    Accessible for guests with disabilities.

    I use a wheelchair, but in the standard guest room I stayed in, the toilet doorway was too narrow for my wheelchair to pass through, making it difficult to access the toilet and bathroom. The space between the bed and the TV cabinet was also very tight, so I could not pass through and had difficulty turning. Some may think that wheelchair users should simply use an accessible room, but these rooms are often hard to reserve. Many wheelchair users could comfortably stay in a standard room with just a little consideration. Today, society is moving toward inclusion where everyone can use facilities easily regardless of disability. When you build new rooms, renovate, or review furniture placement in the future, I would appreciate your consideration for wheelchair users in standard guest rooms as well.

    It was great.

    Everything felt clean and tastefully refined, making our stay very comfortable. We only had breakfast, but for my husband and me—light eaters—the variety and flavor were more than sufficient, and we enjoyed it very much. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Although I checked in late at night, thank you for your prompt and efficient assistance at the front desk. I’m still not used to the rain shower, but it was part of the fun. I used the breakfast buffet for the first time the next morning, and every dish was carefully prepared—it really gave me energy to start the day. The staff were all so welcoming with wonderful smiles that it made me smile too. Thank you for a delicious meal. I’ll be sure to stay with you again when I visit Fukuyama. Thank you very much.

    The location and the view were excellent.

    I happened to book a top-floor Room, and the illuminated Fukuyama Castle seen from the window was beautiful—truly the ultimate borrowed scenery. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathroom also had a washing area. It was spacious, clean, and very easy to use. The location in front of the station was also very convenient, and if I come to Fukuyama again, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at.

    I always feel safe and secure, and I’m consistently satisfied.

    I stayed for two nights. I like this Hotel so much that I try to choose Daiwa Roynet Hotels whenever possible when staying at a Business Hotel. The Room is as stylish as a city hotel, and above all, the bathroom facilities make a real difference—there’s a separate washing area in the bathroom and even a rain shower, which was very satisfying. When the Hotel is this good, it’s relaxing whether you’re traveling or on business. I didn’t use the dining options, but the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and reasonable prices, so I would have liked to try it. Of course, it’s right near the station, with convenience stores nearby and plenty of izakaya within walking distance. I also really appreciated having a Mitsubishi UFJ Bank ATM (and branch) on site. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and kind in their service, which made me very happy. When I come to Hiroshima or Fukuyama again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

    I was able to recover from my fatigue.

    I stayed in a single room. Even for a single room, the bathroom area was spacious, and I really appreciated having a bathtub with a washing area. The bed was also wide, and it helped me recover from travel fatigue. Breakfast was very delicious as well.\nThis is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

    Choice of pillows

    I was happy that a bathroom with a washing area is standard. There were many items available to borrow, and it was great to be able to choose a pillow (including options for women). I was also surprised that it was brought to me with such a friendly smile. The Room had a view of Fukuyama Castle, and the scenery was wonderful. I spent time with the chair facing the window. You can hear the Shinkansen passing through Fukuyama Station at high speed a little, but it’s quiet at night. Since I don’t eat much, I had breakfast in the Room, and I liked that the refrigerator was fairly large and could hold various items. The only thing was that the electric kettle felt retro (in a funny way). Since everything else is great, it’s an endearing minor inconvenience. I will stay here again when I visit Fukuyama.

    Simple in Front of the Station

    A simple, convenient location right by the station, with a view of the castle, close to the Shinkansen station and the airport bus terminal, and surrounded by many restaurants.

    An Almost Perfect Accommodation

    I stayed on a Plan with a guaranteed castle view and breakfast included (with a massage chair). When I entered the Room, I was impressed by how clean it was. Outside the window, the illuminated Fukuyama Castle was beautiful, and I could also relax in the massage chair after traveling, so I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was buffet-style with a fairly good variety. There weren’t any particularly local items, but the vegetables and fruit were fresh and delicious. I also liked the restaurant’s casual, bright atmosphere. I deducted one point each because I would have liked 100% orange juice at breakfast, and there was a brown stain near the neck area of the duvet cover that likely did not come out in cleaning. Overall, I am satisfied.

    Satisfaction Beyond Expectations for a Business Hotel

    The room is equipped with a massage chair, which was helpful for relieving fatigue. Additionally, the bath is separated from the washing area, which is convenient. The breakfast, both Japanese and Western options, was delicious for its price. Overall, the cleanliness and tidiness were excellent, providing great satisfaction.

    It was generally comfortable.

