  When I went to the bath, I was a bit surprised that after getting off the elevator, it was completely visible from outside.

While the first-floor entrance is visible from outside, the corridor leading to the public bath is fitted with a one-way mirror. There is also an elevator call button located in the corridor, so we hope you will make use of it next time.   It was comfortable.

  This was my first stay here. Because it’s a little away from the busy area, the surroundings were quiet. Still, it was very convenient—about a 5-minute walk to Sannomiya Station. Arriving by car was a bit confusing due to one-way streets (haha). The Hotel parking lot was full, but I was able to park at a nearby flat parking lot right away, which was also convenient. The Hotel and its Facility were very clean. The Room was clean as well. Two things stood out: there was heavy limescale around the sink overflow, and since it’s right in sight, it felt disappointing. When I tried rubbing it lightly, it came off easily (haha), so I hope this can be addressed. The other issue was that when I lifted the bed runner, I found several short white hairs. Hair is surprisingly noticeable, and I think many guests would be concerned too—not just me. This Hotel also has a large public bath. Since I went for a morning run, being able to use the bath afterward felt great. One more thing: the Room TV shows how crowded the public bath is supposed to be, but in the morning it displayed “crowded.” I hesitated but decided to go anyway—and no one was there. It didn’t seem to be real-time information. I’ve mentioned several points, but overall I think this is a very good Hotel. If I visit Kobe again, I’d like to stay here again.

  I used the public bath available.

  The peak crowd was around 9 PM, as midnight felt a bit too late. However, I felt refreshed and completely satisfied. The breakfast nuggets were delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

  Bath

  The large public bath was perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. The breakfast was plentiful every day, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much. I also appreciated being able to extend my stay due to the typhoon.

  It was great.

  Located in the city, it was clean, spacious, and had a large public bath, which was great. The only downside was the lack of amenities like lotion and moisturizer.

  Last-minute Reservation was the right choice.

  I stayed for one night in Kobe Sannomiya recently. Above all, I was delighted that there is a large public bath even though it is a Business Hotel. Initially, I was considering another capsule hotel until the last minute, but I decided to switch to this one and it was the perfect choice. It would be even better if the breakfast buffet menu could be expanded in the future.

  Used for a business trip to attend a meeting.

  A compact Hotel with a clean atmosphere and great cost performance, making it ideal for business trips. It would be even better if there were more variety in the breakfast side dishes.

  Second visit

  I used the No Meals Included plan for the second time to attend a live event. The room was clean and quiet, and I was very satisfied. Perhaps because it was a Saturday stay, the large public bath on the first floor was very crowded... It was a bit disappointing to have to wait as all the baskets in the changing room were in use. I thought it would be nice if the room or front desk could provide information on the usage status of the public bath. Other than that, the location is good, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
