    The Room is exceptionally comfortable.

    The public bath was extremely crowded. Because the changing area was small, we had to wait for an available locker, and there were no open washing stations either, so we ended up waiting unclothed. In total, the wait was about 15 minutes, which was difficult with a small child. Overall, we were satisfied with the meals, but the dining venue felt like a conference room, and the chairs had casters, which made it hard for our child to eat comfortably.

    Once again, we had a comfortable stay.

    At check-in, it was probably the same staff member as last time, and they welcomed me warmly again. There were no issues, and I stayed comfortably in a clean Room until check-out. My Room was near the elevator, but it was very quiet—perhaps because the other guests were considerate. However, due to time and energy constraints, I couldn’t use the large public bath again... Next time for sure...!

    First stay in years

    I previously stayed at a very nice Hotel in Shinagawa Seaside, but the Review had disappeared and I could no longer remember which one it was. I made a Reservation thinking this might be it, and it was. As before, the staff were very helpful, and both the Room and bathroom were clean. (There was a hair near the toothbrush amenities, so I hope extra care can be taken there in the future.) The points I mentioned in my previous Review as needing improvement had been addressed, and I had a very comfortable stay. There are three convenience stores along the way, so shopping is not an issue, and it feels closer from the station than it looks on the map. I would like to stay here again whenever possible. Next time, I’d like to use the public bath.

    The room was unsatisfactory.

    There seemed to be a machine room next to the Room, and an unpleasant mechanical noise occurred once every hour. If this had been mentioned in advance as part of a special Plan at a lower price, it would have been understandable, but experiencing this with a regular Plan was somewhat disappointing. The bathroom in the Room was very clean and spacious, giving the impression of a new kind of Business Hotel, which was excellent overall; however, that one issue was unfortunate. Additionally, when I visited the large public bath with a jacuzzi past midnight, the jacuzzi had stopped working, which was also disappointing. It was operational again the next morning though...

    The checked luggage was completely flattened.

    Before check-in, I left my luggage, including a carry-on. When it was returned to me, the items were placed in a new paper bag that had been completely crushed. There was no apology when it was handed back to me. Regardless of the contents, damaging someone’s belongings is unacceptable. It was something I intended to give to someone else—this is the worst experience. Whether it's valuable or not, is it acceptable to crush luggage entrusted to you? I’ve stayed at many Hotels before, but this is the first time my belongings have been damaged. I will never stay here again.

    Clean and comfortable to stay

    It was my first stay. The Room and Facility were new and clean. There was also a large public bath, which allowed for relaxation. Additionally, most of the signs were multilingual, making it a stress-free Hotel for foreign guests as well.

    During my working ye...

    During my working years, I used to commute to Aomono-Yokocho, but I was able to enjoy the changed Shinagawa after a long time. I enjoyed a leisurely walk around the town. It's nice to have a bath available. I look forward to staying with you again.

    The tissue is small.

    A hidden gem hotel in the Shinagawa area. The facility is new and nice, but I am dissatisfied with the small tissues in the room because I have hay fever.

    Due to personal reas...

    Due to personal reasons, I made the Reservation the day before. It was great that I could reserve a parking space and that the large public bath was not crowded, allowing me to enjoy it privately. I did not include breakfast, but there is a Komeda Coffee on the first floor, and it seems delivery is also available, so I would like to try it next time if I have the chance. Many of the staff were from overseas, and everyone was very kind and accommodating. Although my stay was short, it was comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I extended my stay, ...

    I extended my stay, so I had to change rooms midway. The standard single room on the first day was well-cleaned and spacious enough. It was inconvenient to have to bring towels from the room, but the large public bath was not crowded, and the facilities exceeded my expectations significantly. However, it was disappointing that in the superior single room from the second day onwards, bed-making was sloppy, pajamas were in L size, and some areas were not thoroughly cleaned. Particularly unsettling was discovering brown stains stuck on the nozzle of the washlet after use. I requested cleaning while I was out; they seemed to have addressed it but did not offer any apology. It’s unfortunate because overall, it could have been a highly satisfying facility and service experience.

    A hidden gem Hotel

    A hidden gem Hotel in the Oimachi and Aomonoyokocho area. Since it is still new, there are no issues with the Facility. A convenience store is also nearby. There are plenty of bars around Aomonoyokocho Station. Highly recommended.

    Beautiful and wonderful

    The large public bath was clean and private. The Room was also clean. The water service and amenities like shampoo were carefully selected and good, excellent! It was a satisfying one-night stay.

    The bath is clean, and the large public bath is also clean. It would be even better if there was a mop in the changing room of the large public bath. I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay again.

    Compact and easy to use.

    There is a Komeda Coffee on the first floor, and I had dinner there. The Hotel is compact in size, and the bath was not crowded, allowing men to relax. There was a massage device in the Room, which was soothing after using it for work. The essentials are all provided, so you can stay comfortably without any complaints. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    I made a reservation on the day due to an unexpected extension of my business trip. The room is surprisingly not bad. Since it's an automatic check-in, the service is neither good nor bad. I would like them to put more effort into breakfast.

    I will use it again.

    The room was on a high floor of Prime Parks Shinagawa Seaside The Tower View. The room had the latest Toyoko INN level interior, unit bath, and toilet. In other words, it had sufficient facilities for a business hotel, and it was new and clean. Opening the window slightly allowed fresh air in, which was pleasant. It was also conveniently located for the International Exhibition Center and Ariake Arena, making it a place I would like to use when attending concerts or exhibitions. The breakfast felt like it was made with care and was delicious. The staff at check-in, who seemed to be from China or Taiwan, were kind and left a very good impression. I would definitely like to use it if I have the opportunity.

    It is a beautiful Hotel.

    First Stays Location The room layout was good, it was clean, and it was a comfortable hotel. It's a bit of a walk, but access to the restaurant district is within a tolerable range. I will use it again if I have the chance!

    The facility is very clean. I used the large public bath every day. There are convenience stores around, so you won't have trouble finding meals. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance.