    The front desk staff and parking staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the Room was thorough. The only downside was that when three of us (parent and two children) stayed in a double Room, the bed creaked every time someone turned over, which made it difficult to sleep deeply. It might not be an issue for fewer people, but I wanted to mention it. Overall, it was a good experience.

    Noise levels

    Generally, Daiwa Net Hotel is fine, but there was noise from the upper floor for over an hour. Although the front desk addressed it, we would appreciate it if they could provide reminders to guests with children. There seems to be a difference in perception between international guests and Japanese guests. It’s unfortunate when a trip gets ruined; while some level of disturbance is understandable, this felt intentional and was quite unpleasant.

    Convenient & Comfortable, with a Perfect View of Fukuyama Castle

    Conveniently located in front of Fukuyama Station on the south side. Easy access to the Shinkansen and rental cars. The building is new and clean. The layout of the Room is well-designed, making it comfortable despite its size. You can enjoy a perfect view of Fukuyama Castle from the window, which is beautiful both day and night. There are many restaurants around the station, so finding meals was not an issue.

    It was excellent!

    I live in the city, but I stayed at the accommodation with my elderly parents to enjoy the night view of Fukuyama Castle. From our room, we had a perfect view of Fukuyama Castle right in front of us, which was truly impressive. The bathroom was spacious and very comfortable to use. If I may suggest, it would be great if a bath chair could be provided in the bathroom as it would be helpful for elderly guests like my parents. We also used the hotel parking lot and were deeply touched by the kindness of the parking staff. It’s rare to feel this way just from using a parking facility, but their hospitality made it a pleasant experience. I am delighted to have found such a wonderful hotel nearby and shared this experience with my parents. I look forward to staying here regularly in the future and appreciate your continued hospitality!

    Clean and relaxing.

    I often stay here for work. I don't drink tea, but I like coffee, so it's great to have a self-service selection. I choose a Room with a massage chair, which helps me relax during work breaks. The shampoo and conditioner are KOSE Predia, and the fragrance is pleasant and satisfying.

    For creating memories

    This trip was planned because my elderly mother and aunt wanted to reunite as sisters after more than a decade. Due to their age, we looked for a Hotel close to the station and decided on this one. From the time of making the Reservation, we caused some trouble, but we are truly grateful for your very kind and attentive service. During our phone interactions, I felt that even though it was our first time staying at this Hotel, I was glad we chose it. Even after arriving at the Hotel, there were various situations, but everyone at the front desk responded without any unpleasant expressions; I thought it was an excellent Hotel. The Hotel is clean and offers a great view of Fukuyama Castle right in front of us. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, breakfast could be chosen each day; however, as someone who prefers Western-style meals, I noticed that while delicious and finished everything completely, the menu seemed mostly similar except for different soups each day—having slightly varied options would have been nice. Both my mother and aunt were very happy with their stay here. It’s truly a wonderful Hotel—thank you so much for everything! If I visit Fukuyama again in the future, I would love to use your services once more!

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Thank you for taking care of us during our 2-night, 3-day stay. This time, we stayed as a group of three and were able to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free experience. We also appreciated your prompt assistance with the futon. We chose Western-style breakfast for both mornings, and it was very delicious. Staying in a room on the castle side gave us a refreshing feeling. Next time, we plan to visit Tomonoura as well. Thank you as always.

    Comfortable.

    Daiwa Roynet Hotel, following its locations in Kanazawa and Kyoto Shijo Karasuma, is now open in front of Fukuyama Station. The accommodation offers convenient location, reasonable pricing, excellent facilities, and clean rooms. Guests particularly appreciate the bathrooms with separate shower areas and toilets. A friend who stayed for the first time was very impressed. We were provided with a castle-view room as a special service, and the staff's attentive handling of luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was exceptional. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience.

    It was very comfortable.

    I chose this Room because the separate bath and toilet were appealing. I enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and found the overhead shower very comfortable. However, there were large, overgrown weeds (dandelions?) in two spots near the entrance, which I thought could have been removed. The exterior is also important, so it would be great if regular outdoor inspections became part of daily routines from a guest's perspective. I look forward to staying at this Hotel again!

    A very beautiful Hotel

    The Hotel kindly upgraded us to a high-floor Room with a great night view of Fukuyama Castle. The toilet and bathtub were separate, making it very comfortable.

    The cherry blossoms at Fukuyama Castle were in full bloom.

    Fukuyama is truly a beautiful city, with many cherry blossoms and tulips planted, making it feel like spring has come. It was as if I had arrived in the land of spring. This stay involved some tough negotiations, so I was quite exhausted, but I was able to recharge for the next day in a clean and well-maintained Room. Thank you very much.
