    Reviews

    There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet. It was nice that manga were available. The Room was clean. It would be even better if a charging cable were provided.

    Great value for money.

    A Review mentioned negatively that there is only one elevator, but it never caused any stress and was completely acceptable even compared with other Business Hotels. The lobby area felt a bit cluttered, but the Room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was good, making for a comfortable stay. The location is also just a short walk from the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so overall I think this Hotel offers excellent value for money.

    The reservation was for 2 people, but it was disappointing that only one set of bath towels and amenities was provided. The complimentary breakfast was a buffet style, and everything was very delicious.

    The sound is...

    Compact and efficient layout with no wasted space, clean and comfortable. The stay included a happy hour and delicious breakfast, with excellent customer service. However, the one major downside was a mysterious noise. Alternating motor sounds and water flow noises were noticeable, making it difficult to sleep well. Perhaps the building's age or lack of soundproofing contributes to its affordability?

    The meals were all delicious, and even I, who usually don't eat much, enjoyed them thoroughly. The bed in the Room was very comfortable to sleep on. However, there was no outlet in the bathroom for drying hair, and there were few outlets in the Room as well, which felt inconvenient. It would have been better if the table for placing luggage was a bit larger.

    2-night stay

    We stayed for 2 nights with 2 people when visiting the Osaka Expo. The location was great, just about a 2-minute walk from the metro line. However, the staff's service was not very welcoming—lacking smiles and warmth. The Room was small, with no space to place suitcases, making it difficult to move around inside.

    The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

    You can leave your luggage before check-in and complete the check-in process at the same time. Although you won't receive the key until later, you can enter your room immediately upon returning in the evening. There is only one elevator, which might be inconvenient if you're in a hurry. The breakfast was delicious, though the dining area near the front desk has narrow spacing between tables. You can select your breakfast time in advance (on a first-come, first-served basis), so there's no need to wait for seating. It was disappointing that takoyaki was available on the first day but not on the second day. On the second morning, I wanted to buy bottled water before heading out and found it sold at both vending machines and at the front desk for 100 yen, which was convenient. Access to Expo venues via metro without transfers was very easy. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from a subway station exit; however, note that this exit has stairs only.

    Kuretake Inn Nanoni...

    I have stayed at various Kuretake Inns, and although they are compact, they give the impression of being friendly and neat accommodations. Perhaps due to the Osaka Expo during this period, the price was double compared to other Kuretake Inns in different areas. While it has basic functions, I personally found it disappointing.

    Check-in is available from the afternoon.

    Check-in was available from 12:00, so it was great to be able to enter the Room before our schedule. It was convenient for concert-goers as they could leave their luggage. Since there is only one elevator, there might be a wait during busy check-out times.

    If only that weren't there...

    The spacious twin Room had amenities like green tea and coffee, and the cost performance was good. However, the low-frequency motor noise resonated throughout the Room, causing palpitations. Even covering my ears, I woke up multiple times during the night, feeling extremely uncomfortable. Is there any way to address that noise? I apologize.

    Considering the cost performance, this is OK.

    This was the only place available for a last-minute reservation, so I made a reservation. However, the cost performance was better than expected. Breakfast was delicious, and if you adjust the time, you can enjoy your meal comfortably! Thank you.

    Neither good nor bad...

    It is convenient to use public transportation as it is close to the subway station. This time, I went by car, but there was no Hotel-affiliated parking lot, so I used a multi-story parking lot 8 minutes away on foot. 2000 yen for 24 hours. The front desk staff were unfriendly. They just answered procedures and questions quietly, which didn't make me feel very good. Disappointing. Breakfast is buffet style, but the place is small and there are few seats. The menu is limited, but it was handmade and delicious.

    Comfortable Hotel

    The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. We were grateful to receive amenities for children, and the breakfast included plates, spoons, forks, and cups for kids, which was very helpful. We would love to stay here again!     I was very satisfied!

    The property was very clean and tidy. There was a coin laundry, and the food was delicious, which made me very satisfied. Also, the front staff were kind, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.
