    Please check the amenities.

    If you assume that amenities will be provided at this price range and don’t check in advance, you may end up rushing to a convenience store in a panic, like I did. Only the bare minimum is provided. There is no toner, body lotion, makeup remover, brush, etc. There is no amenity bar. Toothbrushes are not replenished during a Multiple Night Stay, so you need to go to the front desk to get one. Since there are only shower rooms, I rated the [Onsen/Bath] as [1]. For breakfast, you can’t enter without waiting in line. It seems the busy times vary by day. The selection is extensive and it’s delicious.

    Check-in and the staff’s response over the phone were kind and helpful. The Room felt clean and looked nice, but it was disappointing to find mold in the bathroom. Also, there were not many amenity options, so overall it felt less satisfying than expected for the price.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It is very close to JR Hakata Station on foot, but since it started raining, I used the subway entrance for access. The convenience of entering without getting wet even in the rain makes it ideal for travelers. I enjoyed a welcome drink with alcohol, night ramen, visiting the lounge, and doing some exercise at the gym—there was plenty to enjoy besides exploring the station. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I especially loved the freshly made hamburgers, the fresh orange juice machine that caught my attention, and rice with rich egg yolk—it made for a fulfilling morning. I would definitely like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much!

    The location is excellent.

    This is my third stay. The casual service still surprises me, but it's fine if you think of it as part of the experience here. I love the Room with a balcony. Breakfast and location are excellent. It's a bit disappointing that the cleaning preparation starts quite early, making mornings feel less relaxing.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The Room was not very spacious for four people, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good reputation, so we were looking forward to it. However, perhaps due to its popularity, the dishes and plates were not replenished in time. That was a bit disappointing, but the food itself was delicious. It might be better to go early in the morning as we went during a busy time. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station and overall a good choice.

    The worst.

    It was terrible. Comparable to a Business Hotel. Even when requesting cleaning, it wasn't done. No water or glasses were provided; I expected at least that much to be prepared. There was no closet, so I couldn't hang my clothes. The accommodation fee was more than double compared to others, and despite paying such a high price, what a disappointment! On departure, the kind response from the Caucasian woman at the front desk slightly eased my frustration.

    It's a bit disappointing because it was the Hotel I was looking forward to.

    Having used the Oriental Hotel in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kobe, I was always very satisfied at checkout, so I stayed for two nights at the Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station with high expectations. Unfortunately, after checking in and entering the room, I found hair and earrings on the floor, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, tissues were left behind in the room, which was inconvenient. I informed the front desk about this for improvement, but I was still uneasy afterward. As a result, I was able to enjoy a very comfortable hotel life from then on and was satisfied. The children said, "We want to stay again!" so we plan to use it again soon. Thank you very much for this time!

    Breakfast is enjoyable.

    The room is functional, compact, and clean. It's not spacious, and the window is small, so it's not ideal for relaxing during your stay, but it's conveniently located near the station. I wanted to use the room's TV as a monitor, but I couldn't connect an HDMI cable. The breakfast is plentiful and very enjoyable. I wanted to stay another night just for this.
