Quiet despite being close to the downtown area.
A modern and stylish Hotel with a simple design. Although the price is on the higher side, it was quiet and pleasant despite being close to the downtown area.

A very new hotel.
The hotel is very new, and the room size is spacious for this location. It is approximately 400 meters from the nearest subway station, and there is a FamilyMart convenience store about 100 meters away. The hotel also offers a convenient luggage delivery service to Fukuoka International Airport.

More like a resort condominium than a Hotel.
During a sudden business trip during Golden Week, I found and booked a reasonably priced hotel, including business hotels that were more expensive. Located in Gion, just 7 minutes by subway from the airport and within walking distance of Hakata. The simple and clean room was comfortable with separate bath and toilet. As mentioned in reviews, the bathroom had an apartment-style water heater button for adjustment. However, in the room I stayed in, water from the shower leaked onto the dressing area floor even with the bathroom door fully closed, soaking the bath mat. I would suggest that the hotel check the rubber seal on their bathroom doors. Additionally, on the next morning, a linen service staff member was waiting for an elevator to transport towels but it took a long time as there was only one elevator available—so I used the emergency stairs instead (there were no signs prohibiting stair use). However, on reaching 1F via these stairs, there were employee shoes and cardboard boxes placed around which looked untidy. Despite these issues, this hotel offers good value for money and has a more refined atmosphere compared to typical business hotels.

The service was excellent!
I stayed in a 3-person Room after hearing from my son that it was new, reasonably priced, and clean! The convenient location made dining out easy and enjoyable. I would love to stay again. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially with storing our luggage. Thank you very much!

It would have been better if there was a humidifier.
It was quite cold, so I turned up the heating and went to sleep. When I woke up during the night, the humidity was at 20%. I thought it would have been nice to have a humidifier. (There was a small heater available, so perhaps I should have used that instead...) Also, I thought it would have been nice to have a table lamp. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.
