    Conveniently located near the station and featuring a large public bath, it was very relaxing.

    I stayed for one night for personal reasons. The Room was spacious enough for this class, with a large TV and a wide double bed, which made it easy to stretch while watching videos. I’m not very comfortable with in-room bathtubs, so I looked for a Hotel with a public bath. The women’s bath wasn’t very large, but it wasn’t crowded when I used it, so I could relax. It might be a bit difficult if it gets busy. I also like the amenity setup where you pick up what you need from the lobby—no waste. The staff were kind and pleasant, and overall I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a good variety, so I could choose what I liked. I didn’t use it, but it’s also nice that alcohol is served during happy hour. If I come to Hamamatsu again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

    I stayed here on a business trip.

    I stayed one night on a business trip to Hamamatsu. It was disappointing that happy hour started at 6:00 p.m. Since I had a business dinner from 6:00 p.m., I couldn’t join. If it started at 5:00 p.m., more guests might be able to participate. The bath was pleasant, but I wished it were a bit larger. Once several people came in, it wasn’t possible to stretch out in the tub. Breakfast was tasty, but I would have been happy to see more Hamamatsu-specific dishes (I’m not asking for eel first thing in the morning, though).

    The customer service was excellent.

    The front desk and customer service were very polite and excellent. Due to the physical constraints of the property, the overall space is quite limited. The public bath is available but small in size. The changing area was also quite cramped and inconvenient to use. The breakfast buffet had a limited variety of dishes, and the seating area was also tight.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Conveniently located near Hamamatsu Station, perfect for attending concerts. The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included a wide variety of dishes and drinks, which was very satisfying! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Hamamatsu.

    This is the third time.

    I have visited Hamamatsu several times for personal reasons. I used to think of a Business Hotel as something simple, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality at this Hotel, including happy hour and delicious breakfast (especially the Japanese menu). The staff's service is warm and courteous. I hope I can make a Reservation here again next time.

    Smoking Room

    It was great to have a smoking Room. The public bath is small but just the right size. Since the room wear is thin, women might want to wear something over it when going to the bath. Breakfast is delicious.

    The staff's response was not satisfactory...

    When asking questions to the staff at check-in, they only provided one-word answers. Even when asking further questions, the responses were cold. The bath was also small, and with five men in it, I couldn't relax at all. The only saving grace was the free breakfast, but after the salad and other items ran out, there was no replenishment, and we were left to eat the leftovers. The taste was good. It was my first trip to Hamamatsu, so it was very disappointing. I will never stay in Hamamatsu again.

    Extensive breakfast buffet

    The breakfast selection at this business hotel was very satisfying. There was a particularly rich variety of Japanese dishes. The public bath is small, but there were relatively few guests, so I could relax. It was unfortunate that the sauna was only available in the men's bath. It's also close to the south exit of Hamamatsu Station and reasonably priced, so I would recommend it.
