    The amenities were excellent.

    I was very satisfied because the complimentary amenities suited my skin type. The staff were excellent, and since I had some time before check-in, I waited in the lobby and they kindly offered an early check-in. Their explanations were clear and very helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to check the coin laundry availability on the Room TV.

    Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

    I have stayed at this Facility many times, and I would like to share a few points I have noticed so far in the hope that they may be helpful for future operations. Including the housekeeping team, all staff members’ language, greetings, and service attitude are excellent, and I have always been able to enjoy a comfortable stay. In terms of service, I have no concerns. Regarding the Room environment: this time I stayed in an east-facing Room and had no issues. However, in west-facing Rooms that face the railway tracks, the noise when trains pass is quite loud day and night, which can interfere with comfortable sleep. I assume soundproofing measures have been applied to the window frames; however, because the Hotel is close to the station with many track switches and joints, train noise—especially from the Keikyu Line—can feel particularly loud. In addition, on the Tokaido Line, freight trains continue to pass throughout the night even between the last passenger train and the first morning train. While this is not something within your control as a Hotel, it can still disturb sleep. One more point: it is inconvenient that apps such as Amazon Prime Video and Netflix are not installed on the in-room TV. Considering that nearby Fresa Inn Yokohama Sakuragicho and Yokohama Totsuka do offer these apps for use on their TVs, this was somewhat disappointing. As this is a Hotel chain I truly like, I sincerely hope improvements will be made gradually so that it becomes an even more convenient and comfortable Facility for guests.

    Just like the reviews said!

    We stayed for one night in a twin room. It is along the railway tracks, so you can hear trains, but it didn’t bother us much. The bath drained well and the shower water pressure was fine, but unfortunately the only issue was that the sink water flow was just a trickle. I’m not sure if it’s due to the Facility’s plumbing, but everything else was good, which made it even more disappointing.

    We stayed for two ni...

    We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

    I stay here regularly, but…

    I stay at this Hotel quite often when visiting Yokohama. Once again, I was satisfied with the Hotel overall, but since it is located right next to the tracks near Yokohama Station, I found the noise unusually noticeable. It hadn’t bothered me before, so it may depend on the Room location. Also, recently it feels like the weekend rates have been increasing, which concerns me as well. I’d like to continue using this Hotel, so I hope these points can be improved.

    Improve cleaning of bathrooms and other wet areas.

    The staff service, the Room size, and the overall cleanliness were good, but it was very disappointing that I could hear train noise all night and that the bathroom area was dirty. The air purifier tank lid had not been cleaned and was covered with a lot of black grime, which surprised me. In the bath, I used the shower to rinse the bathtub, but the water drained very slowly. Limescale had built up on the drain so much that I couldn’t even see the holes. I would like you to improve the cleaning. It’s a real shame because the Hotel as a whole was clean.

    Comfortable to stay

    Stayed for a few days. It was a family stay, and the room was clean and convenient to use. Although it is close to the railway, I slept well without being bothered by the noise. The hotel's location is convenient, with a convenience store nearby and close to a department store, making it an easy-to-use location. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Endless conversations await.

    I stayed in the accommodation with four high school friends to celebrate a 70th birthday. None of us, including myself, were very familiar with Yokohama East Exit, so we got a bit lost finding the hotel. The area had changed quite a bit over the years, but it was conveniently located near the station. The bread at the café where we had breakfast was incredibly delicious. We chose this hotel because it offered a room for four people, which is rare to find. Although the room felt slightly compact, it allowed us to move around comfortably inside and worked out well overall. We ended up chatting late into the night after such a long time apart!

    I got a bit lost getting there, but it's a good Hotel.

    It is close to Yokohama Station, but being on the backside, it was a bit confusing to find. As a Hotel, I think it is quite good. The separate-type layout made for a comfortable stay. Recently, hotels in Tokyo have become too expensive, so Yokohama still offers better value and has been helpful. I will use it again.

    Close to the station

    Close to Yokohama Station with an attached convenience store, the Room of the Plan I stayed in had a separate bath and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. The entrance door area could also be closed off with a sliding door, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    A bit far from K Arena, but overall great!

