    I stayed for three n...

    I stayed for three nights. The location is excellent—right by an Iyotetsu station, and only a few minutes to Matsuyama City Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast is minimal, but it’s better than nothing. The bed in the Room was comfortable; towels were provided in the minimum number; and while the only amenity provided in the Room was a toothbrush, everything else can be picked up by guests on the first floor, which I found very practical. Personally, I had no issues at all and would like to stay here again next time.

    I will stay here again.

    Above all, the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Not because it was free, but because the quality was outstanding despite being included in the all-in rate. With an all-inclusive plan, things can sometimes feel a bit rushed or minimal, but while the selection wasn’t large, it was very satisfying. They were also attentive about seating so there were no empty spots; it’s a small detail, but it was impressively well managed. Because it’s located in town, depending on your plans it might be a little inconvenient at times, but it suited me perfectly. The staff were also very pleasant, and I enjoyed my stay. If I may make a request: I’d appreciate a bit more rain protection at the smoking area, and when it’s not busy, I would prefer not to use auto check-in (as I’m elderly). Since I stayed at such an affordable rate, I know these are luxury requests—more like “it would be even better if.” It was a very pleasant stay.

    I stayed for two day...

    I stayed for two days. The Room was very clean, and I was happy to be able to see Matsuyama Castle from the window. Considering the reasonable Accommodation rate, the breakfast was more than sufficient and delicious. It’s a smart, simple Hotel without unnecessary extras, and I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Matsuyama. (As I’m very particular about cleanliness, it would be helpful if disposable slippers—like those sold at 100-yen shops—could be purchased at the front desk, since the in-room slippers were not disposable.)

    This is a Business Hotel.

    The hotel offers convenient access to Matsuyama-shi Station. As it is located between buildings, there is no view. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Relaxing Trip

    Just steps from Minamihoribata Station, and within an easy walking distance to Matsuyama Park, Okaido, and Matsuyama City Station. In addition, the Hotel offers free lockers, so you can store your luggage after check-out and explore the city hands-free. It was very convenient to pick up our bags at the end and quickly catch the airport bus from Matsuyama City Station.

    The breakfast service flow is not smooth.

    The flow of guests at the breakfast buffet was very poor, and we had to wait in line for as long as 30 minutes. The layout of the food stations is not well designed. Only one person can serve themselves at a time, so everyone else has no choice but to wait in line. Improvements are needed.

    It was a great-value Hotel.

    I travel to Matsuyama for work a few times a month, but this time I couldn’t get a seat on the last flight to Haneda because it was fully booked, so I decided to stay overnight in Matsuyama. I chose this Hotel mainly for convenience and access, and it was the right decision. The check-in/check-out process is the typical Business Hotel style using a machine, but a front desk staff member came over right away and guided me step by step. They also continued with an easy-to-follow explanation of the facilities, which left a strong impression. The only downside was that when I entered my Room and opened the curtains, all I could see was the building next door… which was a bit depressing. It was the same “wall view” as another Hotel I stayed at in Osaka two weeks earlier. Since it’s in the city center, it can’t really be helped. The Room itself felt very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. However, I couldn’t do PC work while watching TV at the same time, which is another drawback. Breakfast the next morning tasted good, but there was quite a long line to get food, so I couldn’t go back for seconds—unfortunately disappointing. It might help to spread out the dishes or split up the line somehow. At checkout (also via machine), one of the front desk staff came out of their way to ask me, “Did you rest well?” Even at an upscale Hotel that kind of attentiveness can be hard to find, so I was truly impressed. Since I didn’t expect such consideration at all, I feel sorry that I couldn’t respond properly in that moment. If you don’t care about the view from your Room, this is a very good Hotel (though expecting great views from a Business Hotel may be asking too much).

    Clean and well-maintained

    Only bath towels, face towels, and a bath mat were provided—there were no hand towels, which was a bit disappointing for me as I wash my hands often. The hair dryer was old and took a long time to dry my hair, which was also slightly disappointing. The pillow was quite flat and not to my liking. Other than that, everything was very thoughtful, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were kind and always smiling. Thank you very much. I will visit again!

    Two types of smoothies were available for breakfast, along with a standard buffet. The ventilation fan was noisy! Please ensure it is properly checked.

    Overall a good Hotel

    Clean and excellent service, a good Hotel. The breakfast was not great, but it's understandable since it was free. There were many staff members around, making it hard to enjoy a calm breakfast.

    Great for sightseeing

    Located in a great spot for sightseeing. The area is well-lit at night, so you can feel safe returning late from Dogo Onsen. It would be nice to have some local specialties for breakfast, like mandarin orange juice.

    Overall, it was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, the free breakfast was delicious, and everyone greeted us cheerfully. If I had to point out one thing, the Room had an odor that bothered me. It smelled like ammonia, so I used a lot of air freshener.

    It was very good.

    Since breakfast was included, I went for breakfast and found many people in line, but it was great because I could pack it in a container like a bento and eat it in the Room, which reduced the waiting time for a seat and allowed me to eat leisurely in the Room. Since my check-in was late, next time I hope to check-in early and enjoy the beautiful Hotel.

    In the new Hotel, it was close to the station, the Room, bath, and toilet were clean, and there were many restaurants around, so I was very satisfied. One point, the breakfast variety was a bit lacking. Just that.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was my first visit to Matsuyama on a solo trip, so I was quite anxious, but it was very convenient for sightseeing using trams and buses as it was close to the station. The Hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious, which made me very satisfied. I would like to use it again next time.
