stay for one night but extended it to three nights with an additional reservation. However, it was inconvenient to change rooms every day. I wondered why I couldn't stay in the same room for three nights since it was under the same name at the time of reservation. I made the reservation because there was no other availability, but I couldn't check for vacant rooms every day, which made me uneasy. I wrote a note to the front desk asking to place syrup in the room as I don't use sugar when drinking coffee, but it was ignored. The good impression from the previous visit was ruined.

    Used for business. Compared to other Route Inn hotels: Breakfast: Limited variety, lacks local ingredients, cost-cutting? Onsen: Good quality. Room: On the 7th floor, constant rooftop pump noise or wind noise. The room also has a slight musty smell.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    I used it to travel from Toyama through Kurobe Dam to Nagano. It's close to the station, and the luggage forwarding service from Toyama to Kurobe Dam is convenient. The room's bath is a unit bath, but there is an Onsen, so I was able to relax and relieve my fatigue. It was also nice that it was open until 2 a.m. The breakfast was simple, but it was very delicious and satisfying.

    Autumn leaves in Murodo

    I stayed for two days, changing rooms, and both were properly cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. The sheets and pillowcases were wrinkle-free, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a wide variety and was not overly seasoned, making it delicious. It's a hotel that makes you want to visit again.

    Business hotel near the station

    I stayed at the hotel to participate in the art festival held in Shinano Omachi. I chose this hotel because it is close to the station and has a large public bath, and it was the right choice. After walking around all day, being able to take a bath until 2 a.m. was very nice. The coin laundry can be used for 500 yen for two hours, and there is a microwave available. Although there is no convenience store nearby, there is a local supermarket (Delicia) just a few minutes' walk away, so I had no trouble. I stayed for two nights, but I felt that the breakfast didn't have enough variety to enjoy for two consecutive days. However, the rice was certainly delicious. When I asked about the art festival, I was a bit surprised that the front desk staff wasn't very knowledgeable (it might have been a coincidence), but overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

    Ideal for the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route

    The train was delayed, and I arrived late at night, but I received a pleasant response from the phone call stage. The room was clean, and the large public bath was also clean and very nice. The morning front desk was a bit cold in their response, which was a little disappointing. Regarding breakfast, there was no staff to guide us, and users were stuck at the entrance not knowing what to do, causing congestion before reaching the buffet plates. It would have been better if the guidance was clearer. Some items were not labeled, so there were things I couldn't identify. If you're going to label, please label everything.

    The room

    I have stayed here four times this year, and each time, when I opened the curtains, the room was positioned right next to the roof of the neighboring house. The floor being the second floor is fine, but the roof is concerning. Is there a reason why I was placed in the same position all four times? I really like this hotel as it is conveniently located near the station and is still new. I would like to continue using it in the future.
