    The bed was very comfortable!

    Conveniently located near Susukino for sightseeing around the city, this was a Hotel I would like to stay at again, with clean Facilities. The bed was especially comfortable. It’s also great that there is a large public bath. The only downside was that the cigarette smell in the first-floor front lobby was quite noticeable.

    Not recommended.

    The first floor reeks strongly of cigarette smoke, and the elevator floor is unbelievably dirty. Worst of all, the large public bath is far too poorly managed: there were guests with tattoos, and many people entered without washing first. There was something like grime floating on the water’s surface—it was truly disgusting. I will never stay here again.

    My Daughter’s Birthday

    Although we live in the city, we fully enjoyed the spa and our Hotel stay for my daughter’s birthday. The maisonette-style room was very spacious and comfortable. Above all, the spa was just the right size—not too big or too small—and so relaxing that we went in twice. However, I did notice that the downstairs sofa looked a bit stained. I used to come to the pool and spa often back when it was the Leopalace Hotel, so it also felt nostalgic. The massage chair and ice pops right outside the spa were a thoughtful touch and made us even more satisfied. Since we live in town, I think staying on a weekday with friends for a girls’ night could be a great idea.

    Spacious Room and Large Public Bath

    Compared to a certain sauna-famous hotel, the rooms here are more spacious and also feature a large public bath with a sauna. The sauna tends to be relatively less crowded. Breakfast includes soup curry but no seafood; however, you can easily visit nearby Tanukikoji or Susukino if you'd like seafood. Accommodation costs are quite reasonable, making it an excellent choice. For business use, it's recommended to choose a room with a larger desk. Exiting from the back entrance instead of the front leads directly to an arcade, allowing you to walk under cover even during snowfall.

    A Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    A Hotel within walking distance to Odori Park. We stayed as a couple. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Since we had plans to board a ship that morning, we only ate lightly, but we wished we could have eaten more. The Room was spacious and clean, with well-functioning air conditioning. We stayed in the new building, but to access the large public bath, you need to go down to the second floor, move to the main building, and take an elevator up—so I rated it 4 stars. It's a Hotel we'd like to stay at again.

    Completely satisfied.

    We stayed as a family of three with our elementary school-aged child. The parking staff, front desk staff, and cleaning staff were all very kind, making our stay comfortable. We were especially touched by the elderly gentleman managing the bath area who spoke kindly to our child and showed great care. The maisonette was a big hit with our child—highly recommended! Having a "My Basket" store on the premises was also a huge plus for my husband. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation when staying in Sapporo!
