  Access from Hakata Station wasn’t very convenient. It felt far to walk, especially while carrying a suitcase.

  The Room was spacious and comfortable.

  Because the bathroom and toilet are separate, the three of us were able to stay comfortably and relax. There were three beds, so we had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The shuttle bus to Hakata Station was also very helpful.

  No excessive services, which is preferable.

  I often stay here because it’s close to where I need to be. The coin laundry has quietly gotten more expensive, which hurts, but it’s better than not having one. Most guests are foreigners, and I notice poor manners, but that isn’t the Hotel’s fault.

  Standard

  I chose this Accommodation because the bathroom and toilet are separate. It was neither particularly good nor bad, but I was able to stay comfortably and with peace of mind.

  Just two bus stops f...

  Just two bus stops from Hakata Station and about a 2-minute walk after getting off, this Accommodation is in an exceptionally convenient location. You can dine at nearby restaurants, or enjoy a meal around Hakata Station and then take your time getting here. Despite being so close to the station, the area is surprisingly quiet. A convenience store is attached on the first floor, and other convenience stores are also very close by. The front desk staff are young yet composed, and their courteous service truly reflects TRAD. Breakfast while looking out at the greenery in front of the building makes this a wonderful Accommodation that perfectly suits the spirit of travel.

  They deliberately pu...

  They deliberately put me on a low floor and downgraded me to a smaller room. The room was extremely hot, very small, and full of dust. The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. The reception staff and others were extremely rude. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They only changed my room after I complained, but the new room was still too hot and dusty—slightly larger, but still small and very smelly. I previously left a fair review about this terrible hotel, and they even threatened me to “delete it immediately.” Are they like the yakuza?

  It was Valentine’s Day, and there was a chocolate event at the breakfast venue. I was in a rush and didn’t have much time, but I’d like to come back and enjoy a relaxed meal next time.

  I stayed here during...

  I stayed here during the opening and had a great experience, so I decided to stay again for a special occasion. However, during check-in, I was disappointed that despite standing in front of the front desk, it took a while for someone to assist me, and two groups who arrived later were attended to first by other staff members. On the positive side, I was happy with the complimentary room upgrade service. It was also nice to stay at a better rate than usual.

  Highly Satisfied

  I had to make a sudden business trip to Hakata and hurriedly searched for accommodation without much research, choosing this place. Upon arrival, I found the staff's service to be excellent, and the room was very comfortable. It felt almost too good to stay alone, so I plan to come back with my family next time. However, there was one concern. Rooms near the elevator can pick up voices from guests using it, so those seeking a quieter environment might prefer rooms at the end of the hallway. I believe soundproofing could use some improvement, which is why I deducted one point for that aspect.

  It was forecasted to...

  It was forecasted to snow, but I had to go to work the next day, so I used the Hotel on short notice. The Room was compact but had a fully separate bath and toilet, with a spacious washing area and a deep bathtub that allowed me to soak up to my shoulders, which was very comforting on such a cold day. However, hair was sticking out from under the drain cover in the washing area, which ruined the experience. There was also a brown stain left on the basin in the washroom, which was disappointing. The Room's interior was reportedly coordinated by ACTUS, but I noticed dust accumulating on the lights and some wallpaper peeling off, which made me feel the maintenance was lacking and a missed opportunity. Despite this, the next morning around 9 a.m., there was loud noise from cleaning—banging sounds against the walls and thudding noises from the ceiling. Some guests were still relaxing before check-out, so this was quite disruptive. With such noisy cleaning, there were still maintenance issues, and I wondered if the banging was causing damage to the interior. This aspect of operations could definitely be improved. The Hotel itself is convenient, with a convenience store on the first floor, and the lobby and elevator hall are spacious, making it easy to navigate even with lots of luggage. Because of this, the cleaning issues were all the more disappointing. Next time, I’d like to visit when it’s warmer and take my time enjoying the garden.

  It was a very good Hotel.

  This was my first time using the Property, and I was very pleased with the size of the Room, the bath, the washbasin, and the toilet. However, it was a bit disappointing that there were no hand towel-sized towels. I would like to stay again when I visit Fukuoka next time. Thank you very much.