    I stayed at this Business Hotel during my visit to K Arena Yokohama. As a Business Hotel, it might just be perfect. Check-in is done via self-service machines, and with multiple machines available, the process is smooth even at 3 PM when it's typically busy. There are two elevators (three during certain hours), so waiting time is minimal. The amenities are standard but sufficient; there's no need for additional items in my opinion. After going out from morning until noon, I returned to the hotel for a shower and appreciated the availability of cleansing products and lotion since I had only brought enough for my stay duration. There are four drum-type washing machines with dryers available. The regular course costs 500 yen and takes two hours from washing to drying, so keep that in mind if you plan to use them. It's fantastic that you can check their usage status and remaining time on your room's TV! However, one machine (the third) didn't display its status—perhaps it was a temporary issue? The refrigerator in the room is small; larger items like big bento boxes or cake boxes may not fit easily, so please take note of this. There’s no freezer compartment but there’s a well-cooled small shelf included. I had meals at the café on the first floor—a chain store not available locally where I live—so I was looking forward to trying it out, and it was delicious! However, they only offer coffee or tea as drink options; those concerned about caffeine might find this limiting. Regarding access to K Arena Yokohama: according to signage placed in the hotel lobby, it's about a 20-minute walk away. While it may seem like quite some distance initially, rest assured that it's an easy route without much chance of getting lost. Having a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor is another great advantage! While their selection isn’t particularly unique compared to other locations, they did stock plenty of water bottles likely catering specifically toward guest needs. This Accommodation left such an impression that I'd love staying here again someday. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    It was a thoughtful Room.

    I stayed with my 3-year-old grandchild. A sofa was placed on one side of the bed, so I could sleep soundly without worrying about falling off while turning over. The room was reasonably spacious, and the space under the bed served as storage, making it easy to organize luggage. The bathroom had a separate washing area and bathtub, which was convenient. Additionally, if you wanted to use a hairdryer while seated, there was a small three-sided mirror in the drawer next to the TV, which was very helpful. The staff were friendly upon arrival, and I would definitely like to stay here again if given another opportunity.

    Compact but convenient.

    I stayed after the live show at K Arena. Initially, I found the location a bit confusing, but once I went, it was easy to understand the way from the hotel to the station. The room was compact. It might be a bit tight for those with large suitcases, but breakfast was included, and there was no particular inconvenience. Having a convenience store next door was very convenient. The hotel was within walking distance to K Arena, and I didn't get caught up in much congestion on the way there or back, which was convenient. As a side note, I was happy to see a welcome board with directions to K Arena. (I rated it three stars because the bathroom was a unit bath)

    I went by car. I had found a nearby parking lot on the map, but a new coin parking lot had opened right next to the Hotel, and it was great to use it for 2500 yen a day. There was also a convenience store in the same building, which was convenient. I was very happy that there was a cafe, and the panini was delicious. I chose the breakfast option, and the morning set at the cafe was delicious. Both check-in and check-out were self-service, which was easy to understand and smooth. I took the amenities I needed from the ones placed on the first floor, and it was nice that there was a bath additive. The train passes right in front, so the noise is a bit concerning, but I got used to it quickly. This time, I used it for the K Arena live, and it was about a 20-minute walk to K Arena. I usually stay in the Minato Mirai area, but it was a fun live trip in a different direction for a change. The Room had various noises like banging and slamming!! It might be fine for those who don't mind, but for those who do, the train noise might make it too noisy to sleep.

    I used it for a live...

    I used it for a live event at K Arena, and it was helpful as it was close to Yokohama Station and easy to find. The Hotel staff were also kind and provided good service.

    Close to the station! Relaxing

    Used for a concert. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and cafe on the first floor, everything is complete within the Hotel. There is some noise due to the nearby railway and major road, but... With a checkout time of 11 AM, I was able to spend a leisurely time.

    I was able to relax very much.

    The room layout was comfortable, and I didn't feel cramped. It was scary when a contact lens floated up while I was filling the bathtub. I assume it belonged to a different guest, of course...
